JUSTIAN: Jurnal Sistem Informasi Akuntansi merupakan jurnal yang berisi hasil pemikiran atau penelitian pada bidang sistem informasi akuntansi. Jurnal yang dikelola Program Studi Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Kampus Kota Pontianak, Fakultas Teknologi Informasi, Universitas Bina Sarana Informatika ini dipublikasikan secara online dengan menggunakan Open Journal System (OJS). Lingkup penelitian pada JUSTIAN: Jurnal Sistem Informasi Akuntansi, antara lain penerapan software akuntansi, rancang bangun sistem informasi akuntansi, dan aplikasi akuntansi berbasis android. Periode penerbitan JUSTIAN: Jurnal Sistem Informasi Akuntansi 2 (dua) kali dalam setahun, yaitu pada bulan Maret dan September. Dengan adanya JUSTIAN: Jurnal Sistem Informasi Akuntansi, maka diharapkan dapat menjadi wadah untuk menampung hasil pemikiran atau penelitian dari para peneliti, serta memberikan manfaat bagi masyarakat luas.

Abstract

Badan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BKAD) Prov. Kalimantan Barat merupakan salah satu pemerintahan yang fokus membantu Gubernur dalam melaksanakan unsur penunjang urusan pemerintahan yang menjadi kewenangan daerah dan tugas pembantuan di bidang keuangan daerah sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan. Proses pengurusan sertifikat deposito di Kas Daerah Prov. Kalbar masih menerapkan cara konvensi yaitu pencatatan dilakukan pada media fisik atau berupa buku, sehingga pencatatan dengan media buku dianggap tidak efektif karena berdampak pada proses pencarian catatan transaksi yang memakan waktu, serta pembuatan laporan yang harus mengulang tahapan yang dirangkum setiap bulan membutuhkan ketelitian dan kesabaran karena jika ada transaksi yang bukti tiketnya hilang, akan menyulitkan operator untuk membuat laporan. Oleh karena itu, pada penelitian ini dirancang sebuah aplikasi berbasis web dengan menggunakan model prototype untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang terjadi. Dan dengan adanya aplikasi ini diharapkan kinerja Badan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BKAD) Provinsi Kalimantan Barat dapat meningkatkan kinerjanya dalam hal pengelolaan pengelolaan transaksi simpanan.

Abstract

The village office as a government agency at the lowest level requires an information system that can help manage employee attendance data more efficiently. This research aims to design a mobile-based attendance application for the village office using the prototype method. The prototype method was chosen to facilitate the application design, so that the application can be immediately used by village office employees. This research was conducted by collecting data through interviews and observations at the village office that became the subject of the study. The data was then used as a basis for designing the attendance application using the prototype method. The result of this research is a mobile-based attendance application that can be used by the village office to manage employee attendance data more efficiently. This application can also help improve the accuracy of employee attendance data and reduce the risk of errors in the data management process. In conclusion, the use of the prototype method can help accelerate the process of developing attendance applications at the village office and improve the effectiveness of managing employee attendance data.

Abstract

Over time, the use of information technology continues to increase both among ordinary people and in institutions. KPRI-Tamansari really needs an information system that supports good and good service to its members. Therefore, the author tries to realize the final project about the Tamansari KPRI Savings and Loans System which has not been computerized. KPRI-Tamansari is a branch of the Savings and Loans Cooperative run by a group of elementary school teachers and UPT staff, as well as civil servants and volunteers, in Tamansari District, Bogor Regency. Currently KPRI Tamansari uses a recording system in books and data storage using the Microsoft Excel application, so there is a possibility of errors when calculating or storing data. Therefore, KPRI-Tamansari requires a computerized system that allows recording of all types of savings and loan transactions and generating reports. Computerized systems are expected to work more efficiently and effectively than traditional systems

Abstract

With increasingly fierce competition and business development as well as management's need for accurate accounting information as a basis for decision making, the manual system is no longer effective. However, it cannot be denied that there are still many entrepreneurs who still use manual recording systems due to lack of knowledge about computerized systems. So, the authors observe the accounting data processing process on CV. Muda Teknindo who still uses manual recording where the previous author made observations on the existing system at the lathe workshop and then then applied it to a computerized accounting information system using Zahir Accounting Version 6. The purpose of this study was to implement an Accounting Information System using the Zahir Accounting Version 6 application in beauty salons that still use Microsoft excel in order to achieve accounting reports according to to applicable accounting standards. Abstract

Information technology is now showing many major changes as well as its influence, in the accounting field in particular it can help company management as well as in government, one of the information system activities that can be facilitated is the disposable inventory system. The West Kalimantan Provincial Health Office realized that the recording of inventory of disposable goods was still done manually or not computerized, thus allowing for errors in recording incoming goods, outgoing goods, stock of goods, and making reports. The research method used is data collection, observation, interviews, literature study, system design, analysis of software requirements for system design and software, implementation and unit testing. The design of this website is built using the waterfall model development method and the PHP programming language and utilizes the MySQL database as a database server. The results of this study are the right solution to overcome the problems that exist in the West Kalimantan Provincial Health Office. With a computerized system will be very helpful in supporting all activities so as to produce effective and efficient work.

