Abstract

This research aims to improve the visibility and effectiveness of construction project management by developing a project dashboard using the Extreme Programming (XP) approach. The focus of this research is to design and implement an intuitive, responsive, and adaptive project dashboard to support real-time monitoring of project progress. XP methodology was integrated to deliver flexible and high-quality software development. The research included an analysis of the complexity of construction projects, emerging management challenges, and visibility limitations in construction projects. In addition, the research defines the project dashboard as a crucial visualization tool to increase transparency and user engagement. Innovation through the Extreme Programming (XP) approach was introduced, focusing on introducing the basic principles of XP and their relevance in construction software development. The results of testing the application features showed positive responses, both in technical and functional terms. Technology acceptance testing validated the successful integration of IoT technologies, data security, and application performance. By involving users in alpha and beta tests, the research gained valuable feedback to improve the app before the official launch. The research confirmed that the development of a construction project dashboard using the XP approach has the potential to improve the visibility, transparency, and effectiveness of construction project management. This research contributes to the practical and theoretical understanding of dealing with the complexity of construction projects by utilizing innovative software development technologies and methodologies.

Abstract

This research explores the importance of effective management in the context of construction projects, with a particular focus on the warranty phase and inventory systems. An efficient inventory system is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of construction projects involving the management of materials, equipment, and other supplies. This research focuses on common challenges in inventory management, including accurate stock monitoring and inventory risk management. This research proposes a Continuous Improvement approach, with the implementation of Extreme Programming (XP), to systematically detect, analyze, and address issues in the inventory system of construction projects on an ongoing basis. The warranty phase in the construction project cycle is identified as a critical period that requires special attention to construction quality and performance. The research stages involved data collection, application development, and user acceptance analysis. The results included identifying project needs through interviews, surveys, and observations and developing an XP-based application to improve inventory management. Feature testing and user acceptance analysis showed that this application can meet the needs of construction projects with a user satisfaction rate of 87 percent. This research is expected to make a real contribution toward improving the efficiency and effectiveness of construction projects through responsive and adaptive inventory solutions.

Abstract

A comprehensive approach to optimizing User Experience (UX) through the application of Usability Testing methods in application development. The research background discusses the importance of UX in the context of modern applications and how usability testing is the key to improving the quality of user experience. An in-depth literature review was conducted to understand the concept of usability testing and identify relevant current methods. The research methodology includes a research design that combines usability testing case studies on two different applications. The testing process involves collecting data from active users using various evaluation methods, such as observation, interviews, and performance measurement. Evaluation results are analyzed to identify aspects that require improvement, with a focus on improving key aspects of UX.

Abstract

Predicted the demand for 3 kilograms of LPG gas in different provinces of Indonesia is crucial for assuring the provision of energy to households. By employing the Exponential Triple Smoothing (ETS) technique, this study examines demand-influencing factors and consumption patterns. By integrating historical data's levels, trends, and seasonality, ETS enables accurate and timely forecasts. The findings illustrate the predicted outcomes for the ten provinces in Indonesia that have the highest demand for 3 kilograms of LPG gas, as well as the ten provinces that have the lowest demand across all regions. All provinces' MAPE forecasting error testing results utilizing the ETS method are incorporated with an exceptionally high degree of precision, given that the error rate is 5.27%.

Abstract

The expansion of information technology fundamentally alters business operations and social interactions. For MSMEs, e-commerce is emerging as a significant force in digital marketing. Skills deficiencies in technology and restricted market access are obstacles. Mobile e-commerce application adoption offers substantial advantages, including access to international markets, enhanced operational effectiveness, and increased consumer involvement. Adoption of these applications increases the sales and operational efficacy of MSMEs, according to research. For MSMEs, the adoption of mobile e-commerce creates economic expansion and business opportunities. In order to create mobile e-commerce applications that are adaptable to market shifts and user demands, R&D is utilized. The primary functionalities of the application implementation outcomes are as follows user registration, order management, login, item data management, sales, payments, and transaction reports. The application is designed using the UML methodology, which depicts purchasers and system administrators as well as actions that can be executed based on feature requirements.

