Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and motivation on employee performance at PT. Transplasindo Perkasa in Bandung. The method used is explanatory research with analytical techniques using statistical analysis with regression, correlation, determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study that leadership has a significant effect on employee performance by 44.9%, hypothesis testing is obtained t count > t table or (8.936 > 1.984). Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance by 40.6%; hypothesis testing is obtained t count > t table or (8,186 > 1,984). Leadership and motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 9.608 + 0.402X1 + 0.364X2 and the contribution of the influence is 54.0%, hypothesis testing is obtained F count > F table or (56.850 > 2,700).

Abstract

This paper aims to describe optimising the management and strengthening of the Marine Corps Command Headquarters organisation to implement resource management to realise bureaucratic reform within the Indonesian Navy. The organisational structuring and strengthening of the Marine Corps Command Headquarters aim to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the organisation proportionally according to the needs of each task. So that it becomes the proper function and proper sizing to reduce the overlapping of tasks and internal functions of the Marine Corps Command Headquarters. Also increase the capacity of the Marine Corps Command Headquarters in carrying out the main tasks and functions in order to realise Bureaucratic Reform in the TNI AL Environment. The Marine Corps Headquarters must make changes in organisational life related to changes in behaviour, changes in the assessment system, changes in methods and ways of working.

Abstract

This study was conducted to explain the impact of online application competition, discounted prices, and Cinemax service innovation on online cinema ticket purchasing decisions in Medan. The quantitative descriptive method is used in the research. The online cinema ticket ordering application (TIX ID) in the East Medan area is 112,482 people, and the sampling technique using the slovin formula is obtained by 100 respondents. The results of this study are the application competition variable (X1) obtained a value of thtung> t-table (3.935> 1.290), the discounted price variable (X2 ) obtained a value of t-count> t-table (1.715> 1.290), the service innovation variable (X3) obtained a value of thtung> t-table ( 5.795 > 1.290 ) has a significant positive effect with a value of < 0.1 on online cinema ticket purchasing decisions in the city of Medan.

Abstract

PT X Tambun Field engages in exploration and production in the upstream oil and gas sector in each mining concession area. One of the activities carried out by the company, one of the activities carried out is the transportation and distribution of raw materials. The transportation and distribution process affects the number of company expenses at PT X. For PT X, the distribution process is expected to be as effective and efficient as possible to minimize transportation costs. This study aims to reduce transportation and distribution costs in PT X. The analytical tool used is the matrix savings method. The results obtained, distribution, reduction of 48.94% distance and equipment rental costs of 43.39% for shipments from the warehouse and distance costs of 32.31% and equipment rental costs of 30.32% for delivery from PT X Tambun Field.

Abstract

This paper aims to find out the problem of actualizing situational leadership in handling Covid-19 and national economic recovery to improve people's welfare in the context of realizing a resilient Indonesia. Before the data was analyzed, the data normality test was performed using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test. In addition, several classical assumption tests were carried out, namely the heteroscedasticity test and the autocorrelation test. Tests on the validity and reliability of the data were carried out to determine the validity of the questionnaire to the study's objectives and show the measuring instrument's consistency in measuring the same symptoms. Then, the hypothesis test was carried out with multiple linear analyses by comparing the results of t count (t-hit) against t table (t-tab).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and work experience on employee performance at PT. Perkasa Sakti in Cimone. The method used is explanatory research with analytical techniques using statistical analysis with regression, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The result of this research is that motivation has a significant effect on employee performance by 45.1%, hypothesis testing is obtained t count > t table or (7.306 > 1.997). Work experience significantly affects employee performance by 49.9%; hypothesis testing is obtained t count > t table or (8.041 > 1.997). Motivation and work experience simultaneously significantly affect employee performance with the regression equation Y = 9.701 + 0.326X1 + 0.441X2. The influence contribution is 63.2%, hypothesis testing is obtained by F arithmetic > F table or (54.954 > 2.750).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and tenure on employee performance at PT. Infomedia Nusantara in Jakarta. The method used is explanatory research with analytical techniques using statistical analysis with regression, correlation, determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study that compensation has a significant effect on employee performance by 45.6%, hypothesis testing is obtained t count > t table or (7,432 > 1,997). The tenure significantly affects employee performance by 48.7%; hypothesis testing is obtained t count > t table or (7,909 > 1,997). Compensation and tenure simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 5.936 + 0.381X1 + 0.485X2. The contribution of influence is 63.1%, hypothesis testing is obtained by F count > F table or (55,490 > 2,750).

Abstract

This study intends to explain the phenomenon of lifestyle in urban communities, lifestyle practices and social influences that often occur in arisan groups. On the topic of arisan, the writer will explain more in depth about the model of arisan practice, social influences and consumptive lifestyles in the arisan group. This study employs a descriptive exploratory approach and created by the use of a literature review or a literature study. The theory or concept method is implemented through the use of multiple sources, including books, scientific publications, and the internet. All descriptions of existing concepts are combined into a single framework of thought. From the research conducted, it was found that identity is an important thing in social gathering activities. Identity then arises because the existing social gathering activities are dominated by consumption patterns in it. From this consumption activity, a competition was born between its members to show who has a higher identity and who doesn't. The chairman of the arisan has great influence in influencing its members to follow all his orders under the pretext of the interests of arisan activities. This power is not realized by the members. The strong friendship between the chairman and the other members, makes them enter into a system where there is control and what is controlled.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between Transformational Leadership, Self Efficacy and Professional Competence on Knowledge Sharing and Lecture Performance. In this study using quantitative methods and data analysis techniques Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS 3.0 software. In this study using quantitative methods and data analysis techniques Structural Equation Modeling Equation Modeling using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The sample selection method used non-probability sampling methods. Respondents in this study were private university lecturers in the city of Tangerang. Data collection in this study was conducted using an online questionnaire. Online questionnaires were sent to the respondents as many as 230 questionnaires, the next step is to evaluate the returned questionnaires, namely the questionnaires that returned 220 and did not return totaling 10 questionnaires. Based on the results of data analysis, it is concluded that Transformational Leadership has a significant effect on Lecture Performance, Self Efficacy has a significant effect on Lecture Performance, Professional Competence has no significant effect on Lecture Performance, Knowledge Sharing has no significant effect on Lecture Performance. The novelty of this research is the relationship model of the Role of transformational leadership, self-efficacy and professional competence on knowledge sharing and lecture performance
