Abstract

Every company wants excellent development in the business it manages. Success can be influenced by how well the performance is shown. Many factors can improve employee performance, such as leadership, work motivation, and other factors. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Adira Finance Palopo with a sample of 89 respondents. The results showed that leadership had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Employee motivation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Simultaneously leadership and work motivation have a significant effect.

Abstract

The organization's success in achieving its goals is dependent on how good the quality of the performance of its employees is. In this study, performance is used as an independent variable and leadership style, work environment, and organizational commitment as dependent variables. In this study, there were 100 samples used with data testing tool using SPSS 21. The results are that leadership style, work environment, and organizational commitment have a positive and significant influence on the performance of ASN at the Agriculture Service, Fisheries Service, Food Security Service, and Land Office of Palopo City simultaneously and partially where all the significance value is below the alpha level.

Abstract

Discipline is one of the benchmarks in seeing the performance of an employee. This study is focused on knowing, analyzing and describing the influence of leadership style variables on work discipline at the Office of Cooperatives and MSMEs in Palopo City. By using the saturated sampling technique, the sample used in this study was 76 respondents. In this study, questionnaires were distributed as a method to obtain data. From the output of SPSS processing, the research shows that the leadership style has a positive and significant impact on the work discipline of the Palopo City Cooperatives and UMKM Office employees.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of discipline and motivation on employee performance at PT. Mahakam Serang Banten Branch. The method used is explanatory research with analytical techniques using statistical analysis with regression, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study that discipline has a significant effect on employee performance by 47.7%, hypothesis testing is obtained t count > t table or (7,578 > 1,998). Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance by 44.6%, hypothesis testing is obtained t count > t table or (7,128 > 1,998). Discipline and motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 8.276 + 0.427X1 + 0.370X2 and the contribution of the influence is 58.1%, hypothesis testing is obtained F count > F table or (42,912 > 2,750).

Abstract

This study aims to determine competence and training on Vocational School Teacher Training Effectiveness in the Serang Region, Banten. The method used is explanatory research with analytical techniques using statistical analysis with regression, correlation, determination, and hypothesis testing. This study shows that competence has a significant effect on the effectiveness of teacher training by 47.8%, hypothesis testing is obtained t count > t table or (7,472 > 2,000). Training has a significant effect on the effectiveness of teacher training by 44.6%; hypothesis testing is obtained t count > t table or (7,002 > 2,000). Competence and training simultaneously have a significant effect on the effectiveness of teacher training with the regression equation Y = 8.314 + 0.429X1 + 0.368X2, and the contribution of the effect is 58.0%.

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and work environment on employee performance at the Environmental Service Office in Serang City, Banten. The method used is explanatory research with analytical techniques using statistical analysis with regression, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study motivation significantly influence employee performance by 47.8%, hypothesis testing obtained t count > t table or (7,774 > 1,997). The work environment has a significant effect on employee performance by 42.6%, hypothesis testing is obtained t count > t table or (7.003 > 1.997). Motivation and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 7.927 + 0.439X1 + 0.371X2, and the contribution of the influence is 58.3%, hypothesis testing is obtained F count > F table or (45.379 > 2,750).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and tenure on employee performance at PT. Infomedia Nusantara Bandung Branch. The method used is explanatory research with analytical techniques using statistical analysis with regression, correlation, determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study that compensation has a significant effect on employee performance by 50.7%, hypothesis testing is obtained t count > t table or (12.117 > 1.977). The working period significantly affects employee performance by 38.8%; hypothesis testing is obtained t count > t table or (9.513 > 1.977). Compensation and tenure simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 9.873 + 0.482X1 + 0.269X2, and the contribution of the effect is 55.4%, hypothesis testing is obtained F count > F table or (88.055 > 2.670).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Principal Management in the Implementation of Local Culture-Based Education in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Malili, East Luwu Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative using a pedagogic approach that uses several educational theories to examine educational problems and a management approach that includes planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The research instrument is the researcher as the vital instrument. Complementary to this research instrument are observation sheets, interview guides, stationery, and cameras. Data were analyzed using three steps, namely data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The results showed that the principal's management in implementing local culture-based education was carried out by implementing planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising. The principal tries to organize all activities, directs various activities, regulates school relations with outside parties, has the right to make school decisions, and carries out educational supervision. By applying the local culture at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Malili, namely lempu‟, acca, sitinaja, getteng, reso‟, and siri‟. The inhibiting factors are increasingly sophisticated and modern technological advances, lack of communication, and lack of socialization about local culture-based education. While the supporting factors are the exemplary principals and teachers fostering through an approach by habituation to come to school on time, teachers shake hands with each other, greet each other, greet each other with a smile, and say hello.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the steps implemented by school principals as supervisors in improving the professionalism of educators of Islamic religious education subjects at SMA Negeri 1 Malili, East Luwu Regency. Examine the contribution of school principals as supervisors to increase the professionalism of educators in Islamic religious education subjects, identify the obstacles experienced, and see the principal's efforts in improving the professionalism of educators in Islamic religious education subjects. This research uses pedagogical, juridical, sociological, and normative theology approaches—data sources, primary data taken through interviews with competent parties. At the same time, secondary data is library data and school documentation that is related to research. The instrument used in collecting data is the researcher himself, who acts as a human instrument, whose function is to determine the focus of the research, select informants as data sources, collect data, assess data quality, analyze data, interpret data and draw conclusions from the findings, while the guidelines for interviews, observations, and documents as complementary instruments. The analysis used is descriptive-analytical by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research and analysis concluded that: 1) the steps implemented by the principal of SMA Negeri 1 Malili as a supervisor in increasing the professionalism of educators of Islamic religious education subjects were by the corridor of supervision implementation. 2) The principal as a supervisor has contributed to increasing the professionalism of educators in Islamic religious education subjects at SMA Negeri 1 Malili, East Luwu Regency. 3) The obstacles faced by the principal of SMA Negeri 1 Malili in improving the quality of PAI learning at SMA Negeri 1 Malili stem from two factors, namely internal and external factors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price, marketing strategy, and creativity on purchasing decisions at PT. Terbit Terang Medan. Data collection using a questionnaire, multiple linear regression analysis models. The study results show that price, marketing strategy, and creativity affect purchasing decisions at PT. Terbit Terang Medan with a coefficient of determination R square 0.547. Price partially influences purchasing decisions with a coefficient value of 0.710; Marketing Strategy partially affects 0.038, creativity partially affects purchasing decisions with a coefficient value of 0.282, The dominant factor influencing purchasing decisions is price.
