Abstract

This study aims to find out how the marketing strategy is using SWOT Analysis in Chocolate Beverage Product Businesses to increase Competitiveness. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach and SWOT analysis to take advantage of opportunities, maximize strengths, reduce weaknesses, and avoid threats. The results of this SWOT analysis indicate that the chocolate beverage business is implementing a Strength Opportunity (SO) strategy, this is a strategy for chocolate beverage businesses to take advantage of strengths and opportunities to run their business. Therefore, chocolate beverage business to meet the tastes and needs of the community, it is necessary to maintain and improve chocolate beverage products that have a variety and distinctive tastes. To attract more loyal customers, there is creativity in using technology to market products online, to expand the product marketing network for the chocolate drink business.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether innovation has an impact on company value in the Kompas100 case study for the years 2016 to 2020. This study used purposive sampling to select 31 businesses for its sample. Secondary data were used, including annual reports and financial statements for each Kompas100 company from 2016 to 2020. Innovation using rnd costs is the independent variable in this study. The Tobin's Q proxy's value, on the other hand, serves as the study's dependent variable. This study found that innovation has no effect on company value.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the role of digital personal selling and product innovation with brand knowledge as a mediating variable in the decision to buy a car from the Honda brand in Serang City. This study uses a quantitative approach. In this study, the group analyzed consisted of customers who had previous knowledge or experience of buying Honda cars in Serang City. 225 people ultimately participated in the study, meaning that their responses were used as a sample. Methods of data analysis using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The results of the study show that digital personal selling has a significant effect on brand knowledge from the Honda brand in Serang City. Digital personal selling has a significant effect on the decision n to buy a car from the Honda brand in Serang City. Product innovation has a significant effect on brand knowledge from the Honda brand in Serang City. Product innovation has a significant effect on the decision to buy a car from the Honda brand in Serang City. Brand knowledge has a significant effect on the decision to buy a car from the Honda brand in Serang City. Digital personal selling has a significant effect on the decision to buy a car through mediation of brand knowledge from the Honda brand in Serang City. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the role of organizational commitment in mediating core capabilities on employee performance in Multifinance Companies in Serang City. The research method used is a quantitative method. Population in this study are 209 employees of Multifinance Companies in Serang City. Sample used is 105 people. This study uses inductive data analysis technique. The results of this study show that core capabilities has a significant effect on organizational commitment in Multifinance Companies in Serang City. Core capabilities has a significant effect on employee performance in Multifinance Companies in Serang City. Organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee performance in Multifinance Companies in Serang City. There is a significant effect between core capabilities on employee performance through organizational commitment.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze effect of service quality, online advertising, and learning innovation on customer satisfaction through brand image at Course Institutions in Tangerang City. This research approach uses quantitative research. The population of training participants in Tangerang City as many as 475 people. Based on the calculation, the number of samples to be taken is 221 people. Data analysis using inductive data analysis method. The results of the study show that service quality has a significant effect on brand image at Course Institutions in Tangerang City. Online advertising has no significant effect on brand image at Course Institutions in Tangerang City. Learning innovation has a significant effect on brand image at Course Institutions in Tangerang City. Service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Course Institutions in Tangerang City. Online advertising has no significant effect on customer satisfaction at Course Institutions in Tangerang City. Learning innovation has a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Course Institutions in Tangerang City. Brand image has a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Course Institutions in Tangerang City. Brand image is able to significantly moderate service quality on customer satisfaction at Course Institutions in Tangerang City. Brand image is not able to significantly moderate online advertising on customer satisfaction at Course Institutions in Tangerang City. Brand image is able to significantly moderate learning innovation on customer satisfaction at Course Institutions in Tangerang City.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the role of effectiveness of emotional intelligence and digital literacy on creative thinking ability and its implications for teacher performance in Private Vocational High Schools in Pandeglang Regency. This type of research uses quantitative research. The research population here is the teachers of Private Vocational High Schools in Pandeglang Regency, totaling 913 people. Based on the calculation of the minimum number of samples to be taken is 248 people. This study uses structural equation modeling (SEM)-partial least square (PLS) analysis techniques. The results of the study show that emotional intelligence has no significant effect on creative thinking ability in Private Vocational High Schools in Pandeglang Regency. Emotional intelligence has a significant effect on teacher performance in Private Vocational High Schools in Pandeglang Regency. Digital literacy has a significant effect on creative thinking ability in Private Vocational High Schools in Pandeglang Regency. Digital literacy has a significant effect on teacher performance in Private Vocational High Schools in Pandeglang Regency. Creative thinking ability has a significant effect on teacher performance in Private Vocational High Schools in Pandeglang Regency. Creative thinking ability is not able to significantly moderate effect of emotional intelligence on teacher performance in Private Vocational High Schools in Pandeglang Regency. Creative thinking ability is able to significantly moderate effect of digital literacy on teacher performance in Private Vocational High Schools in Pandeglang Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze effect of business climate on entrepreneurial behavior and its implications for performance in Culinary Micro Enterprises, Serang Regency. This research is a quantitative descriptive research. Population in this study is Culinary Micro Enterprises entrepreneurs, Serang Regency, Banten Province. Sampling technique in this study is to use a saturated sampling technique. Sample of this research is 100 Culinary Micro Enterprises entrepreneurs, Serang Regency, Banten Province. Data analysis using structural equation modeling (SEM). The results of the study show that business climate has no significant effect on entrepreneurial behavior in Culinary Micro Enterprises, Serang Regency. Business climate has no significant effect on performance in Culinary Micro Enterprises, Serang Regency. Entrepreneurial behavior has a significant effect on performance in Culinary Micro Enterprises, Serang Regency. Business climate has no significant effect on performance through entrepreneurial behavior in Culinary Micro Enterprises, Serang Regency.

