Abstract

The main purpose of this research is to confirm the relationship between Customer Experience and Repurchase intention in Swiss-Café Restaurant Lampung. The analytical method used in this research includes Mean descriptive statistics analysis, classical assumption test, simple linear regression, and hypothesis test. The result gathered from t test shows significancy score of 0,000 < 0,05 and the t count 15,617 > t tabel 1.98447 which means that there is a significant effect of Customer Experience on Repurchase intention. R2 with a value of 0,713 Means that the influence from variable X towards variable Y is 71.3% with the remainder being influenced from other factors outside of the scope of this research.

Abstract

This research was made with the aim of analyzing the relationship between Customer Experience and Consumer Purchase Interest and how much influence Customer Experience has on Consumer Purchase Interest. Based on the results of tests conducted by researchers in this study, it proves that there is a significant influence from customer experience on consumer buying interest at Bengkel Burger & Brew X Karen's Diner. This is evidenced by the results of the t test with a tcount of 17.879 > ttable 1.98447 with a significance of 0.000. In addition to the t test, the results of the Multicollinearity Test show that the tolerance value is 1.000 > 0.10 and the VIF value is 1.000 <10.00, this means that multicollinearity does not occur. Based on the results of the Heteroscedasticity Test with a significance value of 0.154, > 0.05, it can be concluded that the data used by the researchers in this study had no problems with heteroscedasticity. And based on the results of the Coefficient of Determination Test (R2), it can be seen that the value of R2 is 0.765 which means that the effect of variable X on variable Y is 76.5% with the remaining 23.5% influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

AIS is a mandatory tool for managers to have a competitive advantage amidst rapid technological advances. Business competition is conducted based on financial as well as non-financial performance indicators. The research objective was to examine gender differences in the use of AIS and non-financial and financial performance measures by SMEs for better performance. AIS requirement, AIS capacity, and non-financial and financial performance are measured using a questionnaire. AIS alignment is measured by multiplying the AIS requirement items by the AIS capacity. The hypothesis was tested using multiple linear regression to determine the effect of AIS requirement and AIS capacity on AIS alignment and the effect of AIS alignment on SME financial and non-financial performance. Different tests are used to examine differences in AIS alignment based on gender and differences in financial and non-financial performance based on gender. AIS requirement and AIS capacities have a significant influence on AIS alignment. AIS alignment does not have a significant impact on SME non-financial performance or financial performance. Women have a more positive perception of the non-financial and financial performance of SMEs than men. There is no significant difference in perception between men and women regarding AIS alignment. Research suggestions include getting a larger and more representative sample of small companies. The research is expected to provide guidance for SMEs in choosing an appropriate AIS to face a competitive business environment and serve as a basis for further research

Abstract

There are many problems in governance, it is felt that the services provided to the community still have many things that need to be improved. Excellent, easy, accountable and transparent public services need to be implemented followed by policies as a way out. The purpose of this research is to be able to find problem points or advantages of implementing Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and to be able to provide recommendations regarding the progress of bureaucratic reform and become material for evaluating Good Corporate Governance (GCG). The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques namely observation, interviews and documentation. Informants of this study are Officers and Staff of the Directorate of Aviation Navigation. This study uses the concept of McKinsey's 7s theory with indicators namely Strategy, Structure, System, Skill, Leadership Style, Staff and Shared Values. The results of the study show that the dominant indicators are applied by the Directorate of Aviation Navigation, namely System and Structure where the application of online-based public services is dominantly used and also the application of the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). While the indicator that is not used is Skill, where training for each position must be further improved. The implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) through Bureaucratic Reform can help government agencies realize a government system in accordance with the values ​​contained in Good Corporate Governance (GCG)

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to evaluate community participation in the management of the Jor Bay mangrove ecosystem in East Lombok. This research is a qualitative descriptive. This research was conducted in November 2022 in the area around the Jor Bay mangrove forest, Jerowaru District, East Lombok Regency. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires, interviewing informants and direct observation. In particular, in this study, the focus on sampling of respondents was the residents of Pare Mas Village. The results of this study indicate that the community around the Jor Bay Mangrove Forest, especially the people of Pare Mas Village, have a real participation or role in the management of the Jor Bay mangrove forest.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of Muslim-Friendly Tourism on the destination image of Petak Enam, West Jakarta. Using a quantitative method, data was collected from 100 visitors who have experienced the destination at least twice through questionnaires, observations, and various sources. The results show a significant influence of Muslim-Friendly Tourism on the destination image, supported by the t-test with a calculated t-value of 8.607 > the tabulated t-value of 1.660, and a significance level of 0.000. Multicollinearity and heteroskedasticity analyses confirm their absence. The coefficient of determination (R^2) is 0.431, indicating a 43.1% influence of variable X on variable Y, while the remaining 56.9% is influenced by other unexamined variables. The aim of this research is to enhance the tourism industry in Petak Enam by optimizing Muslim-Friendly Tourism and attracting Muslim travelers.

