Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of discipline and training on employee performance at PT. BCA Finance in Jakarta. The method used is explanatory research with analysis techniques using statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination, and hypothesis testing. This study's results find that the discipline and training on employee performance at PT. BCA significantly affects employee performance by 47.3%; hypothesis testing is obtained t count> t table or (8.683> 1.989). Training has a significant effect on employee performance by 43.6%; hypothesis testing is obtained t count> t table or (8,054> 1,989). Discipline and training simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 8.758 + 0.404X1 + 0.373X2, and the contribution of the effect is 56.1%, hypothesis testing obtained F count> F table or (52.947> 2.710).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of digital marketing strategies and how effective digital marketing strategies are to increase sales during the Covid-19 pandemic (Studies on SMEs in South Tangerang City). This research method uses qualitative methods by gaining a deep understanding of data collection techniques through observation, documentation, and interviews, using the semi-structured interview method based on predetermined interview guides for several informants to MSME actors in the city of South Tangerang. The analysis results from the interviews show that the most effective and efficient marketing is done digitally / online, primarily through digital/online marketing. According to MSME Players in South Tangerang, they prefer to market their products through Facebook, Instagram, and Online Shop, then WhatsApp, and there are also MSME players marketing them through GoFood and GrabFood. Furthermore, the results of interviews with other informants regarding the determinants of MSMEs increase their sales during the Covid-19 Pandemic, namely promotion factors, with digital/online marketing and competitive price factors.

Abstract

The impact of the 4.0 industrial revolution era is enormous on the behavior of the people, including children, who massively switch to technology; this is a product of change driven by developed countries as holders of the world constellation in the fields of science and technology and the economy. The success of developed countries cannot be separated from the role of educational institutions. The era of globalization is currently being experienced by all people in the world, including in Indonesia. Global challenges with advances in science and technology. The concept of entrepreneurial education for girls in open houses causes competition and faster and more competitive movements, which directly impact the world of education. Entrepreneurship is not only a world of adults, but it can also be a part of the world of children. The difference is, entrepreneurship in children cannot be carried out alone. However, it requires guidance and support from adults, parents, and teachers. Children who know the world of entrepreneurship from an early age will find it useful for future provisions. Education is an integral part of the life of society, nation, and state. One of the factors taken to improve the quality of life of the Indonesian nation is to increase the attitude of independence in the future.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of price, promotion, and social media on purchasing decisions and analyzes social media to moderate price and promotion variables. A quantitative approach using a questionnaire tested with validity and reliability by using SPSS 2.6 using regression and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) to determine the ability to analyze between variables. This research was conducted on coffee businesses that had just entered the coffee market and were influenced by various factors. In this study, price and promotion have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, social media has no significant effect on purchasing decisions. Therefore, social media is unable to moderate prices and promotions on purchasing decisions. With the results of this study, the Cilumping Robusta Basma coffee business must take advantage of the benefits in increasing sales. It is carried out on a coffee product business that is starting to develop, and there has never been an analysis of price and promotion, so the author wants to know what factors can encourage consumers to make purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Current Ratio and Debt's effect on Asset Ratio on Return on Assets at PT. Sukabaja Panelindo Utama in Jakarta. The method used is explanatory research with a sample of 85 respondents. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. This study's results, Current Ratio, significantly affect Return on Assets by 41.3%, hypothesis testing obtained a significance of 0.045 <0.05. Debt to Asset Ratio has a significant effect on Return on Assets of 78.5%; hypothesis testing obtained a significance of 0.001 <0.05. Current Ratio and Debt to Asset Ratio simultaneously affect but not significant to the Return on Assets of 85.0%, hypothesis testing obtained a significance of 0.001> 0.05.

