Abstract

This study is to describe how the principal's strategy for developing teacher professional competence at Islamic Junior High School Al- Jam'iyatul Washliyah Tembung, Deli Serdang Regency, is one way to develop the quality of teacher professionalism and achieve educational goals. The type of research used is a type of qualitative research with a naturalistic approach. Collecting research data obtained by observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The data analysis step is to collect data, reduce the data and then conclude the data. To test the validity of the data, credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability were carried out. The findings of this study reveal three related findings: 1) Principal's strategy towards teacher professional competence development in Islamic Junior High School Al- Jam'iyatul Washliyah Tembung 2) The principal's actions on teacher professional competence development programs in Islamic Junior High School Al- Jam'iyatul Washliyah Tembung 3) Supporting factors and inhibiting factors for the development of teacher professional competence in Islamic Junior High School Al- Jam'iyatul Washliyah Tembung. The results of this study concluded that the principal's strategy for developing teacher professional competence at Islamic Junior High School Al- Jam'iyatul Washliyah Tembung was carried out well and continued to improve to achieve better goals in the future

Abstract

This study seeks to find out how the relationship between the financing of School Operational Assistance and Supervision on improving the performance of State Madrasah Ibtidaiyah teachers in Simalungun Regency. This research was conducted in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri Simalungun Regency, with the teacher as the research subject. This research is descriptive-inferential while the results of the study There is a significant relationship between the Financing of School Operational Assistance (X1) on the Performance of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teachers in Simalungun Regency (Y) with an effective contribution of 14.77%. There is a significant relationship between the implementation of teaching supervision (X2) on the performance of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah teachers in Simalungun Regency (Y) with an effective contribution of 26.86%. There is a significant relationship between the Financing of School Operational Assistance (X1) and the Implementation of Teaching Supervision (X2) together with the Performance of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teachers in Simalungun Regency (Y) with an effective contribution of 41.63%.

Abstract

This study was conducted to see the relationship between Work Motivation and Stress Management with Teacher's Affective Commitment. as for the research method used is a quantitative research method. Quantitative research method is a research method based on the philosophy of positivism. The results of the study are that there is a significant relationship between work motivation and the affective commitment of teachers in SMA Negeri in Datuk Bandar Subdistrict, Tanjungbalai City, there is a significant relationship between stress management and affective commitment of teachers in SMA Negeri in Datuk Bandar Subdistrict, Tanjungbalai City, and there is a positive relationship significant work motivation and stress management with teacher affective commitment. From the multiple correlation analysis, the simultaneous correlation coefficient (R) = 0.911, this value indicates that the relationship between all independent variables and the dependent variable is very strong. In addition, information can also be obtained on how the coefficient of determination is (0.911) x 100% = 91.1%. This value shows that the contribution of all independent variables to the dependent variable simultaneously is 91.1%, while the remaining 8.9% is the contribution of other factors outside this study.

