Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of teaching method variables, use of learning media, teaching materials, time utilization, student behavior, and learning facilities on online learning media variables during the Covid-19 pandemic, the study population was 5,975 teachers spread across 144 schools. Based on the State of Batam City, the sampling method according to Hair et al., (2014) in this study there are 45 question items, so the sample required is a minimum of 45 x 5 = 225 respondents. took 30 days to distribute the questionnaires that were distributed via the Google Form link, after the data was collected and then processed and analyzed further researchers. Based on data analysis, it shows the results of hypothesis testing as has been shown in the t test results that the variables of teaching methods, teaching materials, student behavior and learning facilities have a significant effect, while the variables of learning media use and time utilization has no significant effect on online learning media in this case. The results of the F test have a significant effect simultaneously on the independent variable on the dependent variable.

Abstract

Food security is an important factor to ensure human survival, especially with increasing population growth and ever-increasing agricultural land. There are several things that affect food security such as food availability, food availability, benefits and other factors such as land area, food production rate and per capita income. This study aims to find out the effect of food availability, availability and utilization on food security indices in Central Java during the Covid-19 pandemic and to see food availability in terms of production in rice in Central Java before the pandemic and during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study used a descriptive quantitative method with the data analysis technique used was a hypothesis test. The subjects used in this study are 29 regencies in Central Java, the data used are secondary data derived from Central Java BPS and the annual report of the Food Security Office. Research results show that the amount of rice production during the pandemic decreased significantly compared to rice products before the pandemic. As the amount of production decreased, the amount of rice imports during the pandemic increased. Related to the availability relationship, the range and utilization of panga in Central Java has a significant and simultaneous effect on the food security index in Central Java.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the effectiveness of OJK Stimulus and Qardh Fund Accounting in anticipating deficiencies in the Solvency Level of the Islamic life insurance sector as  the impact of the Covid 19 Pandemic. The research method used is Statistical Analysis and Data Visualization of Risk Based Capital Islamic Life Insurance for the period 2020.Q1 – 2020. Q4. The purpose ia to analyze the effect of OJK stimulus, Qardh Accounting on the Solvency Level of sharia life insurance companies during the Covid 19 Pandemic. The results showed that there was a significant influence. This is proved by the existence of several sharia life insurance companies that have experienced a deficiency in the adequacy of the Minimum Solvency Level. With the existence of a Qardh Fund loan, the Solvency Deficiency Level can be overcome. The Fund Manager is required to cover this shortfall by using a Qardh Fund loan to maintain the going concern of a sharia life company.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of independent commissioners, audit committees, and profitability on the integrity of financial statements. The research population is LQ-45 index companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2021 period. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and obtained 34 companies, so the unit of analysis was 102. The study used moderate regression analysis with the IBM SPSS 25 program. The results of this study indicate that the audit committee has a positive effect on the integrity of financial statements. Meanwhile, independent commissioners and profitability have not proven to affect the integrity of financial statements

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of (1) work conflict on employee job satisfaction Pariaman City BPKPD, (2) job stress on employee job satisfaction Pariaman City BPKPD, (3) work overload on employee job satisfaction Pariaman City BPKPD, (4) work conflict, job stress and work overload simultantly on employee satisfactionPariaman City BPKPD. The population in this study are 60 employees at BPKPD Pariaman City. The sampling technique uses a total sampling technique (whole sample), total sampling is a sampling technique where the number of samples is the same as the population. The results of this study indicate that (1) work conflict has a significant negative effect on employee job satisfaction at BPKPD Pariaman City, (2) job stress has a significant negative effect on employee job satisfaction at BPKPD Pariaman City, (3) work overload gives a significant negative effect on employee job satisfaction at BPKPD Pariaman City, and (4) work conflict, job stress and work overload together have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at BPKPD Pariaman City.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of work culture, work environment, and compensation on job satisfaction and their effect on employee loyalty. This research is quantitative, and the research was conducted in Jakarta on television media workers, using a sampling technique in this study used is Purposive Sampling, with television employee's criteria and willingness to fill out a questionnaire. Collecting data using a Likert scale questionnaire, and from the data, collection results obtained 68 respondents who were willing to fill out the questionnaire. The collected data is processed using SmartPLS software. Based on the research results, work culture has a significant effect on job satisfaction, compensation has a significant effect on job satisfaction, work culture has a significant effect on loyalty, the work environment has a significant effect on loyalty, job satisfaction has a significant effect on loyalty, 8. Work culture has a positive effect on loyalty through job satisfaction, the Work environment has a negative effect on loyalty through job satisfaction, and compensation has a positive effect on loyalty through job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how influential the marketing mix (product, price, place, promo) on the sales volume of the Samsung brand, especially in Phonemart stores, the factors causing the increase and decrease are due to intense competition with many competing companies. The data of this study were obtained from a questionnaire (questionnaire) and several observations. The population in this study were 80 samples who bought Samsung mobile phones. The type of research used is quantitative, sampling using the Slovin formula with Data Management Techniques used are validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression, and hypothesis testing (F test and t test). The results of the analysis show that simultaneously the marketing mix has an effect on sales volume. Partially, product and place affect sales volume. The place variable is the dominant variable affecting the sales volume of the Samsung brand.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the quality of human resources, the use of information technology, and the application of accrual-based government accounting standards on the reliability of village government financial reporting with internal control systems as a moderating variable. This type of research uses quantitative research methods, with a population of 361 villages in Kuningan Regency and a total sample of 190 villages, namely financial officers or treasurers as respondents. The sampling technique used is probability sampling technique. The data collection technique used a questionnaire with data analysis tools in the form of multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the quality of human resources, the use of information technology, internal control systems, organizational commitment, and the application of accrual-based accounting standards together have a positive effect on the reliability of village government financial reporting.

Abstract

This study examines and analyzes the effect of the tricomponent attitude model and integrated marketing communication on purchasing decisions for Asus laptops, with a brand image as an intervening variable. The study was conducted on Asus laptop users in Jakarta and surrounding areas using a Likert scale questionnaire, determining the sample using purposive sampling and obtaining 85 respondents. The collected data is processed using the SmartPLS version 3.0 application. The results show that based on the research, the Tricomponent Attitude Model does not significantly affect Brand Image, Integrated Marketing Communication significantly affects Brand Image, Tricomponent Attitude Model significantly affects Buying Decision, Integrated Marketing Communication significantly affects Buying Decision, Brand Image significantly affects Buying Decision, Brand Image has no effect as the intervening variable in the relationship or influence of the Tricomponent Attitude Model on the Purchase Decision, Brand Image has an effect as the intervening variable in the relationship or the result of Integrated Marketing Communication on the Purchase Decision

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of funding liquidity risk and profitability on the risk taking of commercial banks in Indonesia. Sampling using purposive sampling technique on the financial statements. The population of this research is 45 banks. The dependent variable in this study is bank risk taking. The independent variables in this study are funding liquidity risk, profitability, liquidity risk, size, efficiency, credit risk, and asset growth. This study uses descriptive statistical analysis and panel data regression analysis. The results of this study find that profitability and credit risk affect bank risk taking, while the variables of funding liquidity risk, liquidity risk, size, efficiency and asset growth have no effect on bank risk taking.