Abstract

The choice of marketing strategy for the Banten College of Economics (STIEB) is something that is very urgent because STIE Banten is one of the representations of higher education institutions in the field of economics which cites the name Banten as a primordial characteristic. Choosing the right marketing strategy is something that is expected and becomes an alternative for a decision that will be chosen later. The alternatives to be achieved are alternatives that contain several criteria that must be assessed based on priority. The selection of alternative strategies resulted from a SWOT analysis. The strategy development of the Banten College of Economics is faced with an ambiguous or uncertain decision so that decision makers have difficulty in determining their decisions. Usually decision makers use intuition and subjectivity only the objectives and stages of the research method. This study generally aims to develop a SWOT analysis and fuzzy logic as a marketing strategy as a solution to increasing the number of new student admissions. This research uses two analysis methods, namely: SWOT analysis In conducting a SWOT analysis, the stages of the research method carried out are as follows: Swot Method , Internal Strategy Factor Matrix, External Strategy Factor Matrix, Assessment, Swot Matrix, Fuzzy Alnalytic Hierarchy Process (F-AHP), Comparative Calculations between alternatives. The results of the analysis using FUZZY LOGIC and SWOT on the marketing strategy of the Banten College of Economics obtained a concept ideas about exploring all the potential to minimize weaknesses and use strengths to take advantage of opportunities and face threats. Based on the analysis of F-AHP in determining priority development sectors and making recommendations for marketing strategies of the Banten College of Economics.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: the relationship between principal leadership and teacher performance, the relationship between principal leadership and student character based on local culture, the relationship between teacher performance and student character based on local culture, and the relationship between principal leadership and student character based on local culture through teacher performance. This research is a quantitative study with a correlational design. The research approach is managerial, pedagogical, sociological, and psychological approaches. The data collection instruments used were questionnaires, observation guidelines, interviews, and documentation. Analysis of research data using editing, coding, and tabulating. The results of the data analysis show that there is a significant influence of principal leadership with teacher performance, principal leadership with student character based on local culture, teacher performance with student character, and principal leadership with student character based on local culture through teacher performance with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, which means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. The results of these data are significant: there is a significant relationship between the principal's leadership variable and teacher performance; there is a significant relationship between the principal's leadership variable and student character; There is a significant relationship between teacher performance variables and student character; there is a relationship between the principal's leadership variable and student character through teacher performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of (1) Store Atmosphere on Impulse Buying, (2) Sales Promotion on Impulse Buying, (3) the influence of Store Atmosphere and Sales Promotion on Shopping Emotion at Indomart Kampung Malangnengah Kel. Cijoropasir-Banten. This research is included in the type of causal research. The population in this study were all consumers from Indomart Kampung Malangnengah Kel. Cijoropasir Rangkasbitung-Banten, 99 samples were taken using non-probability sampling. Data was collected using a questionnaire, then analyzed using SEM analysis with the help of SmartPLS. The results of this study indicate that (1) Store Atmosphere has a significant effect on Impulse Buying as indicated by the value of tcount > ttable (9.253> 1.980) or P-value < (0.000 < 0.05), (2) Store Atmosphere has a significant effect on Shopping Emotion as indicated by the value of tcount > ttable (4.187> 1.980) or p-value < α (0.025 < 0.05), (3) Shopping Emotion has a significant effect on Impulse Buying is tcount > ttable (9.562> 1,980) or p-value < (0.000 < 0.05). and the mediation calculation that the value is 0.207 as shown by the path coefficient. The calculated t value of 4.369 is greater than the t table of 1.960, and the probability value of and Sig 0.00 < 0.05 is categorized, the effect is positive and significant, so that it means that the Store Atmosphere will affect impulse Buying through Shopping Emotion. (3) Shopping Emotion that has a significant effect on Impulse Buying is tcount > ttable (9.562> 1.980) or p-value < (0.000 < 0.05). and the mediation calculation that the value is 0.207 as shown by the path coefficient. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of school principals in improving teacher competence in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Palopo. This research is qualitative. The author uses several theories in explaining the phenomenon and interpreting the data found. This research was conducted at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) Palopo, 2014-2015 Academic Year. Sources of research data were obtained through two channels, namely primary data sources and secondary data sources. The subjects of this study were the principal at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) Palopo, who was in office when this research was conducted, and the teachers. They were selected to provide information about the role of the principal in improving teacher competence at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) Palopo. This research data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study found that madrasa management at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Palopo can be seen from the role of the head of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Palopo as a manager in managing institutions, which include: curriculum management, personnel management, student management, financial management, and management of school facilities and infrastructure, the pattern of approach The activities carried out by the Madrasah Head towards improving teacher competence in the public Madrasah Aliyah (MAN) Palopo is by compiling programs and coordinating with teachers, being active in training and improving educational qualifications, carrying out teacher competency testing activities, implementing a culture of discipline with tightened attendance, providing motivation to teachers, and activate teacher organization activities.

Abstract

This research aimed to know determine the management development of Madrasah Aliyah As'adiyah No. 16 Abbreviation Sabbang District, North Luwu Regency; To find out the management of independent business development at Madrasah Aliyah As'adiyah No. 16 Abbreviation Sabbang District, North Luwu Regency; To know the management of development of Madrasah Aliyah As'adiyah No. 16 Abbreviation Sabbang District, North Luwu Regency, is based on independent business. This research is qualitative descriptive; the data collection techniques used in this research are observation techniques, interviews, documentation, data analysis used is data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The results of this research indicate that madrasah development management is carried out by maximizing socialization to the community by face-to-face and the social media, by used three special programs, namely: 1) Arabic language guidance, 2) English language guidance, and 3) Extracurricular activities, and improving the productivity of independent madrasah business, namely cocoa farming; Management of Independent Business Development at Madrasah Aliyah As'adiyah No.16 Pengkendekan Sabbang District, North Luwu Regency is carried out by expanding the scope of business or business diversification, namely by developing new types of business in new business areas; and Management of Development of Madrasah Aliyah As'adiyah. This research implies that it is necessary to maximize the development of Madrasah with independent business to produce quality graduates in Islamic religious knowledge and entrepreneurship.