Abstract

The management of employee payroll systems in construction companies is often faced with complex challenges, including the need for response speed, salary calculation accuracy, and user acceptance. A responsive and adaptive system can help operational efficiency and employee satisfaction. This research applies the Extreme Programming (XP) method in developing an employee payroll system, focusing on functionality testing, user evaluation, and stakeholder validation. The XP method was chosen because it can provide adaptive and responsive solutions to changing business needs. The user acceptance analysis and feature testing results showed the system's success, with the accuracy of salary calculation reaching 88 % and the user interface rated intuitive by users. Performance evaluation also showed an average system response speed of less than 2 seconds, indicating optimal responsiveness. Validation with stakeholders confirmed that the system met company policies and management expectations. The application of the XP method in developing an employee payroll system in a construction company positively impacted operational efficiency and user satisfaction. The conclusions of this study underline the successful implementation of the system and highlight the potential for further development to maintain the responsiveness and quality of the system over time.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the role of technology in community empowerment efforts, with a focus on the opportunities and challenges that arise for MSME actors in its implementation. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The research results show that economic empowerment through the application of technology provides significant opportunities for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Access to information and education via the internet increases the democratization of knowledge, while alternative financing through crowdfunding and peer-to-peer lending expands access to capital. Marketing and sales supported by digital technology enable MSMEs to reach global markets at affordable costs. Operational efficiency through automation and artificial intelligence has a positive impact on productivity. Nonetheless, the digital divide, skills shortages, security and privacy challenges, potential unemployment, and infrastructure and regulatory barriers demand serious attention to ensure the use of technology provides equitable and sustainable benefits.

Abstract

The research on developing a cosmetic makeup product recommendation system emerged in response to various common skin issues resulting from improper makeup usage, especially among teenagers. This study emphasizes the utilization of the Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique, considering criteria such as skin type, skin problems, age, price, shade, and longevity of the product. However, in testing 8 scenarios, the obtained accuracy was 62%, possibly due to the limited variations of alternatives tested. The hope is that this recommendation system can serve as a solution for the public in selecting cosmetic products that better suit their individual skin conditions, consequently aiding in reducing common skin problems resulting from inadequate product choices.

Abstract

Child stunting is a global health problem requiring a holistic approach, including integrating health data for effective monitoring and analysis. This research was motivated by the need to develop a stunting data integration application responsive to change and meeting user needs. The extreme approach of Extreme Programming (XP) was the main focus of this endeavor due to its potential to improve team collaboration and software quality. The research involved three main stages: data collection, application development, and user needs analysis. The results showed that applying the XP approach effectively improved team collaboration, responsiveness to change, and software quality. Testing of application features and user acceptance evaluations reflected the application's success in meeting user expectations and needs, with satisfaction levels reaching 87 percent, according to stakeholder testing results. This research makes an essential contribution to stunting data integration application development. The XP approach proved its effectiveness in this context and opened the door for further research and development in the application of agile methods in the health sector.

Abstract

Notary is a general official who is authorized to make authentic deeds and has other authorities. Notary authority in providing legal counseling based on the law of the notary position, a notary must educate the public or the parties and be morally responsible to the parties in making the sale and purchase deed, which will make the deed before the notary regarding rights and obligations. According to the applicable provisions, the sale and purchase of land rights must be carried out before the PPAT, but in everyday life it turns out that there are still many transfers of land rights carried out under the hands in the sense that they are not carried out in accordance with applicable regulations, this will certainly be very detrimental to the buyer, because he can only control the right to land physically, legally ownership of the land is fixed with the seller. This research uses a normative juridical approach method, The data used are secondary data, Data analysis used normative analysis, The purpose of this study is to determine the moral responsibility of notaries in providing legal counseling to the parties. As well as legal consequences for notaries who do not provide legal counseling to the parties in making the sale and purchase deed. The results of this study show that the sale and purchase of land carried out by a receipt is legal as long as the material conditions are met. Efforts can be made to buy and sell land with a receipt by filing a lawsuit with the chairman of the competent local district court.