Abstract

Regional Bank Profitability is one of challenging issues in Indonesian banking sector. Banking sector is lack generating higher profit then banks will get default and the effect shows to economy sector of each country. The source of data obtained from annual report of regional development banks (BPD) website and financial reports. This research covers the data over the period 2015-2019. This study includes major BPD banks of Indonesia. The analysis technique used to analyze the data in this study is done by classic assumption test, the multiple regression analysis. GDP is negative and significant, but Inflation is negative but not significant affect to profitability. Similarly, Banks specific variables Bank Size, CAR and BOPO. Finding shows that Bank size, CAR and BOPO are negative and significant to bank profitability.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to discuss strategies for using media in education to enhance learning. This type of research is a literature review research, which uses the opinions of various experts in this study and analyzes various theories about teaching media and their impact on learning outcomes. The definition of educational media is anything that can channel and convey messages from sources such as people, materials, equipment or activities to create conditions for recipients (students) to successfully complete the learning process. Principles of teaching: 1) The method used by the teacher must be appropriate and oriented towards achieving learning objectives. 2) The media used must be relevant to the subject matter. 3) Teaching tools must be in accordance with the interests, perseverance, and circumstances of students. 4) The media used must focus on effectiveness and efficiency. 5) The support used must be in accordance with the work ability of the teacher. Teaching is more effective because teaching tools make it easier for students to understand and deepen the material presented to them and create coherent understanding that maximizes achievement and improves student outcomes and skills.

Abstract

One of the famous heroes of Aceh for her role in resisting colonialism is Cut Nyak Dien, who joined the fighters in direct opposition to the colonizers. Cut Nyak Dien continued to lead the resistance against the Dutch despite being a woman. She was feared by the Dutch for her ability to ignite the spirit of resistance among the Acehnese people. The patriotism upheld by Cut Nyak Dien is characterized by a deep love and loyalty for her homeland. Moreover, she was willing to sacrifice everything. In education, students should possess a high level of enthusiasm for learning in order to achieve high academic achievements. This article adopts a descriptive-analytical approach based on data gathered through literature review from various written sources. Thus, aspirations can be realized. The spirit of patriotism encompasses a never-surrender attitude, willingness to sacrifice, and unwavering determination that will bring prosperity and progress in the pursuit of the nation's ideals.
