Juremi: Jurnal Riset Ekonomi is a research base journal published by Bajang Institute. The journal published six times per year. This journal started publishes since 2021 In the following year of publication, the journal is going to publish trianually. Any interested author could submit the manuscript following the submission guidelines. Please read these guidelines carefully. Authors who want to submit their manuscript to the editorial office of Jurnal Amal should obey the writing guidelines. If the manuscript submitted is not appropriate with the guidelines or written in a different format, it will be REJECTED by the editors before further reviewed. The editors will only accept the manuscripts which meet the assigned format. Every article that goes to the editorial staff will be selected through Desk Review and Initial Manuscript Evaluation processes by Editorial Board. Then, the articles will be sent to the Mitra Bebestari/peer reviewer and will go to the next selection by Double-Blind Peer-Review Process. Further details on reviewing policy and processes are available on submission guidelines. The aim of this journal publication is to disseminate the conceptual thoughts or ideas and research results that have been achieved in the area of community services. All manuscripts submitted to the journal recommended being written in good English or Bahasa Indonesia. The scope and focus is related to research in economics, accounting, management and also economic education studies such as microeconomics, macroeconomics, development studies, behavioral economics, human resource management, finance, leadership management, marketing, accounting and research on education in economical. This journal also publishes articles related to the study of banking, small and medium enterprises, stock market, Islamic economics, Islamic banking, Islamic accounting and other sharia-related economic fields. And also publishes development policy studies. In accordance with its scope, the Juremi: Jurnal Riset Ekonomi welcomes multidisciplinary articles related to economic research, management, accounting, and economic education both conventional and sharia. This journal accepts qualitative research and quantitative research. The journal aims to publish a scientific article from researchers from Indonesia and other countries.

The aim of this research is to obtain empirical evidence regarding knowledge sharing abilities and competencies on teacher performance, both directly and through the mediation of creativity. This type of research is quantitative with the SEM-SmartPLS method. Data was obtained through questionnaires distributed by census to 38 Wonosari Vocational School teachers, Malang Regency. Empirical evidence shows that knowledge sharing is able to encourage increased teacher performance, both directly and through the mediation of creativity. Meanwhile, competency is not able to encourage increased teacher performance, either directly or through the mediation of creativity. However, creativity still has an influence on the performance of teachers at Wonosari Vocational School, Malang Regency

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu peenelitian kuantitatif. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan SPSS. Berikutnya, dilakukan tahap analisa data dengan pengujian instrument penelitian, analisis asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear sederhana, pengujian hipotesis, koefisien determinasi dan uji t. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan tipe kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu seluruh jumlah populasi dengan jumlah 47 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan non probability sampling dengan sampel jenuh (sensus). Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja motivasi kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil uji determinasi didapatkan hasil koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,690. Nilai tersebut menunjukkan R Square sebesar 69% artinya variabel bebas yaitu disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh sebesar 69% terhadap variabel terikat yaitu kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan sisanya 31% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pemasaran Media Sosial Terhadap Minat Pembelian Produk Yogurt Cimory Mahasiswa Stie Tanjungpinang. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif, proses analisis data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 25 dengan pengujian yang dilakukan yaitu uji instrumen penelitian, asumsi klasik, regresi liner sederhana, uji hipotesis serta uji koefisien determinasi. Dapat disimpulkan secara parsial Media Sosial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli pada Produk Yogurt Cimory oleh Mahasiswa STIE Pembangunan Tanjungpinang. Berdasarkan tabel diatas nilai R square, diperoleh nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,720. Hal ini berarti bahwa variabel independen (Media Sosial) memiliki persentase pengaruh sebesar 72,0% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 28,0% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah Citra Merek menjadi variabel mediasi antara Kualitas Produk dan Keputusan Pembelian. Isu kualitas produk menjadi perbincangan hangat pada pembelian sepeda motor dan perusahaan selalu membuat iklan agar citra merek menguat, sehingga penting diketahui apakah hal ini berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian sepeda motor. Penelitian dilakukan pada 99 responden, dengan metode pengambilan sampel purposive. Digunakan alat analisis Smart PLS 4.0 untuk mengetahui hubungan antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Citra Merek tidak bisa memediasi Kualitas Produk dan Keputusan Pembelian

