Abstract

This article discusses the importance of the role of leadership in dealing with organizational change. Of the various leadership styles, the author explores transformational leadership which is considered the most appropriate as the spearhead of organizational transformation. Using the literacy study method sourced from books and writings in scientific journals which are then compiled with the author's point of view, this paper tries to explore the role of leadership in leading organizational change with all the characteristics possessed by this leadership style. This paper presents organizational transformation by looking at the important role of leadership as a driving force for change in the organizational transformation process, both its charismatic role and its instrumental role. Transformational leadership is considered the most suitable to be applied to make organizational change to be able to synergize with unexpected environmental changes and can occur at any time without being predictable, Transformative leaders have the knowledge, expertise, and skills and dare to act and take risks with the power of a visionary and full of vision. calculations and have a strategy to produce innovations for the success of a transformation. with eight stages of Kotter's change known as Kotter's 8 Steps Changes Model which is carried out using the concept of organizational transformation proposed by Gouillert and Kelly known as the 4R (Reframing, Restructure, Revitalization and Renewal).

Abstract

From the initial research that researchers did, the phenomenon that occurs in the company is the number of employees who are relaxed when the work is still loose, the experts in the company feel comfortable because of the absence of rivals, as well as the lack of trust given the company to employees in providing jobs on scale the greater one. This is behind the lack of effective commitment of employees to the company. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of demographic characteristics, length of work and perceived organizational support for affective commitment. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that simultaneously the variables of demographic characteristics, work period and perceived organizational support have a significant effect on affective commitment. Demographic characteristics have no significant effect on affective commitment, tenure and perceived organizational support for affective commitment.

Abstract

The fulfillment of decent and cheap housing for the community is in line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The Indonesian government has committed to achieved the SDGs target through the provision of subsidized housing loans. The purpose of this research is to analyze the problematic situation and formulate a plan to improve the housing loans model for the poor and informal workers. The model was built using the Soft System Methodology (SSM) approach. This study shows that the hybrid housing loans model and the hybrid housing loans community-based model can be developed into a solution to the problem. These schemes have resulted in a synergy between PT Sarana Multigriya Finansial (SMF) as secondary mortgage company that collaborates with companies in digital ecosystem and community-based company. The implications based on the findings of this study indicate that both new housing loans scheme can reduce the risk of housing loans as well as accelerate the approval process

Abstract

This study examines and analyzes the effect of transformational leadership, work ethic, and organizational culture on teacher performance. The study was conducted on teachers at private vocational schools in South Jakarta using a Likert scale questionnaire. The collected data is processed using the SmartPLS version 3.0 application. The results show that organizational culture has a significant effect on teacher performance. Organizational culture can create situations that can encourage teachers to improve their performance. Transformational leadership does not affect teacher performance. A too-short change process can cause this insignificant impact. Change is a gradual process requiring persistent effort, and work ethic significantly affects teacher performance. Work ethic has been proven to encourage someone to be enthusiastic to do work, strive to improve the quality of work, and always think positively about what is done to get maximum work results.