Abstract

The flow of globalization has a positive impact and a negative impact. Advances in technology have brought us ease of activity, but technological advances have also eroded children's lives with the emergence of nature, materialism, capitalism, pragmatism, and hedonism. Children start with bad traits and characters. We are also responsible for the progress of the times by continuing to equip children to continue to be on the correct Islamic corridor. The Qur'anic generation is the generation that uses the Qur'an as a way of life and believes in its truth. They can show strong aqidah, true worship, and good morals, and high civilization. They also read, memorize, and understand properly and correctly the meaning contained in the Qur'an and practice all its contents in aspects of their lives. Thus the community service team for the Islamic Education Management Study Program at the Islamic High School carried out training in reading and writing the Qur'an in Pulau Sembilan Village, Pangkalan Susu District, Langkat Regency. This activity was carried out using the meeting method with the head of Pulau Sembilan Village and MDA teachers, TPQ. Then the training using the lecture method, discussion, and practice. As a result of this activity, the MDA, TPQ teachers were very enthusiastic in participating in this activity. It is proven by the discussions from the participants in honoring the understanding of this training.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the work behavior of employees at the Lis Cosmetic Store (LCS). The unit of analysis that will be observed is the work behavior of employees at the LCS using a qualitative approach and implementing a case study method. The research includes indicators of work behavior, namely work quality, expertise, social relations, self-confidence, self-control, and work habits. Data collection was done by using interviews and observation. From the research that has been done, it is known that there are differences in work behavior among employees with the emergence of performance in employees which is influenced by several factors, differences in basic skills, and personality of each employee. The work environment and targets also have a very positive effect on employee work behavior and it is known that the trigger for the emergence of attitudes in employee work behavior is influenced by the desire, and it is related to wages, bonuses, and compensation provided by the company. Other triggers relate to promotions, promotions, and recognition of employee performance contributions in the form of praise for achievements that have been achieved.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of design packaging in attracting consumers to buy Crazy Kres’es Product. Kres. Marketing strategies that can be used by companies have different ways, one of which is determining the packaging design. A product marketed with an eye-catching packaging design can attract a consumer's buying interest. Basically, consumers buy a product because they are lulled by the visuals of a product, therefore by paying attention to the visual aspect of packaging design which consists of five indicators, namely color, shape, graphic illustrations and aesthetics, it can attract potential consumers to buy.

Abstract

Every human being has a different style of communication.This difference allows a person to communicate related to conveying his feelings, experiences, and needs to others in different ways.In the world of sales, the ability to Communication is very necessary and useful for a salesperson. Due to in work activities, sales will deal directly with consumers. This study aims to determine the communication style used by sales of PT. Dexa Arfindo Pratama Surabaya (DAP). The research method used is a qualitative method. Data collection techniques through interviews, direct observation in the field and documentation. The research informants were five people who were the company's sales force. The research topic is related to six communication styles, namely controlling, equalitarian, structuring, dynamic, relinquishing & withdrawal. The results of the study show that the communication style applied by DAP sales varies. The dominant communication styles used by sales are equalitarian and structuring styles.

Abstract

Maintaining health and immunity as well as the benefit of the life of the general public is a fixed price. Therefore, the Indonesian people need to improve the implementation of the Covid-19 health protocol and vaccination to prevent the spread of the coronavirus which results in the death of Indonesian citizens. This paper uses a qualitative method with a library research approach. This paper resulted in the application of health protocols as preventive measures, coronavirus vaccination as a complement to maintain body stability; and consume water and vitamin C because the human body really needs vitamin C to maintain immunity and body stability from coronavirus attacks. However, the most important thing for all mankind in the world and Indonesia is to draw closer to God Almighty because He is able to help, protect, preserve, protect, and free humans from the deadly Covid-19 attack.

Abstract

Resilience theory in started of an examination has created into a wide, energetic and energizing field of ponder. Current strength hypothesis addresses people (both children and grown-ups), families, communities, working environments and approaches are connected with human creatures related to social terms and political conditions. There are a few zones of life that have not been touched in one way or another by resistance hypothesis, counting the military community. In this research, analyzing the resilience pretending to impelemntation enterpreneur. This research using bibliometric method by the index of Scopus anda data analyse using the Vosviewer. In enhancing the strategy for developing resilience reveal that an economist uses the term 'standard human capital' to mean that human capital is a resource in people in the form of skills, knowledge and abilities that significantly affect their productive capacity and which determines individual employability. Human Resource Management or is a critical perspective related to resilience theory that is not only included in the company's philosophy but also in the strategic planning process. Abstract

The aim of this study is to describe about the key success of women's cooperative “Setia Bhakti Wanita (SBW) Jawa Timur” which used a joint responsibility system to manage the cooperative’s business so becomes a big cooperative in East Java Indonesia. It also becomes a learning place for the joint liability system for other cooperatives. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. The outcomes of this study found that the key to the success of the SBW women's cooperative in managing the cooperative business is consistently implementing a joint responsibility system, do monitoring and mentoring, using joint liability as an organizational culture, giving education and training to member, knowledge sharing between members.
