Abstract

This research aims to develop an Internal Quality Audit Information System (SI AMI) at Politala. The problem currently encountered is that the AMI audit process is carried out by filling out a form with Microsoft Office Word and then printing it to be submitted to the Auditor team. This form must be accompanied by physical documents which will be examined by the Auditor. When the audit process is complete, the auditor is obliged to write an Audit Minutes to be signed together. However, this event report was written in Microsoft Office Word and then printed. This is certainly risky in terms of data storage and effectiveness and efficiency in P4MP administrative governance. The system built was designed with Flowcharts, ERD and DFD and was built with the CodeIgniter Framework and SQL Server as the database. The system development method uses the Prototype model and testing uses Blackbox Testing. SI AMI was successfully built and tested showing the results of each function running well (successfully). With the system built (SI AMI) the audit process becomes more effective and efficient because the data is taken automatically and integrated between users, making the data synchronous

Abstract

One of the primary benchmarks for evaluating the quality of higher education is the successful integration of its graduates into the workforce. Unfortunately, the Faculty of Engineering at Universitas Negeri Medan lacks a dedicated platform to facilitate the dissemination of job opportunities to its alumni and establish partnerships with employers to streamline this process. As a solution, this research endeavors to develop a web-based Alumni and Career Development Center application that serves as a bridge between the corporate sector and the industrial world, enabling alumni to access job opportunities and employers to connect online. The system design incorporates the Agile Method, UML, PHP programming language, and the MySQL database engine. However, there is still room for enhancement, particularly in integrating the candidate selection process. The testing data demonstrates promising results, underscoring the system's reliability for future implementation. The application has undergone testing and assessment, including an acceptability test with a rating of 88.32, falling within the valid range, and a user interface evaluation yielding a score of 0.916667, indicating a very high level of quality.

Abstract

This article delves into the ways in which PT. Sinar Sosro utilizes product information system technology. One such business is PT Sinar Sosro, which specializes in tea-based soft beverages. When it comes to ready-to-drink tea in bottles, PT Sinar Sosro was an early pioneer in both Indonesia and the global market. This company produces a bottled tea drink called the Botol Sosro. Sosro bottled tea only uses original and natural ingredients. The tea leaves are picked from the plantation itself. Then, it is produced into fragrant tea, namely green tea mixed with jasmine flowers and gambier flowers. So that it produces a unique taste, its distinctiveness is always maintained, and its quality is guaranteed. The tea plantations that provide PT. Sinar Sosro with their raw materials are located in many parts of Indonesia, including the Cianjur, Galrut, Mount Rosa, Mount Manik, Mount Cempaka, Neglasari region, Cukul area, Pangelengan, and Sambawa areas. A number of PT Sinar Sosro's plants are located all across Indonesia. As it has grown, PT Sinar Sosro has expanded its product distribution throughout the archipelago via its network of sales branch offices. Beyond its home market, PT Sinar Sosro has expanded into international trade by supplying non-glass bottles and other one-way packaging items to various nations throughout the globe.

Abstract

Data protection is a critical issue in the world Information volume technology, Most important in web-based systems that store sensitive information such as exam question data. This research aims to analyze AES Advanced Encryption Standard method as a tool to improve the security of web-based exam question data. This research utilizing a qualitative benchmark while carrying out a review library to understand the concepts and principles of AES, and analyzing the implementation and integration of AES in web-based systems. This research will also involve experiments by implementing a web-based exam question data security system using the AES method. Tests will be conducted by measuring system performance in terms of speed, reliability, and efficiency. In addition, a penetration test will also be conducted to evaluate the system's resistance to potential attacks from unauthorized parties. This research Hopefully we can provide more detailed information about data management web-based Questioning exam by applying approach AES. This research can also provide recommendations for the application of the AES method in other data security scenarios and contribute to facing data security challenges in the future. Thus, This argument can make a constructive contribution to building construction of secure and reliable web-based systems in storing and managing sensitive data.

Abstract

UPTD Balai TEKKOMDIK Banda Aceh itself is the Task Implementation Unit of the Banda Aceh City Education Service. The Center for Educational Technology and Communication (TEKKOMDIK) has tasks, one of which is developing information technology in Banda Aceh City education units in elementary and middle school environments. At UPTD TEKKOMDIK Hall there are several school services such as the E-Learning application. E-Learning Application Services are still less effective to use and are still not responsive. Therefore, in the design and implementation of the front-end E-learning website for UPTD Balai TEKKOMDIK Banda Aceh, it is necessary to develop an E-Learning application with display features that can make things easier and of course responsive. The development of the Front-End section aims to facilitate the teaching and learning display process, including displaying Admin features for user management such as teachers and students, classes, subjects, then there is also a display of features for students such as learning media, for example materials, assignments, and direct chat. Apart from the several display features that have been mentioned, there are also other display features such as display of school service features, school information, school profile, learning media and educational channels which are useful for providing information regarding assignments and materials.

