Abstract

The primary objective of this research is to assess the operational efficiency and financial well-IDXng of consumer goods companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2019 to 2022 through the examination of financial ratios. Data for the research was acquired through a literature review that utilized four company samples derived from Indonesia Stock Exchange data. This research methodology obtains pertinent financial ratio data through a literature review. The outcomes demonstrated a favourable performance in general, as evidenced by ratio values including retained earnings to total assets, working capital to total assets, return on assets (ROA), and current ratio, which indicated favourable working capital management, asset optimisation, and ability to fulfil current obligations. The results presented in this study offer a positive outlook regarding the adaptability and stability of consumer products firms operating within the Indonesian capital market.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of each independent variable: price, brand awareness, perceived quality, and brand loyalty on the purchase intention of consumers of Adidas shoes, the research method used in this study is quantitative, the population in this study is consumers who have used adidas shoes in Indonesia and the sample has been obtained as many as 200 respondents. Primary data were obtained using questionnaires and secondary data were obtained from journal studies, primary data that had been obtained was processed using SmartPLS version 3. The results showed that the variables price, brand awareness, perceived quality, and brand loyalty had a positive influence on consumer purchase intention variables

Abstract

The aim of this research is to evaluate the impact of job satisfaction and work stress on employee performance at CV.Sinergi, both separately and simultaneously. This research uses an explanatory approach, with a population involving all employees at CV.Sinergi, namely 40 people, with a research sample of 35 people. The type of data collected consisted of primary and secondary data, using questionnaires and interviews as data collection instruments. To ensure data quality, validity and reliability tests were carried out. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that partially, both job satisfaction and job stress have an influence on employee performance. Simultaneously, job satisfaction and work stress influence employee performance at CV.Sinergi

Abstract

PT Adaro Minerals Indonesia Tbk (IDX: ADMR) is a subsidiary of PT Adaro Energy Indonesia Tbk that focuses on coal mining, metallurgy and mineral processing. The company currently operates as the first and only metallurgical coal producer in Indonesia and is building an aluminum smelter in a green industrial estate in North Kalimantan.The company is also preparing to commence mineral processing operations as part of Adaro's transformation towards a green business. In 2022, his subsidiary company, PT Kalimantan Aluminium Industry, started the pre-construction phase of an aluminum smelter in the world's largest green industrial area located in North Kalimantan. In the initial phase, the project is expected to produce around 500,000 tons/year of aluminum ingots, which will be increased to 1.5 million tons/year at full scale. Mineral processing is the company's effort to contribute while capturing green economy opportunities that are intensively developed by the government. The company has internal and external financial statements. In this case, the company can use ratio analysis to financial statements. Meanwhile, the data method used in this study uses observation methods and literature studies related to PT Adaro Minerals Indonesia's financial data, to then be analyzed by calculating arithmetic ratios that can be interpreted in economic relations related to company performance. The results of financial statement analysis use measurements of Liquidity Ratio, Leverage Ratio, Activity Ratio, Profitability Ratio, and the company has sufficient ability to take action in guaranteeing and paying off debts to creditors, and for the results of other business financial ratio analysis can be done. Used as a benchmark for investors in investing funds into the company.

Abstract

This study investigates the factors influencing food purchasing decisions through Food Delivery Applications among Generation Z, with a focus on students at the Institut Teknologi dan Bisnis Sabda Setia Pontianak. Utilizing the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) as the theoretical framework, data from 125 Gen Z students were analyzed. The findings reveal that habits and price value significantly influence behavioral intentions, impacting the usage of FDAs. However, factors like performance expectations, effort expectations, facilitating conditions, hedonic motivation, and social influence did not exhibit significant effects. These findings provide crucial insights for food delivery service providers to adapt marketing strategies and service development according to the preferences of Gen Z consumers. By focusing on habits and pricing, this research can serve as a foundation for developing more effective and relevant business strategies targeting the Gen Z market.

Abstract

This service discusses beauty class training at the ethics and skills level of sharia economics students at STEBIS Indo Global Mandiri Palembang. This happens because of the importance of ethics and one's appearance when entering the world of work and society where currently there are still female students who do not pay attention to ethics in appearance. The aim of the training offered is to improve cosmetology skills and increase their self-confidence, beauty class levels of ethics and skills for students are part of self-development. This training is carried out by presenting tutors and models to act as examples for the training participants. The results of this training show that students are able to look good and have an ethical appearance not only in terms of physical appearance but also attitude. This is very useful for students as preparation when entering the world of work and for those who have an interest in the beauty business when they graduate

Abstract

Ancient architecture has a significant role in representing the values, beliefs and identity of society in the past. By delving deeper into the structure, form and meaning of ancient architecture, this research aims to understand how this architecture became a cultural symbol that depicts aspects of people's lives in certain time periods. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The results of this research show that ancient architecture is not just a monumental physical structure, but is also a symbol of culture, power and identity. The technical expertise in the construction of large structures reflected the intellectual capabilities of ancient societies, while the art of carving and sculpture in ancient buildings provided a visual language that conveyed values and beliefs. Ancient buildings function as centers of social, religious, and political life, reinforcing cultural norms and maintaining societal stability. As a symbol of power, ancient architecture reflects the dominance of powerful entities and designs hierarchical order in society.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know how the digital transformation of the attendance system uses applications in the H&Co business. The data analysis used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method by conducting an interview with one of the employees who works at the H&CO company and direct observation at the research site which is then used as primary data. The documentation study was carried out by collecting data from the company. Library research is looking for reference sources such as journals and theses as previous research, as a reference or basis for analyzing the attendance system used by the company. From the results of research regarding the digital transformation of the attendance system using applications in the H&Co business, namely the existence of an application-based attendance information system, making it easier for employees to take absences easily, quickly and on time according to their work schedule, can increase work morale and loyalty to the company. , can increase the effectiveness and efficiency of data processing quickly and accurately, can avoid or minimize actions that are bad or detrimental to the company.

Abstract

Durjela village has experienced a decline in the number of tourists because many places supporting village facilities and infrastructure have been damaged. Lack of attention from Village-Owned Enterprises to environmental problems such as damaged embankments, no repairs to damaged facilities and infrastructure in the tourism sector. The purpose of this study is to: analyse the Application of Environmental Accounting to Village-Owned Enterprises to Realise Green Accounting in Durjela Village. This research is qualitative research. Data analysis and data analysis techniques through steps such as Data Collection, Data Reduction, Data Presentation and Conclusion Drawing, The result of this study is that Bumdes has not implemented environmental accounting to realise green accounting in accordance with procedures.

Abstract

Poor organizational performance will make it difficult for the organization or company to satisfy consumers, which of course will hurt profits, company reputation, and sales. Meanwhile, high performance can help companies achieve consistently high goals and results over time. This research aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment on the performance of PT sales officers. Medan Branch State Savings Bank. Type of quantitative research. Data collection techniques use questionnaires, observation, and documentation. The sample consisted of 58 respondents. The sampling technique is total sampling. Data analysis uses multiple regression. The research results show that organizational culture influences the performance of sales officers where the sig value is 0.000 < 0.05. Organizational commitment influences the performance of sales officers where the sig value is 0.000 < 0.05.
