Abstract

Discipline has an important role in the educational process, shaping behavior in accordance with the values taught, and influencing learning outcomes. Student indiscipline, such as tardiness, assignments that are not on time, and violations of school rules, can hinder the learning process and create a less conducive learning environment. This research uses a quantitative type of approach. This research uses a descriptive method. The variables used in this research are learning discipline (independent variable) and fiqh learning outcomes (dependent variable). The aim of this research is to find the relationship between learning discipline and the fiqh learning achievement of class XI students at MAN 1 Bogor Regency using quantitative correlational research methods. The level of learning discipline of class XI MAN 1 Bogor Regency students is sufficient, with an average score of 52.2. The level of fiqh learning outcomes for students in class XI MAN 1 Bogor Regency is medium, with an average score of 77.88. There is a positive and significant relationship between learning discipline and the fiqh learning outcomes of class XI MAN 1 Bogor Regency students. Students' learning discipline has a real influence on their fiqh learning outcomes at MAN 1 Bogor Regency. In other words, the better the students' learning discipline, the better their fiqh learning achievements, and vice versa.

Abstract

Based on initial observations by the author carried out in class By learning moral beliefs, it is hoped that it will be able to produce students who have noble morals in their daily behavior. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of learning moral beliefs on the behavior of class X IPA MAN 1 Bogor students. The method used in this research is correlation with a quantitative approach with data collection using questionnaires to obtain or collect information regarding the influence of learning moral beliefs on the behavior of class X students at MAN 1 Bogor Regency. Then a simple linear regression test was carried out using SPSS 22 to determine the significant results of the influence of learning moral beliefs on the behavior of class have a significant influence. The calculated T value with a significance level of 0.05% with degrees of freedom (df) = N-2 (62-2) = 60, obtained Tcount = 5.206 > Ttable 1671. Because Tcount > Ttable then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted which means there is an influence learning moral beliefs on the behavior of class X students at MAN 1 Bogor.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how multicultural values, learning methods, the impact of multicultural values, and the implementation of instilling multicultural values ​​in Islamic religious education learning to increase tolerance. This research method uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. This research was carried out at SDN Depok 5, Depok City from May to August 2023, the primary sources were PAI teachers, class V homeroom teachers, principals, and class V students at SDN Depok 5, Depok City, collecting data using observation and in-depth interviews. Data analysis goes through the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results state that multicultural values ​​in PAI learning include human values, togetherness values, and peace values. Instilling multicultural values ​​in Islamic religious learning to increase tolerance at SDN Depok 5 Depok City using lecture and question and answer methods. The impact of instilling multicultural values ​​in Islamic religious learning to increase tolerance at SDN Depok 5 Depok City on students is that they can get used to the diversity that exists both at home and at school. The implementation of instilling multicultural values ​​in Islamic religious learning to increase tolerance at SDN Depok 5 Depok City is to equalize each other and provide additional insight to be able to understand the tagging of independent responsibility between human relationships and their creators.

Abstract

The importance of this research lies in its contribution to the development of educational policy, the formulation of more effective teaching strategies, and the provision of direction to educational practitioners. By better understanding the factors that influence learning success, it is hoped that this research can become a valuable guide in improving the quality of education in Indonesia so that it meets global demands and prepares future generations optimally. Observational analysis research is a research approach in which researchers make direct observations of certain phenomena or events to gain a deeper understanding. In this context, "observational analysis" refers to the process of analyzing data obtained through direct observation. This method is usually used to explore in-depth information about behavior, interactions, or certain situations in the natural environment. Observational analysis research is often adopted in the fields of psychology, sociology, anthropology and education (Moleong, 2010). Based on the description of the research background related to the analysis of aspects of successful learning in Indonesia through observational studies, it can be concluded that education in Indonesia faces complex and diverse challenges. Several obstacles, such as regional disparities, varying teacher quality, access to technology, and the role of parents in education, provide a context that requires serious attention. Abstract