Abstract

Technological developments mean that data and information are presented in digital form, such as the use of digital certificates. Digital certificates are widely used by agencies that hold online seminars or training, so seminar participants will be given digital certificates. The large number of uses of digital certificates can influence the misuse of these certificates by counterfeiting digital certificates, so it is necessary to secure digital certificate data using steganography. Steganography is not only used to hide information, but also to protect copyright and the authenticity of an image. The hidden secret data is in the form of images, audio, text or video. The image steganography process is carried out using the Least Significant Bit (LSB) method. LSB works by replacing the original image bits with information bits that will be hidden. LSB is a method that can be applied in cases of identifying the authenticity of digital certificates because the image of a digital certificate that has undergone steganography does not change much of the original image and cannot even be distinguished by the naked eye. However, LSB cannot be used on jpg format data, this is because LSB is unable to extract messages that have been inserted into digital certificate images in jpg format.

Abstract

Teaching Factory Mini Bank is a banking service that is limited in nature and focuses more on basic banking services, especially on a smaller financial scale in the school environment, especially T Amir Hamzah Indrapura Private Vocational School. The function of the mini bank in the T Amir Hamzah Private Vocational School school environment is to build financial independence in the school environment, facilitate financial transactions between students, student guardians, schools and banks as well as serving savings activities (financial inclusion) within the school environment, the general public around the school and as a media medium. learning financial services through direct practice. The aim of this research is to produce a prototype for developing an enterprise architecture that suits the needs of the Mini Bank SMKS T.Amir Hamzah Indrapura application system so that it can provide control direction in the development of a sustainable application system in accordance with the desired needs. The methodology in this research uses the Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) method which defines two rows and three columns from the Zachman framework. The results of this research produced a prototype for the development direction of applying enterprise architecture technology to improve the services of Mini Private Bank T Amir Hamzah Indrapura.

Abstract

One of the social media platforms that not only serves as a place to share stories and statuses but also as a place to sell is Facebook. The data used is a dataset from Kaggle totaling 6666 data with 10 attributes and then sampled with the Slovin technique and obtained 377 sample data which will be processed using RapidMiner software with K-Means Algorithm and then optimized with Elbow Method technique, evaluation using (Cluster Distance Performance) to find the average within centroid distance value and the Davies-Bouldin Index (DBI) value. The results obtained are, the average within centroid distance value of the 3rd clustering is proven in the cluster distance performance operator obtained ???? = 3: 200237.353, ????=5: 118343.557, ????=7: 75339.476, then the ideal of clusters in this study proven by the Elbow Method is when ???? = 5, and Davies-Bouldin Index (DBI) value which is close to zero is when ???? = 3 with a value of k = 3: 0.394. In addition, clustering based on the number of likes and comments can help sellers identify the most active group of participants and potentially become loyal customers.

Abstract

IoT-Based Ornamental Plant Watering System with YL-69 Sensor uses the Blynk platform as a user interface that allows users to monitor and control plant watering remotely. The YL-69 sensor is used to detect soil moisture levels, and the data obtained is sent to the cloud via IoT technology. Through the Blynk application, users can set watering schedules, monitor soil moisture in real-time, and receive notifications if humidity reaches a certain threshold. This system provides convenience, efficiency and seamless interaction between the user and the plants being cared for, improving water management and overall plant health.

Abstract

In this research, scheduling ad plays on a commercial radio station. Ad plays In this study, scheduling of advertisements was carried out on a commercial radio station. Ads are shown every day from Sunday to Saturday. There are two types of playing time, namely prime time and regular time. Prime time (pt) is 06-10 and 16:00-20:00, while regular time (rt) is 05-06, 11:00-15:00 and 21:00-24:00. The number of ad playback slots is 3 slots per hour and thus for pt time there are 15 slots, where at 16 to 20 hours there are 15 slots, so in total at pt time there are 30 slots per day and for rt time there are 15 slots and 21 hours -23 there are 3 clocks x 3 slots makes 9 slots. So in total at re time there are 27 slots. Prime time rules apply, namely the hours when the general public (listeners) have the greatest opportunity to listen to the radio, namely between 6:00-10:00 in the morning and 16:00-20:00 in the evening. The number of broadcasts of the same advertisement in one day is limited to prime time, which is 5 times, while for regular time it is 8 times. The radio scheduling process is carried out using a genetic algorithm which consists of the processes of chromosome initialization, selection, crossover and mutation. A chromosome represents the chromosomal matrix, namely Ad, Day and Time code. Each chromosome will be evaluated based on its fitness value which is calculated based on the number of penalties that occur on each chromosome in an individual. Where penalty 1 is the number of ad screenings more than once at a time while penalty 2 is the ad playing not at the specified type of time. The results of this study are to produce the best ad schedule by scheduling all ad data, the day and time of ad playing.
