Abstract

The purpose of this research is to test how much financial literacy and financial attitudes contribute to interest in using SPinjam on the Shopee platform. The objects of this research were FEB students at Bandar Lampung University. Primary data was collected from students by distributing questionnaires to 76 respondents online using a Likert Scale. The accepted sampling method is a probability technique with an emphasis on simple random sampling. By analyzing the data using multiple linear regression analysis via SPSS Statistics 26, the results of the analysis show that financial literacy has a significant effect on interest in using SPinjam, as evidenced by the sig. 0.035 < 0.05. On the other hand, financial attitudes do not show a significant effect on interest in using SPinjam, seen from sig. 0.210 > 0.05. However, when financial literacy and financial attitudes are examined simultaneously, both have a significant impact on interest in using SPinjam, with sig. 0.003 < 0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to test marketing strategies to increase sales volume in Palapa Coffee and understand the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in Palapa Coffee and formulate better competitive marketing strategy alternatives using the SWOT analysis method. This study used descriptive research method. This study used data collection techniques with observation, interview, documentary, and literature research methods. Technical data analysis using SWOT analysis with a SWOT matrix model. The results showed that marketing strategies to increase sales volume in terms of price, product, place, and promotion were based on the performance of Palapa Coffee employees. SO, ST, WO, and WT strategies also affect the performance of Palapa Coffee. Based on calculations using SWOT analysis, it can be concluded that Palapa Coffee is in quadrant I position which supports aggressive strategies by using its strengths to take advantage of opportunities. Meanwhile, the results of the IE matrix show that the company is in the position of quadrant I (one), namely Growth oriented strategy. This position signifies his company with its marketing strategy that supports an aggressive strategy on the various opportunities and strengths it has.

Abstract

In early March 2020, Indonesia announced its first Covid-19 case, which led to a significant decline across various economic sectors. This study aims to analyze the financial performance of companies in the mining sector from 2019 to 2022, this research can assist companies in evaluating their financial performance and their competitors. It employs a quantitative method using two ratios: liquidity ratios utilizing indicators such as the quick ratio and current ratio, and profitability ratios including the Net profit margin ratio, Return on Assets (ROA), and Return on Equity (ROE). The research findings indicate that Covid-19 did have an impact, although not significant. There were observed variations in both decreases and increases in liquidity and profitability ratios among different companies.

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether product quality and location simultaneously effect purchasing decisions. In this research, quantitative methods are used. The population used was all Sakara Coffee consumers using a purposive sampling formula of 100 respondents. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis as a data analysis method. The software used to process the data is SPSS. The results of this research show that the multiple linear regression analysis is Y = 12.013 + 0.514 X1 + 0.198 X2 with a total percentage of product quality answers of 63% with an average of 82% in the Good criteria. Then 67% of the 100 samples said the location was Good with an average of 78% with Good criteria. This means that if product quality and location increase, purchasing decisions will also increase. So that the development of product quality and location will be able to attract consumer purchasing decisions and become more widely known among the public.

Abstract

The problem that occurs in Zheni Rz Furniture Store is the lack of marketing through social media, considering the large number of social media users who can be a means to promote as a marketing strategy to face increasingly fierce competition. This study aims to analyze methods that can be used to increase sales at Zheni Rz Furniture Store. Method analysis in research using a qualitative descriptive approach. Where, research does not use quantitative measurements to describe and explain phenomena. This research uses SWOT analysis as a means of qualitative descriptive approach. The results show that Zheni Rz Furniture Store is in quadrant 1 with a very advantageous position because it has strengths and opportunities that can be optimized there. In this quadrant 1, Zheni RZ Furniture store East Lampung can use an aggressive growth policy. The SWOT diagram table shows the strategies that Zheni Rz Furniture Store can use to help increase store sales.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the Effect of servant leadership and organizational commitment on employee performance. Questionnaires were given to 44 respondents and analyzed using multiple linear regression, multiple correlation, ordination, F test and t test. Based on the calculation results of IBM SPSS Statistics Version 26, it was obtained that servant leadership had a positive and significant effect on the performance of PLN ULP Wayhalim employees. This means that the better the servant leadership applied, the better the work of PLN ULP Wayhalim employees. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PLN ULP Wayhalim employees. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PLN ULP Wayhalim employees. This means that the higher the commitment of employees to the organization, the better the work of PLN ULP Wayhalim employees. Servant leadership and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on the performance of PLN ULP Wayhalim This means that the better the servant leadership applied and the greater the commitment of the employee organization, the better the work of PLN ULP Wayhalim employees.