The development of books as media or reading materials for now is still very little made. One of the development of books as a learning medium or reading material today is by making scrapbook-based books. The type of research conducted by researchers uses the Sukmadinata development research model. The R&D cycle refers to Sukmadinata (2007: 184) can be simplified into three main steps, where each step includes several operational steps. The scrapbook-based book learning media developed has gone through a validation process. The results of the media expert validation test obtained a score of 95.2%, said to be very valid and can be used by grade VI students. The results of the material expert test obtained a score of 96.0%, very valid and can be used by students. The percentage results state that scrapbook-based book learning media products are very valid in terms of the material listed in them already meet the criteria. Pretest scores are obtained from before students get lessons using scrapbook learning media. While posttest scores are obtained after students get lessons using scrapbook learning media. The average pretest score obtained by students was 62.6 and the posttest score obtained by students was 86.1 in grade VI students of SD Negeri Kaliwunggu 01 totaling 16 students. After measuring the level of initial understanding and the level of final understanding, students test the difference in the average value of initial understanding and final understanding with the N-Gain Score test which is calculated using SPSS. The result of calculating the N-gain score using SPSS gets a result of 0.62. These results show that scrapbook-based learning media get a medium category in terms of effectiveness. Judging from the results of N-Gain measurements in the form of percent, obtaining a result of 62.6% is said to be quite effective. Judging from the results of the N-Gain Score calculation, there are differences in the level of understanding of students before and after using scrapbook learning media in the learning process. So, scrapbook-based book learning media is effective in increasing the understanding of grade VI students on science material.

Abstract

Nowadays, every individual is aware of the importance of knowledge as a guide/tool/guide to lead humanity which is increasingly large in number and has complex problems. It is based on this awareness and is relevant to the learning process which requires every human being to seek knowledge. Judging from the type of research, there is also a type of research used in this research, namely bibliography research or library research, namely research that is carried out by collecting information or objective note-taking which is aimed at the object of research or gathering information in the form of a bibliography, or analysis carried out to uncover a problem which is basically focused on a critical and in-depth study of relevant library materials. Thus, this effort cannot be separated from education, and educational goals will not be achieved optimally without good educational management or management, which is further in Educational management activities require a leader who has the ability to become a leader.

Abstract

This experiment is about the exploration of Lorentz forces in electric and magnetic systems with the aim of understanding the fundamental interactions between electric fields and magnetic fields. The Lorentz force has an important role in electromagnetics and provides a deeper understanding of physical phenomena involving theoretical analysis and experiments involving simple electricity and magnetism. In theoretical analysis, the concepts and basic equations of Lorentz force are explained mathematically. Experiments are carried out using special devices that generate controlled electric and magnetic fields. The results of this experiment show that the Lorentz force affects the movement of charged particles in electric and magnetic fields. In experiments, charged particles exposed to Lorentz Light experience deviations from their expected paths. This confirmed the basic principles of electromagnetism

Abstract

The transition from education policy, namely the National Examination to a Minimum Competency Assessment, requires adaptive learning habits for teachers and students. The UN culture which focuses on how students face tests or exams is transitioning to AKM which views regular evaluation as an important part of improving the teaching and learning process, especially in the aspect of critical thinking. One important component to achieve accurate assessment results is adjusting learning methods. This research aims to determine the challenges and attitudes taken by teachers in facing assessments. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection methods using interviews for teachers and questionnaires for students. Researchers want to know teachers' understanding of AKM, analyze the influence of the learning methods used on aspects of critical reasoning and find types of learning methods that can help with this problem. The research results show that there are no special changes to learning methods in responding to changes in assessment.

Abstract

Leadership is the main functional element in management because the aim of management is to manage and mobilize, organize and make decisions on the existing resources of the Islamic boarding school. For the success of leadership, a leader must walk on the trust of his members, because a leader is the captain in the world of education. As a captain, a leader must be able to prove to his members that he can be trusted because leadership success is not the result of individual work but the result of competent collaborative work. The aim of this research is to understand more deeply the characteristics that must exist in a leader so that the leader can play his role optimally and the educational program can be successful. This research uses a literature study method in the form of several leadership journals and books. The results of this research show that after understanding the characteristics of an ideal leader, it should be adjusted to the leadership model that will be chosen. All attitudes and behavior of a leader must be able to build trust and confidence with his subordinates, because leaders are the bridge to achieving the mission of the Islamic boarding school.

Abstract

The role of libraries is very important in supporting teaching and learning activities and research. Through library materials available in the library, library users can obtain the information and knowledge needed to improve the quality of life and work. Therefore, it is necessary to know strategies for strengthening libraries, as well as modern and successful libraries in supporting learning. In utilizing developments in information technology, libraries use them to provide services to the community. A digital-based library that makes it easier for students to obtain information, learning resources that are expected to support the quality of the learning process, support assignment activities in independent learning. So, here it is necessary to see how modern libraries provide good services to the community.