Cultural communication is what occurs between people who have different cultures, be they racial, ethnic, or socio-economic, or a combination of all of these differences. Culture is a way of life that develops and is adopted by society and lasts from generation to generation. Cultural communication plays a role in education because it can broaden students' knowledge and learning experiences and open their knowledge horizons. Cultural communication also has an important role in terms of broadening understanding and improving intercultural relations and building strong bridges between students from different cultural backgrounds. Intercultural communication occurs during communication between individual or groups of different races, ethnicities, or socio-economic level. The differences between two or more cultures that meet each other can of course give rise to different patterns of intraction and communication, this is a resultof the diverse experiences, values and perspectives of each culture. This research was conducted to understand intercultural communication that course among Indonesian studens and how they overcome these communications barriers , as well as their efforts to interact with each other. This research uses qualitative methods. Data was collected using interview techniques with three Indonesian students studying at the state University of Malang. To achive this aim, five research questions were asked. The results of this research show that Indonesian intercultural communication is quite good, although initially there were many obstacles in the communication process, such as problems with diffrences in terms in the language used, habits, and the way of conveying information (both directly and via social media) which caused misunderstandings. However, this is not an obstacle for them to continue interacting and communicating with each other. To overcome this problem, they must learn more about Malaysian culture and respect each other’s cultural differences.

Climate change has become a concern for every sector, including finance. This is the basis for the creation of the Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) recommendations. This research aims to determine the quality of climate reporting disclosure following TCFD recommendations. The theories employed in this study are stakeholder theory and legitimacy theory. The content analysis method is utilized to understand and assess the quality of climate reporting disclosure from 18 companies during the period 2020-2022. The results indicate that the majority of companies achieve a moderate quality, suggesting that the implementation of TCFD recommendations is still considered sufficient. The main category of governance and the sub-category of target usage receive the highest rankings, indicating that the disclosure in these categories and sub-categories aligns with TCFD recommendations. The banking sector attains high quality, even though its impact on climate change is not direct. South Africa obtains a high percentage, while the United Kingdom consistently experiences improvement each year.

Hypertension is an important factor as a trigger for non-communicable diseases such as heart disease, stroke and other cardiovascular diseases which are the cause of many deaths in the world. WHO explains that hypertension contributes to almost 9.4 million deaths from cardiovascular disease every year. Non-adherence problems are commonly encountered in the treatment of chronic diseases that require long-term treatment such as hypertension. Current antihypertensive drugs have been proven to be able to control blood pressure in hypertensive patients, and also play a significant role in reducing the risk of developing cardiovascular complications. However, the use of antihypertensives alone has proven to be insufficient to produce a long-term blood pressure control effect if it is not supported by compliance in using the antihypertensives. This research is a quantitative study using a correlational descriptive design with a cross sectional study approach with a sample size of 43 respondents. The research results show that the variables based on the Chi-Square Test are as follows: Attitude variable (p=0.003). The Health Service needs to increase program development on health and patient compliance behavior in taking anti-hypertension medication by playing an active role in providing education in the community

Employee performance is an important factor in the organizational goals to be achieved. The good or bad performance of an employee in an organization will be determined by many factors including ability which is the result of knowledge and skills including personality attitudes which are influenced by education, training experience and interest and motivation as a result of the interaction of forces in physical conditions. work, social conditions of work and individual needs. This research was conducted in the Health Services Section of the Majalaya Regional General Hospital (RGH), the method used in this research was the descriptive analysis method, with a sample size of 60 people. The analysis method uses regression with SPSS software version 25. The results of this research support the hypothesis made, namely that training and work motivation have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. The results of the determination test show that the Training and Work Motivation variables can influence employee performance by 61.7%, while the remaining 38.3% is influenced by other variables not examined by the author. Based on the results of the research above, the Health Services Section of the Majalaya Regional General Hospital (RGH), Bandung District needs to improve its human resources in mastering knowledge and skills and increasing work motivation so that it will improve employee performance
