Abstract

Introduction: The COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated digitalization in the health industry, indicating a transition in services toward telemedicine. In Indonesia, telemedicine is quickly expanding in tandem with technological advancements and legal regulations, with users increasing by 700 percent in the first year of 2020. This is because telemedicine is seen as a cutting-edge approach of dealing with the COVID-19 problem. Looking at the rise of digital marketing in the company and in the current market, it is not impossible for every hospital to begin using digital marketing in every activity, using various methods such as setting up websites and setting up social media. Thus, internet technology leads an advertising company named Dentsu to introduce a new buying process, namely AISAS (Attention, Interest, Search, Action, Share). Objective: This study is intended to analyze the use of AISAS method in telemedicine advertisement. Methods: This research involved 45 respondents. Respondents consisted of social media followers from hospital social media account selected by the purposive sampling. The SEM-PLS analysis in this research was used to analyze the direct effect of social media on purchase intention based on AISAS modeling. Results and Discussion: The results of this study indicate that social media has a significant and positive effect on the attention, interest and search factors of consumers. Meanwhile attention, interest, and search don’t have a significant effect toward purchase intention. Purchase intention has a significant and positive effect on action. Action doesn’t have significant effect to share. Conclusions: This study indicated telemedicine advertisement using social media as media promotion with AISAS modelling does not increase customer’s purchase intention.

Abstract

Introduction: Turbidimeter is a tool that serves to determine or measure the level of turbidity of water. Based on the similarity in composition between starch and sperm fluid composition, such as protein, carbohydrates, fat, iron, starch suspension was chosen as a model for measuring sperm turbidity. By using a laser turbidimeter to measure the concentration of starch suspension, it is hoped that it will provide an alternative model that is appropriate for measuring sperm turbidity in the future. Methods: The data were processed using pearson correlation analysis by looking for the relationship between starch concentration and laser light intensity. Then performed linear regression analysis by looking for the equation of the regression line. Objective: This study aims to see the effectiveness of the laser Turbidimeter to measure the level of turbidity of sperm Results: The highest laser intensity value is at a starch concentration of 20%, with an intensity value of 0.071. While the lowest laser intensity value is at a starch concentration of 80%, with an intensity value of 0.032. The cloudier the starch, the harder it is for the laser light to penetrate it, resulting in a lower intensity value. The results also show that the results of the pearson correlation statistic test are -0.901 and with a significance value of 0.006, or it can be interpreted as less than 0.05. Conclusion: With these results it can be explained that there is a relationship between starch concentration and laser light intensity. However, this study also has many shortcomings in terms of research and analysis methods. We hope that there will be further research that can be better in terms of research methods and analysis so as to produce better results

Abstract

Introduction: Operating Area Infections (IDO) is part of Healthcare-Associated Infections (HAIs) which is a global problem and reaches at least 9% (3%-21%) of 1.4 million clients worldwide. This figure was reported by the World Health Organization (WHO) from the results of a survey in 14 countries covering 28,861 clients in 47 hospitals. Based on the results of a survey every year, millions of people undergo surgical treatment so that surgical intervention covers about 13% of the total life or DALYs (Disability-Adjusted Life Years). Objective: irrigation fluids normal saline 0.9% and povidone-iodine with the wound healing process after laparotomy sectio caesarea. Methods: The design used in this study is an expost facto comparative, namely research that compares the presence of one or more variables in different samples with a retrospective approach. Results and Discussion: The results of the research analysis showed that there were significant differences between the two irrigation fluids, but according to several theories and research, the differences were due to differences in composition and characteristics of the irrigation fluids that had been used. However, the irrigation fluid can still be used for intraoperative irrigation. Conclusion: This study shows that there is a statistical difference between the two types of irrigation fluids, namely normal saline 0.9% and povidone iodine on the wound healing process by having different characteristics and fluid composition
