Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price and promotion on consumer buying interest at PT Nano Herbaltama Internasional, either partially or simultaneously. The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The sampling technique used is a saturated sample using a sample of 113 respondents from the entire population. The results of the research have a significant effect on buying interest partially, as evidenced by the regression equation Y = 11.097 + 0.902X1, a correlation coefficient of 0.860 means that the two variables have a very strong relationship. The value of determination is 86%. The hypothesis test obtained a value tcount > ttable or (17.767 > 1.981) and strengthened by a significant value (0.000 <0.05). Promotion has a significant effect on consumer buying interest partially as evidenced by the results of the regression equation Y = 7.972 + 0.669X2, the correlation coefficient of 0.820 means that the two variables have a very strong relationship level. The value of determination is 82%. The hypothesis test obtained a value of tcount > ttable or (15.083> 1.981) and strengthened by the significance value (0.000 <0.05). The results of the research on price and promotion simultaneously have a significant effect on consumer buying interest as evidenced by the results of the regression equation Y = 7.661 + 0262X1 + 0.616X2. The value of the correlation coefficient between the independent variable and the dependent variable was obtained at 0.877, which means that it has a very strong relationship. The value of the coefficient of simultaneous determination is 87.7%. Simultaneous hypothesis testing obtained Fcount > Ftable or (182,776 > 2,690) and strengthened by the significance value (0.000 < 0.05). Thus H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that it can have a significant effect simultaneously between price and promotion of consumer buying interest.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and promotion on purchasing decisions that have an impact on consumer loyalty in using VIT bottled water produced by PT Turta Varia Intipratama in the Bandung Region. The method used is explanatory research with a sample of 96 respondents. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study show that service quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions by 31.6%, hypothesis testing obtained a significance of 0.000 <0.05. Promotion has a significant effect on purchasing decisions by 46.6%, hypothesis testing obtained a significance of 0.000 <0.05. Service quality and promotion simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions by 51.9%, hypothesis testing obtained a significance of 0.000 <0.05. Purchase decisions have a significant effect on consumer loyalty by 31.2%, hypothesis testing obtained a significance of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

The research aims to analyze internal control procedures for merchandise inventory at PT Indomarco Prismatama (Indomaret) WR Supratman, South Tangerang. In this study using a type of qualitative descriptive research that is by describing the object of research at the current state based on the facts as they are, then analyzed and interpreted, the form is in the form of surveys and developmental studies. And based on the analysis carried out, it was found that the procedure for inventory of merchandise at PT. Indomarco Prismatama (Indomaret) WR Supratman South Tangerang is not good enough, where in the process of issuing goods the clerk only receives proof of the number of goods ordered and when distributing merchandise the warehouse clerk does not record real time or update the stock of the number of goods to be distributed.

Abstract

This article discusses the importance of learning evaluation in elementary schools and various approaches and strategies that can be used in managing evaluation. The article was born from a literature research type, which designs and collects data based on reading sources, both offline and online. The article explains that learning evaluation is an important process in assessing learning objectives and providing feedback to teachers and students to improve the quality of learning in elementary schools. The article also highlights several evaluation approaches such as formative and summative evaluation, as well as evaluation strategies such as the use of tests, observations, and portfolios. Additionally, the article emphasizes the important role of effective evaluation management in ensuring accurate and reliable learning evaluation. In conclusion, this article provides a broad overview of learning evaluation management in elementary schools and provides advice for teachers and principals to optimize the learning evaluation process in elementary schools.

