Abstract

By using the CIPP evaluation model at SMP Shafiyyatul Amaliyyah Medan, this study attempted to study the application of the CIPP evaluation model (Context, Input, Process, Product), student learning outcomes in the PAI field of study, and the effectiveness of PAI evaluation. learning process. The level of achievement of learning objectives that have been set at the beginning of the learning process reveals how effective a process is. This test is a subjective exploration using the CIPP model by assessing each part of the setting, information, interactions, and items to achieve a continuously evolving experience. PAI teachers, curriculum representatives, and school principals at SMP Shafiyyatul Amaliyyah Medan were used as research data sources. Observational instruments were used to collect primary data, and interviews and photography were used to collect secondary data. After that, the observation data were analyzed quantitatively, while the interviews and data analysis were analyzed descriptively and qualitatively. The results of the study show that the requirements for implementing learning and learning activities are said to be quite effective when learning is carried out. Abstract

One of the innovative strategies that has been proven effective in improving the quality of teaching is the Micro Teaching method. This method involves teaching simulations on a small scale with a focus on the important components of learning. This article aims to explain the application of Micro Teaching as an innovative strategy in improving the quality of teaching in early childhood Islamic education. This article outlines the basic principles of Micro Teaching and how their application can make a positive contribution to teaching in the context of early childhood Islamic education. The research used a descriptive-analytical approach with literature analysis. This research is qualitative in nature, where we did not collect primary data through surveys or interviews. the application of Micro Teaching as an innovative strategy in early childhood Islamic education has great potential to improve teaching quality, religious understanding, and the holistic development of Muslim children. With commitment and good cooperation from all related parties, it is hoped that the application of Micro Teaching can have a positive and sustainable impact on early childhood Islamic education.

Abstract

One of the efforts to increase the ability to teach masterfully is through microteaching which is carried out to maintain the quality of teaching ability, learning performance and also a good and structured learning experience. With qualified teaching skills that affect classroom management skills as well as increasing learning outcomes according to standards, it is expected to increase competitiveness through human resources that are able to turn challenges into repeaters. The aim of research is the development of microtelaching asselmel learning as an effort to prepare prospective graduates with qualified skills and teaching experience in the future for gurus through improving teaching skills. Abstract

This study aims to determine student learning outcomes in biology learning by evaluating the level of student knowledge by evaluating it using the Measurement Model. The method used in this study uses the evaluation method with the Measurement model, then the analysis technique used is the data analysis technique, namely quantitative descriptive by means of an Independent sample t-test. The population used in this study were all students of class X MIPA 1 and X MIPA 2 at Baitul Aziz Private High School in Deli Serdang Regency, totaling 58 students. Sampling in this evaluation study used a purposive sampling technique, with the research sample consisting of 28 students in class X MIPA 1 and class X MIPA 2 totaling 30 students. The results obtained in this study showed that the average value obtained in class X MIPA 1 was 59.8214. While the average obtained in class X MIPA 2 is 61.1667. Based on this, the average value obtained does not meet the KKM standard. Keywords: Evaluation, Teaching, Learning Biology

Abstract

This study aims to find out the efforts of PAI educators in improving learning achievement, students also know whether the efforts made by PAI educators can increase student learning achievement. Muse metode qualitative research. This method is carried out to describe whether PAI learning achievement will increase with the efforts of the PAI educator. Among the efforts of PAI educators in improving student learning achievement are using methods that are adapted to the learning material, interestingly and fun, providing stories of prophets and friends, providing exercises, counseling guijugace / more precisely deepening the material, providing questions that can stimulate student activity, providing guijugace counseling / more precisely deepening the material, providing questions that can stimulate student activity, providing guijugace rahan, repeating the material for low grades at the same time different places, giving homework at the end of each material, doing daily replays once every 1 month. The efforts made by PAI educators in grade 2 at SB Muhamadiyah Kampung Bharu have good results, their learning achievement has increased even though it is a fairly long process also with not too rapid graphics. Abstract

The family environment is the initial education then followed by the school environment. It can be said that school is a place that is trusted by parents to receive education for quite a long time. This study aims to determine the effect of the mother's education level on the learning achievement of class I students at Sanggar Belajar, Kampung Baru Malaysia District in 2023. This type of quantitative research is with a cross sectional design. The number of samples is 15 people with total sampling technique. The results showed that there was an effect of mother's level of education on student achievement in class I with a significant value of p = 0.02 (p <0.05). Abstract

Early childhood education is the initial stage in forming a strong educational foundation for children. At this stage, the quality of learning is very important in developing children's potential optimally. One of the factors that play an important role in improving the quality of learning in early childhood education is the basic teaching skills possessed by educators. This study aims to explore and analyze the role of basic teaching skills in improving the quality of learning in early childhood education. The research used a descriptive-analytical approach with literature analysis. This research is qualitative in nature, where we did not collect primary data through surveys or interviews. basic teaching skills have a significant role in improving the quality of learning in early childhood education. Teacher educators need to develop and strengthen their basic teaching skills through continuous training and professional development. Abstract

Student organizations that exist in tertiary institutions cause different activities for students, just as students who are active in organizations are students who take their time to participate in student organization activities, but do not leave the obligation to take part in lecture activities. The purpose of this study was to find out the comparisons or differences between students who actively participate in organizations and students who do not join organizations regarding the presentation of learning outcomes at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training Uinsu class of 2020. The research method uses a quantitative research approach, namely research whose analysis techniques emphasize data- data in the form of numbers and processed with statistical methods to show the relationship between variables. The research design uses a comparative research design (comparative). The data analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative statistics in the form of a student test ("t" test). The results showed that students who were not active in organizations scored higher than students who were active in organizations. Abstract

Mathematics is an important science. Therefore mathematics needs to be applied early on in children. before the research, in adding hours, minutes and seconds in Grade III MI Cibuntu using the equivalence technique of hours, minutes and seconds. It turned out that after this technique was implemented in grade III, the learning outcomes achieved by students were always unsatisfactory with an average evaluation result of only reaching 57, and some students actually experienced difficulties with obtaining scores far below the KKM mathematics score that had been set, namely 65. The problem Another thing that arises is the length of time to complete. For this reason, a research was conducted entitled "Application of the talking stick model to improve learning outcomes in mathematics material (Time Unit) in grade III MI Cibuntu, Cicurug sub-district. This type of research was classroom action research using the talking stick model. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely Planning, Implementation, Observation and Reflection. As research subjects are grade III students of MI Cibuntu. Data collection techniques using observation, written tests,. From the research results, it was found that student activity increased in each cycle, namely active students asking questions increased 25%, accuracy in using the talking stick base increased 20.2%, and accuracy increased 23.75%. While the learning outcomes are an increase in the average value of Mathematics learning outcomes obtained by students from before. In the first cycle the percentage of student completeness was 66.67% then in the second cycle it became 100%. Based on the results of the research above, it can be concluded that learning mathematics using a talking stick basis can improve the skills of adding up units of time in third grade students of MI Cibuntu.