Abstract

Mental retardation is a child with special needs who has below average intelligence, namely between 50-70. They experience obstacles in carrying out activities. anything, especially in learning (Sefni, 2014). Learning style is the preferred way of carrying out activities of thinking, processing and understanding information. The benefit o f this research is knowing the learning styles of mentally retarded children. Researchers conducted research with the aim of describing the learning styles of students with intellectual disability and knowing the difficulties of mentally retarded children in learning the material. The subjects of this research are mentally retarded children and teachers of mentally retarded children. The learning styles used by mentally retarded children are different. Some tend to be auditory and some tend to be visual depending on the type of mental retardation experienced. However, in determining the learning outcomes achieved by mentally retarded children through their learning styles, teachers experience a little difficulty. The intellectual abilities of mildly mentally retarded children are below average, making them experience learning difficulties and difficulties in receiving lessons, especially mathematics lessons. Teaching mathematics to children with mild mental retardation will be more successful if it uses something concrete, simple examples, language that is easy to understand, and is done in interesting and fun situations so that children with mild mental retardation do not get bored and are motivated to learn.

Abstract

This research documents the implementation of guidance and counseling services at the Bekasi Jaya Special School (SLBN), Indonesia, in the context of inclusive education. Inclusive education provides equal opportunities for Children with Special Needs (ABK), in accordance with the Minister of National Education Regulation No. 70 year 2009. With method study qualitative, study This focus on the role of consultation, improvement, and communication in guidance and counseling services. Consultations serve as an urgent response to emerging problems, allowing for quick and tailored solutions to student needs. Improvements focused on infrastructure constraints to create an optimal learning environment. Intensive communication with parents is a key element to involve them in their children's education. This service reflects implementation principle democracy education, in where every child recognized have equal rights to quality education. The conclusions of this study support the theory of inclusive education which emphasizes response to the unique needs of each student. Guidance and counseling services at SLBN Bekasi Jaya are not only a response to problems, but also a proactive strategy for optimal learning success. This conclusion provides an in-depth understanding of the implementation of inclusive education at the special school level, with a focus on consultation, improvement and communication as integral elements.

Abstract

This study was directed to determine the factors that determine employee job satisfaction at the Ikan Bakar Jingkrak restaurant. The study also investigated the effect of customer service training on job satisfaction, customer service rewards on job satisfaction, management styles on job satisfaction, and lastly job competence on job satisfaction. The study used quantitative methods. Data was collected through an online questionnaire using a Likert scale, a population of 35. The sampling technique used is saturated samples and uses Non Probability Sampling samples, data analysis using multiple linear tests with the help of SPSS version 25 and also hypothesis tests such as t tests and F tests.

Abstract

Profit growth has an important role in evaluating the performance of a company, when the development of business entity profits is higher, shareholders tend to be interested in putting their investment because they believe that the company has positive prospects in the future. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of financial performance, namely Current Ratio, Net Profit Margin, and Total Asset Turnover on profit growth in Automotive Companies. This type of research used is quantitative using secondary data from Automotive Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2018 to 2022 with a research sample of 31 samples. The analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis with the spss statistical test tool. The results of this study are that Net Profit Margin has a significant positive effect, while other factors such as Current Ratio and Total Asset Turnover do not show a significant effect. However, simultaneously Current Ratio, Net Profit Margin, and Total Asset Turnover affect profit growth.
