Abstract

This study explores the implementation of the Navy's main weapon system modernization policy in the context of meeting the Minimum Essential Forces (MEF) Phase II for the 2015-2019 period, whose main focus is to overcome threats to national security. The purpose of the study is to explain the implementation process of the Navy's defense equipment modernization policy related to MEF and analyze policy factors that affect the results of its implementation. Using defense policy data and theory, the study identified obstacles such as budget constraints, differences in understanding between policy actors, less optimal supervision, and the role of the defense industry that has not been maximized. Document evaluation, interviews, and monitoring by defense experts show that the main constraint is not just related to limited resources, but rather to the imbalance of political will of policy actors. Consistency of implementation, commitment to transparency, accountability, and improvement of resource capabilities through priority scale and empowerment of the defense industry require the support of political will. The contribution of this research includes the development of political science, particularly in the context of defense and security politics. The results can be a reference for future researchers who are interested in understanding the issue of defense equipment modernization. The successful implementation of this policy is expected to have a significant impact on national defense and national security policies, with the support of political will identified as the main key to minimizing conflicts of interest and increasing the effectiveness of MEF implementation, maintaining national security.

Abstract

This research aims to increase students' ecoliteracy in social studies learning. So far, not many teachers have implemented environmental-based learning in social studies learning in the classroom. The development of ecoliteracy is in accordance with the mandate of the UU NO 32 of 2009 and Environmental Management. Indicators of ecoliteracy abilities in this research include aspects of knowledge, attitudes and skills. The research location was carried out at SMP Negeri 5 Cimahi (Public Junior High school) which has environmental cleanliness problems. The research method used in this research is classroom action research using the Lewin model design interpreted by Kemmis. In its implementation, which coincides with the implementation of P5, there are 3 (three) cycles with a total of 12 actions, each of the three cycles has a different discussion concentration. The first cycle concentrates on the knowledge aspect with 5 actions, the second cycle concentrates on the attitude aspect with 4 actions, and the third cycle focuses on the skills aspect with 3 actions. As a result of this research, researchers obtained data on increasing aspects of attitudes towards the environment, getting an increase in scores from 1722.5 to 1820.0. Meanwhile, the score for the skills aspect has increased, it can be explained that research by developing ecoliteracy intelligence in social studies learning with a differentiated ecoliteracy approach has shown an increase in students' knowledge, attitudes and ecoliteracy intelligence skills. This shows that differentiated ecoliteracy learning can be a solution in solving problems in the classroom related to environmental problems.

Abstract

Health, recognized as an essential entitlement for every individual according to the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, holds substantial implications for community well-being. Article 28 H paragraph (1) upholds the entitlement of all individuals to health services, with the state being accountable for ensuring the availability of sufficient public service facilities. Nevertheless, the scarcity of physicians and healthcare professionals in Indonesia poses challenges to health services, particularly evident in the low ratio of doctors per 1000 population. Collaboration between doctors and nurses is imperative, with the delegation of authority serving as a form of joint action. However, understanding the legal aspects of authority delegation often proves to be an intricate matter in this professional relationship. This study aims to explore the practice of handing over physicians to nurses at Rajagaluh Health Center and the factors that influence its implementation. With a legal approach and positivism paradigm, this study uses qualitative descriptive methods with primary data from the Rajagaluh Health Center and secondary sources from books, journals, websites, and related research. The research instrument focused on medical record analysis to collect data related to the practice of delegation of authority, influence factors, and responsibilities of doctors for unexpected events. The study aims to contribute theoretically to the advancement of science, particularly in the realm of health law. Simultaneously, it endeavors to enhance practical comprehension regarding the delegation of authority between doctors and nurses, along with offering a comprehensive perspective on patient safety within

Abstract

This research explores the commercial value of vegetables, especially in the context of consumers' need for sustainable vegetables, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. The main focus is on organic vegetables, which are considered to have higher nutritional value and are free from harmful chemicals. Using the Theory of Planned Behavior approach, this study shows that attitudes, subjective norms, and perceptions of behavioral control influence the intention to repurchase organic vegetable consumers in Surakarta City. Other variables analyzed involve perceived value and customer satisfaction. This research method is quantitative associative, involving 130 respondents aged 20-60 years who have bought organic vegetable products in Surakarta City. Analysis of data utilizing Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through smartPLS 3.0 revealed positive influences of attitudes, subjective norms, perceptions of behavioral control, and customer satisfaction on the intention to make repeat purchases. Perceived value and customer satisfaction also influence positive attitudes towards organic vegetables. However, the findings showed that perceived value did not have a positive influence on repurchase intent. Based on the results of the study, practical suggestions include increasing public information about the benefits of organic vegetables, expanding availability in markets or supermarkets, and actively promoting the health and environmental advantages of organic vegetable consumption. This effort is expected to strengthen consumer confidence and encourage the intention to repurchase organic vegetables in Surakarta City.
