Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of regional financial management information systems and regional fixed asset management on the quality of local government financial reports either partially or simultaneously. The sampling technique in this research is using Probability Sampling with the Cluster sampling method. The sampling technique in this research is using Probability Sampling with the Cluster sampling method. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 60 employees who perform accounting and financial administration functions in two local government agencies in West Bandung Regency. The collected data is processed using quantitative testing with regression analysis techniques. Hypothesis testing used is multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F test, and determination coefficient. This study indicates that there is a positive effect partially and simultaneously between the regional financial management information system and regional fixed asset management on the quality of the report. The magnitude of the influence of the regional financial management information system and regional fixed asset management on local government financial reports' quality was 75.3%. In comparison, the remaining 24.7% influenced by other factors outside the variables studied. The recommendations recommended can further improve the performance of regional fixed asset management and improve the regional financial management information system's infrastructure.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence budget governance. The verification research method uses to answer the formulation of a predetermined problem. Respondents who sampled were 103 permanent lecturers of private universities in the South Sumatra region. The results showed that all the proposed hypotheses proved significant. The results showed that the increased ease of obtaining a budget and simple budget administration expected to increase the Budget Governance variable.

Abstract

This study aims to determine competence, quality of work-life and employee performance in one of the hotels in the city of Bandung and to analyze the influence of competence on employee performance and the influence of the quality of work-life on employee performance and the influence of competence and quality of work-life together on employee performance. The method used in this research is a survey method with an associative explanation level. Respondents in this study were 95 employees. The data collection techniques used literature study, documentation study, and field study using interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is a quantitative analysis and statistical analysis. The quantitative analysis includes the respondent's score, while the statistical analysis uses path analysis. The finding shows there is a positive relationship between competence and performance of 0.418, there is a positive relationship between the quality of work-life and performance of 0.596. there is a positive relationship between competence and quality of work-life of 0.371 and epsilon (factors others not researched) of 0.286.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic period caused changes in student behavior in teaching and learning caused by stressors. To overcome the impact of stress caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, it is necessary first to know the level of intellectual emotionality. This study explores the Emotional Intelligent Trait measurement during the Covid-19 pandemic from a student's point of view. One hundred twenty-two valid survey instruments were collected using online media. The research instrument adopted from TEIQue SF as many as 30 statement instruments. Processing data analysis uses a factor analysis approach to know how many factors make up the Emotional Intelligent Trait measurement. Two factors make up Trait Emotional Intelligent with nine statement items. The study results can use as a reference for measuring Trait Emotional Intelligent to manage student emotions in the teaching and learning process.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of (1) analyzing the maturity level (Maturity Level) of IT governance in the Academic Information System at the current STAIN Pare-pare; (2) mapping and measuring IT governance in the appropriate Academic Information System to optimize the quality of academic services at STAIN Pare-pare by referring to the COBIT framework standards; (3) analyzing the Academic Information System at STAIN Pare-pare which is integrated with other back-office information systems to suit the vision, mission, and goals of the organization. This study uses primary data and secondary data. In this study, the sample used amounted to five people consisting of elements of leadership who are directly related to or in charge of the academic subdivision and the Head of the TIPD unit. The data was collected through a questionnaire, and a maturity level was calculated based on the Cobit 4.1 framework. The results of this study indicate that: (1) implementing the Maturity Model COBIT 4.1 as a tool for Academic Information System Technology Governance, facilitating documentation, and facilitating the preparation of governance in Academic Information System Technology; (2) know the Maturity Level in STAIN Pare-pare at this time by mapping and measuring the maturity level of the Academic Information System Technology governance; (3) based on the results of mapping and maturity measurements and integrated with other back offices, then the output of Academic Information System Technology Governance is in line with the Vision, Mission, and Objectives of STAIN Pare-pare. It shows that the Maturity Level of Academic Information System Technology Governance in STAIN Pare-pare is at level three (Defined).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of shop atmosphere and price on consumer buying interest in Hypermarket in Kota Tangerang Selatan. The method used is explanatory research with analysis techniques using statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study, the shop atmosphere has a significant effect on buying interest by 39.2%, hypothesis testing obtained t count> t table or (6,719> 1,994). Price has a significant effect on buying interest by 54.6%; hypothesis testing is obtained t count> t table or (9.173> 1.994). Shop atmosphere and prices simultaneously have a significant effect on buying interest with the regression equation Y = 8.676 + 0.254X1 + 0.543X2, and the contribution of the effect is 57.9%, hypothesis testing is obtained F count> F table or (47.424> 2.740).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the operational costs operating income (BOPO) and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) on Return on Assets at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia, Tbk. The method used is explanatory research. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study Operational Costs Operational Income (BOPO) has a significant effect on Return on Assets by 40.7%, hypothesis testing is obtained t count> t table or (2.346> 2.262). Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) has a significant effect on Return on Assets of 53.9%; hypothesis testing is obtained t count> t table or (-3.056> -2.262). Operating Costs Operational Income (BOPO) and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) simultaneously have a significant effect on Return on Assets, the regression equation Y = 1.565 + 0.205X1 - 0.089X2 and a determination value of 59.9%, hypothesis testing obtained the F value calculated > F table or (5,224> 4,350).

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of filing employee performance time and supporting and inhibiting factors of the Land Office at Kota Tangerang Selatan. This research was conducted for approximately 1 (one) year uses qualitative research with a SWOT analysis. The results showed that the implementation of the Land Office employees adhered to the standard operating system. The obstacles that occur are the lack of funds in its implementation and the lack of human resources. Supporting factors are the cost of free certificate ownership and good communication between the parties. Performance strategy of the South Tangerang City Land Office with EFE = 2.0900 and IFE = 2.0700. Also, to support the effectiveness of the performance of the South Tangerang City land office employees, among others, by increasing discipline, training employees to be familiar with the application of SOPs, interactive employees towards consumers can provide quality time management processes. Furthermore, time management in implementing the land certification program is carried out in collaboration with the community in granting land certificates directly, thus increasing public awareness because the program is carried out according to operational procedure standard and discipline.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and compensation on employee performance at PT. Jaindo Metal Industries in Bandung. The method used is explanatory research with analysis techniques using statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study that the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance by 41.4%; hypothesis testing is obtained t count> t table or (7,020> 1,994). Compensation significantly affects employee performance by 43.8%; hypothesis testing is obtained t count> t table or (7.385> 1.994). Work environment and compensation simultaneously significantly affect employee performance with the regression equation Y = 7.895 + 0.382X1 + 0.426X2, and the contribution of the effect is 57.2%, hypothesis testing obtained count> F table or (46.042> 2.740).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Non Performing Loans and Loan to Deposit Ratio on Return on Assets at PT. Bank Mandiri, Tbk. Period 2011-2020. The method used is explanatory research. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study that Non Performing Loans have a significant negative effect on Return on Assets of 53.5%; hypothesis testing is obtained t count> t table or (-3.033> -2.306). Loan to Deposit Ratio has a significant positive effect on Return on Assets of 48.0%; hypothesis testing is obtained t count> t table or (2.716> 2.306). Non Performing Loan and Loan to Deposit Ratio simultaneously have a significant effect on Return on Assets, the regression equation is Y = 0.534 + -0.247X1 + 0.045X2 and a determination value of 66.9%, hypothesis testing obtained F value> F table or (7.090 > 4,070).