Abstract

Teknologi informasi dan komunikasi saat berkembang pesat, sala satunya dengan mengubah kegiatan di dunia perdagangan (e-commerce). Perkembangan pesat itu, membantu memberikan solusi bagi aktivitas manusia dalam hal perdagangan. Toko Kelontong Tebas yang beralamat jalan raya Tebas di Kecamatan Tebas menyediakan kebutuhan pokok. Dalam menjalankan usahanya, toko kelontong Tebas menggunakan cara manual untuk transaksi dan pendataan. Memanfaatkan teknologi dapat membantu kegiatan tersebut, seperti menggunakan sistem informasi berbasis website. Dalam perancangan sistem ini, penulis menggunakan metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi kasir. Sistem informasi ini menyediakan fitur untuk mengelola data barang seperti nama, stok, transaksi, mencetak struk sampai membuat laporan. Test case pada sistem informasi ini menghasilkan semua fitur valid atau dapat dioperasikan sesuai harapan. Kesimpulannya, sistem informasi ini memudahkan pemilik dalam mengelola data transaksi, mempermudah dan mempercepat proses pencarian data penjualan dan mengurangi ruangan penyimpanan serta menjaga keamanan data dari kehilangan data atau data yang rusak.

Abstract

Gathering system requirements is the most important thing in an information system development stage. As an initial stage it also determines the success of the next stage. But often when the system development process takes place there are changing needs so that it can make the system project go round and round at just one stage and the system fails to build. For this reason, an agile approach is used, namely Extreme Programming (XP), which by using XP the dynamic system needs can be better accommodated. One system that has dynamic needs is Sales Revenue SIA at a printing company in Pontianak City. With a small project team, XP is the main choice to be implemented in the system development process. As a result, a Sales Revenue Accounting Information System is obtained which has a user acceptance percentage of 96%.

Abstract

Organizational financial management is prone to fraud. The Accounting Information System needs to be implemented by the organization as monitoring. This study aims to determine the application of cash disbursement accounting information system and give recommendations to agencies from the problems. Qualitative case study approach used as a research method. Primary data was collected using observation, interviews, and documentation for five months at the research destination. The results show that accounting information system for cash disbursements at institutions is not strictly regulated. The low regulations make employees less responsible in reporting evidence of cash disbursements transactions. Based on these findings, this study contributes to giving insight for organizations about the importance of implementing system operational procedures as internal control.

Abstract

The availability of raw materials is one of the important components in the production process. The availability of raw materials is also key in the production process at coffee shops/coffee shops. The process of recording raw material stocks in several coffee shops is still conventional. Meanwhile, in the process of ordering raw materials using social media such as Whatsapp. But there is no system between ordering raw materials and recording stock that is mutually integrated or computerized. This resulting in many discrepancies between data and items that do not match. Therefore, an information system is needed that can be used in the process of purchasing raw materials for making coffee. This study aims to design and implement a raw material purchasing information system in Coffee Shops that can assist Coffee Shop entrepreneurs in managing and monitoring raw material purchases in a structured and efficient manner. The research method used is the data collection method and the system development method Rapid Application Development (RAD). The result of this research is the creation of a web-based raw material purchasing information system that can minimize errors in the data processing process, make coffee shop performance more effective and efficient, and the raw material purchasing process becomes more accurate.

Abstract

Changes in communication technology that are very fast have brought extraordinary changes. Offline trading patterns are starting to shift to online business. It can be seen that in the shopee comments or reviews column there are still various complaints from customers indicating that customer satisfaction on the shopee side is still too low. Price is the first reason shopee customers buy the items they want. Service quality is also a consideration for shopee customers. Shopee must provide excellent and satisfying service to customers. With the aim of research to find out how much price quality and service quality affect customer satisfaction in shopee users. The data were processed in this study using an associative method with a quantitative approach. With the results of the calculation of the validity test each obtained a value of r count> r table at a significant value of 5% or 0.195. And the results of the reliability test each obtained a Cronbach's alpha value of 0.705, which was greater than the r table value of 0.195. The results of the classic assumption test, namely the normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test each state that it is feasible to be used as a benchmark. The results of the t test on the price quality variable obtained a significant value of 0.055 <0.05, so partially there is a positive effect of price quality on customer satisfaction. The results of the f test on the price quality variable, service quality obtained a sig value of 0.000 <0.05, so simultaneously there is a positive influence on customer satisfaction. The results of r square show the value (r square) obtained from the study of 0.237. The r square results mean that 23.7% of the variation in customer satisfaction is influenced by the two variables, namely price quality and service quality. While the remaining 76.3% is influenced by other causes outside the model.