Abstract

This article discusses management of leadership in the madrasah environment. The main focus of this article is on the challenges faced by madrasah leaders in managing change and resistance from stakeholders. This research is a qualitative study that draws on practical experiences of leadership management in the madrasah environment. The case study approach can provide a detailed picture of the situations and challenges faced by madrasah leaders in managing change and resistance, as well as the strategies used to address them. In the case study, data can be obtained through interviews, observations, and document analysis to provide a more comprehensive picture of the case being studied. Through literature review and practical experiences, this article discusses several effective leadership management strategies for managing change and resistance in the madrasah environment. This article also discusses the importance of effective communication and participation from all relevant parties in the leadership management process in madrasah. This article is expected to contribute to the development of leadership management in the madrasah environment and strengthen the role of madrasah in shaping the character and personality of the younger generation. The results presented show that: First, school leadership management can respond to resistance from school communities by acting as a source of information, initiator of innovation programs, and agent/driving force in overcoming school community resistance to curriculum changes. Good school leadership management can help improve the quality of education in madrasahs, strengthen leadership positions inside and outside the school, and create a conducive and innovative working environment for teachers and school staff. Second, in order to overcome school community resistance to curriculum changes, visionary, participative leadership that is capable of initiating innovation programs is required. The school principal as a leader must understand the conditions and characteristics of the madrasah, be able to communicate clear and consistent vision and goals, and motivate teachers and school staff to work together in overcoming these challenges.

Abstract

The focus of this research is to see how the influence of Price Discount and Atmosphare store on Positive Emotion on consumers Alfamidi Palopo City. This research is categorized as quantitative research with data collected through questionnaires. Where the sample in this study were 87 people. The collected questionnaires were processed with the help of the SPSS 25 application. Based on the SPSS processing, it was found that the Price Discount and Atmosphare store had a significant effect on Positive Emotion on Alfamidi consumers in Palopo City with a positive direction. The direction of positive influence means that the more often the Price Discount is given by Alfamidi, the more positive Emotion will be on Alfamidi's consumers in Palopo City. The better the Atmosphare store perceived by Alfamidi consumers, the more positive Emotion will be for Alfamidi consumers in Palopo City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of price discount and customer experience towards customer loyalty at the Jurangan Tepi Sawah Restaurant in Palopo City. This study uses primary data, namely data taken directly from the main source. The data analysis of this research used multiple linear regression using SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science) tool .The results of this research show that : (1). Variable p rice d account positive and significant effect on customer loyalty to the customer Jurangan Tepi Sawah Restaurant in Palopo City. ( 2 ) .Customer experience variable positive and significant effect on customer loyalty to the customer Jurangan Tepi Sawah Restaurant in Palopo City.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out whether the performance of PT Mandom Indonesia and its kaizen culture influence productivity or not. The total population in this study was 128 people with the determination of the number of samples using the Slovin formula which produced 114 respondents. This study uses the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis model to determine how much independent influence the dependent variable has through the intervening variables, carried out using the Lisrel 8.8 program. The results of this study prove that the kaizen culture has a significant and positive effect on productivity. Productivity is significantly and positively influenced by work discipline. Performance is not significantly affected by the kaizen culture. Performance is significantly affected by work discipline. Efficiency has a significant effect on execution. Productivity is significantly and positively influenced by the kaizen culture and work discipline. Kaizen culture, work discipline, and efficiency have a significant effect on execution.

Abstract

The banking industry has serious issues related to human resources, such as the high employee turnover rate and work engagement of employees in the work environment. This research aims to analyze the influence of person-job fit on work engagement and turnover intention on employees of state-owned banks in Jakarta by using work-family conflict and family-work conflict as mediating variables. The samples used in this research were taken from 320 frontline employees of state-owned banks in Jakarta including Bank Mandiri, Bank BRI, Bank BNI and Bank BTN. The data were collected by using non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method. The data analysis used in this research is structural equation modeling. The results of this research show that there are both negative and positive influences between each variable, and work-family conflict and family-work conflict as mediating variables proved to have an effect on person-job fit on work engagement and turnover intention. This research has several implications for bank managers to be more selective in recruiting employees in order that person-job fit can be met, to make a personal approach to each employee, to pay attention to the employees' capacity and rights, and to hold periodic training for employee.

Abstract

In the era of increasingly sophisticated digitalization and seeing the support provided by the Indonesian Ministry of Cooperatives and UMKM in full, many MSME players are trying to make changes, one of which is by changing the way of selling which was initially conventional or through offline stores, namely meeting directly with consumers into a system online-based or online store, namely consumers can buy a product or service without having to meet directly with the seller. In this study, we wanted to examine the development strategy for the istiqomah pottery umkm in Paseban village using a smart business map. In this study using qualitative data methods obtained from various sources with various data collection techniques (triangulation) and carried out continuously until saturated.