Abstract

Previously trading was done manually, now it is done online via e-commerce. Many conveniences and has a lot of influence for the development and progress of a business. The development of a promotional business is one of the ways that a producer or business actor does to attract consumers and users of goods to be able to get them. By definition, promotion is an act carried out by producers to get income. Current technological advances, especially the advancement of the internet, have many market places available for online transactions. The promotion method with Instagram is now an option for businesses. The current promotional trend is a conditional giveaway or prize, which is a gift given free of charge without spending money, however, there are terms and conditions that must be obeyed to get the prize. There are two problems examined in this research, namely; (1) What are the driving factors for business actors to hold promotions with giveaways. (2) How is the Islamic Law Review of promotional practices with giveaways as an attraction for consumer interest on the fatim_kids15 Instagram account. The type of research used and this research is field research, namely where research activities use data obtained from field observation activities. With primary data obtained from interviews, documentation, and secondary data obtained from journals, books on fiqh muamalah.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of work demands on burnout through job resources for teachers at MTs Al-Ihsan Krian Foundation in Sidoarjo. The teacher is an important role in the world of education because the teacher has a fairly large educational role in the success of an educational institution. The method used in this study is using quantitative research methods with the samples used in this study as many as 50 respondent using a questionnaire method with a rating scale using a likert scale. The sampling technique used is a non-probability sampling technique with a saturated sample. The data analysis technique used is using partial least square (PLS) with statistical analysis test tools using SmartPLS 3 software. The results of the study show that : 1) work demands have a significant and positive effect on job resources for teacher at Al-Ihsan Krian foundation MTs in Sidoarjo. 2) work demands have a significant and positive effect on burnout teacher at the Al-Ihsan Krian Foundation MTs in Sidoarjo. 3) job resources have no significant and negative effect on burnout teacher at the Al-Ihsan Krian Foundation MTs in Sidoarjo.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product creativity and product innovation on competitive advantage on Honda motorcycles in Banda Aceh City. The population in this study were 100 consumers of Honda motorcycles in Banda Aceh City, with a total sample of 100 respondents using a convenience sampling technique. The model used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research show that product creativity and product innovation simultaneously and partially significant effecttocompetitive advantage on Honda brand motorbikes in Banda Aceh City. Score correlation coefficient (R) of 0.653 indicates that the relationship (correlation) between the independent variables and the dependent variable is 0.653 or 65.3%, meaning. Competitive advantage of Honda motorcycles in Banda Aceh City has a moderate relationship with product creativity (X1) and product innovation (X2). While the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.427, meaning that any changes in the competitive advantage variable can be explained by the product creativity variable (X1) and product innovation (X2) of 0.427 or 42.7% and the remaining 57.3% is explained by the variable other outside of this research for example product quality, service quality, trust, corporate image and others.

Abstract

PT Adi Karya is a company engaged in the contractor sector, which requires the expertise and ability of employees to be able to operate every task assigned by the company to its employees. With the intensity of the work being carried out, PT Adi Karya always wants its employees to have high motivation and satisfaction with the work done so that performance will increase. In accordance with the description above, the authors feel interested in conducting research entitled: "The Influence of Motivation and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at PT Adi Karya". The results of this research are that employee performance is influenced by motivation and job satisfaction simultaneously on employee performance by 52.7% and the remaining 47.3% is determined by other variables.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence partially and simultaneously of variable prices, locations, layouts, promotions and product quality on the growth of the cikarang Bekasi baby supplies store business. The research method used in this study is to use quantitative research methods. The sampling used in this study was using the Probability Sampling method and the type of sampling using simple random sampling. The total population of 160 respondents then used the slovin formula to get the sample studied as many as 106 respondents. The analytical methods used are validity test, reability test, classical assumption test, hypothesis test and multiple linear analysis assisted by using IBM SPSS 25. The results showed that the variables of price, layout and product quality partially had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Location variables and partial promotions have no effect on business growth.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine “The Effect of Profitability, Leverage and Company Size on Tax Avoidance (Empirical Study on Basic and Chemical Industrial Companies Listed on the IDX). The type of research used is quantitative research. The population in this study are 19 basic and chemical industrial companies. Listed on the Indonesia stock Exchange in 2016 – 2020. The method used in this study to determine the sample is purposive sampling with as many as 9 companies for 5 consecutive years. The data collection used is the documentation method by taking financial statement data on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Ready to be processed then will be tested using SPSS version 21.0. the data analysis methods used in this research are descriptive statistics, multiple linear regression, classical assumption test, and hypothesis. Based on the result of the study, it was found that, (1) Profitability did not have asifnificant effect on the tax avoidance; (2) Leverage has an effect on the tax avoidance: (3) Company size has no effect on tax avoidance. Based on the F test that profitability, leverage and company size have a simultaneous effect on tax avoidance