Abstract

This study discusses the service of motor vehicle tax collection and its relation to public services in the Regional Revenue Management Unit (UPPD) of the South Medan One-Stop Integrated Administration System (SAMSAT). Public service is a form of service provided by the bureaucracy or the government to the community. Implementation of public services is intended to meet the needs in accordance with the wishes and expectations of the community. The objectives of this study were: (1) to analyze the effectiveness of the service for collecting PKB at UPPD SAMSAT South Medan, and (2) to analyze the inhibiting factors for PKB services at UPPD SAMSAT South Medan. The research method used is a quantitative approach. As for the results in this study, the output of the Chi square test analysis is known to be the Asymp value. Sig. (2-sided) on the pearson chi square test is 0.000 that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Thus it can be interpreted that there is a relationship between Service Effectiveness and Motor Vehicle Tax Collection in the South Medan SAMSAT UUPD. And the relationship between service effectiveness and motor vehicle tax collection at UPPD SAMSAT South Medan through Spearman's analysis. Where the results obtained are that there is a relationship between variables as much as 0.242, 0.086, and -0.68. Where these three results show that there is a fairly strong relationship between X and Y variables.

Abstract

This research discusses the influence of brand awareness on purchasing decisions. It is important to pay attention to increasing brand awareness so that more consumers know a brand because the less brand is known to the public, the more difficult it is to increase purchases. This research aims to determine the influence of brand impression, brand recall, purchase decision, brand recognition, brand reach, consumption brand on awareness brand influence on purchase decisions, brand awareness overall influence on purchasing decisions, and find out level of brand awareness on Clovia Restaurant, Mercure Jakarta Sabang Hotel. Using a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 393 respondents with certain criteria. Population in this study was focused on respondents who knew Clovia Restaurant.  The result of this research, there is a significant influence on brand impressions, brand recall, purchase decisions, brand recognition, brand reach, and brand consumption on brand awareness on purchasing decisions. Brand awareness shows a significant of 0.000 < 0.05 which means that there is a simultaneous positive, significant influence on purchasing decisions at Clovia Restaurant. Also 85.4% brand awareness influence on purchasing decisions. Clovia Restaurant based on the existing level to the results of the questionnaire is at the level Brand Recall.

Abstract

Digital marketing is an important marketing strategy used by UMKM actors in dealing with the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. Instagram social media is one of the most widely used platforms, especially for business actors engaged in the fashion sector, including GriyaAlika. The success of a marketing strategy through Instagram is determined by the number of followers. This paper aims to map the responses of followers of the instagram account too griya alika on buying interest. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with an netnograpdi approach. This study found that the response of netizens to the marketing content carried out by Griya Alika with the @griyaalika account had a high enough enthusiasm for Instagram posts, resulting in many comments and likes showing interest or buying interest.

Abstract

There are two access bridges that have different functions and to cross the Ciliwung river below as an access road from the RSCM Kencana building to RSCM Kirana. Where there is access to the bridge that is specifically for car/motorcycle riders and a special bridge for pedestrians. However, the density of motorists and pedestrians can hinder traffic access. Thus, supporting infrastructure was built, namely a vehicle bridge and connecting pedestrians from the Kencana RSCM building to the Kirana RSCM building. The type of bridge built is a concrete slab steel frame bridge. In this regard, this study aims to determine the values of the ultimate moment, shear, and axial forces that occur with the object viewed from the longitudinal and transverse girders whether they exceed the nominal profile value or not, and the deflections that occur on the behavior of the structure. on the bridge according to SNI 1725:2016 loading with the help of the MIDAS Civil 2019 software. From the results of the calculation and capital analysis on the MIDAS Civil 2019 software, the values of the internal forces on the object under review do not exceed the nominal strength value of the profile. First, the girder extends against ultimate moment of ϕMn ≥ Mu = 3.762,080 kNm ≥ 528,869 kNm, against shear force ϕVn ≥ Vu = 1.095,444 kN ≥ 909,282 kN, against axial compressive force ϕPn ≥ Pu = 8.532,876 k N ≥ 3.115,265 kN, to the axial tensile force ϕPn ≥ Pu 7.726,842 kN ≥ 2.434,744 kN. Second, the transverse girder with respect to the ultimate moment of ϕMn ≥ Mu = 1.242,046 kNm ≥ 53,723 kNm, against the shear force ϕVn ≥ Vu = 1.076,400 kN ≥ 81,513 kN, against the axial compressive force ϕPn ≥ Pu = 3.805,349 kN ≥ 255,812 kN. The deflection value that occurs at the ultimate state of the structural behavior of the bridge is 48.70 mm where this value is still smaller than the allowable deflection of 55 mm. So it can be concluded that the bridge structure is safe when it receives the ultimate load.
