The incidence of anemia is the most common problem found in adolescent girls. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), the prevalence of anemia among adolescent girls worldwide is still quite high, ranging from 40-88%, while in Indonesia, it is 21.7%. One of the factors causing anemia in adolescents is that adolescent girls with insufficient knowledge have a 4.998 times greater risk of not consuming iron supplement tablets compared to adolescent girls with adequate or good knowledge. To address adolescents' knowledge about anemia in adolescent girls, one action that can be taken is to provide education using videos. The use of video is a form of innovation in the development of educational media, especially by utilizing advanced technology such as animated videos. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of video-based education on adolescents' knowledge about anemia. The research method is a pre-experiment with a one-group pre-post test design approach. The population in this study consists of all 184 female students at SMP Negeri Satap 11 Mesuji. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling with a total sample size of 65. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri Satap 11 Mesuji in September 2024. Data analysis uses the Wilcoxon test. The results of the study show that the average knowledge before being given education using video was 45.05 (less category), and the average after being given education was 79.08 (moderate category) with a p-value of 0.000 (p < 0.05), meaning that there is an effect of video-based education on adolescents' knowledge about anemia at SMP Negeri Satap 11 Mesuji in 2024. The suggestion in this study is that adolescent girls can utilize educational videos about anemia to increase their knowledge, especially about anemia. By increasing knowledge about anemia, it is hoped that adolescent girls can prevent and treat anemia from an early age.

The nutritional problem often experienced by female adolescents is iron deficiency, making adolescent girls during puberty at high risk of iron deficiency anemia. The anemia prevention efforts carried out so far by health workers at Padang Cermin Health Center is the provision of Fe tablets targeting female adolescents aged 12-18 years. Although Fe tablets have been provided, the results of Hb screening in 2023 showed 26.2% with an average Hb level of 9.8 g/dl, categorized as anemic. The research objective was to determine the relationship between HBM and female adolescents' compliance in consuming Fe tablets. This is a quantitative research, with an analytical research design using a cross-sectional approach. The research was conducted from August 1-30, 2024, at 6 adolescent Integrated Service Posts in the working area of UPTD Padang Cermin Health Center. The population consisted of all female adolescents aged 12-18 years totaling 346 people, with a sample size of 78 people. The sampling technique used was stratified random sampling. Data analysis used the chi-square test. The research results showed that the frequency distribution of female adolescents' HBM was higher in the poor category at 51 people (65.4%), and the frequency distribution of female adolescents' compliance in consuming Fe tablets was higher in the non-compliant category at 48 people (61.5%). Chi-square test results showed there is a relationship between HBM and female adolescents' compliance in consuming Fe tablets (p-value = 0.012 < 0.05). Health workers should be more active in socializing key messages that anemia can be controlled if compliant in consuming Fe tablets regularly, which can be disseminated through social media channels, school counseling, or adolescent integrated service posts using fun game methods to make socialization more attractive according to adolescent characteristics.

In Indonesia in 2022, the achievement indicator for infants under 6 months receiving exclusive breastfeeding was 67.96%. However, this figure has not reached the National target of 80%. Low breast milk production or insufficient breast milk is the main reason mothers stop exclusively breastfeeding their babies. Low breast milk production is a condition where breast milk does not come out or very little milk production is released. Low milk production can be increased by performing Woolwich massage, which is massage performed on the lactiferous sinus area specifically 1-1.5 cm above the areola mammae to stimulate prolactin hormone. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Woolwich massage on increasing breast milk production in primiparous postpartum mothers. The research method was pre-experimental with a one-group pre-posttest design approach. The population in this study was 34 primiparous postpartum mothers. The sampling technique was purposive sampling, with a total sample of 30 primiparous postpartum mothers. This research was conducted in the Ulu Belu Health Center Area, Ulu Belu District, Tanggamus Regency in 2024. Data analysis used the Wilcoxon test. The research results showed the average breast milk production flow was 54.67 (less smooth) and after was 76 (smooth), with a p-value of 0.000 (<0.05) meaning there is an effect of Woolwich massage on increasing breast milk production in primiparous postpartum mothers. The suggestion in this research is that postpartum mothers can perform Woolwich massage independently to help smooth breast milk production so they can meet breast milk needs for babies to achieve exclusive breastfeeding.

SIRT1 plays a pivotal role in regulating a multitude of biological processes, including cellular metabolism, aging, DNA repair, inflammation, and oxidative stress. evidence suggesting a potential association between SIRT1 activity and periodontal health including periodontitis. This article aims to explore the immunobiological functions of SIRT1 in the initiation and progression of periodontitis. This comprehensive review utilized the PubMed and Cochrane Library databases to collate studies from December 2024 to December 2024. Arround 53 studies were screened and 5 studies were deemed suitable for analyses. Evidence based revealed that, SIRT1 levels elevated after periodontal treatment and its involvement in anti-inflammatory pathways suggest its beneficial role in managing periodontitis. Conclussion, clinical studies shows that SIRT1's potential as a biomarker and therapeutic target. Elevated SIRT1 levels after periodontal treatment and its involvement in anti-inflammatory pathways suggest its beneficial role in managing periodontitis. However, Prospective studies are necessary to deepen our understanding of their role in the pathophysiology of periodontitis and their potential clinical applications.

The relationship between IL-17 and the microbiome remains an area requiring extensive research. IL-17, a pro-inflammatory cytokine, plays a crucial role in immune function, particularly in its interactions with the microbiome, especially within the intestinal digestive system. In metabolic diseases linked to inflammation, this connection underscores the importance of understanding cytokine activity and the microbiome's response within the body. In this literature review, three articles were retrieved from a single database, exploring the relationship between IL-17, metabolic diseases, and the microbiome.
