Abstract

Islamic education has two main pillars, namely monotheism and adab, which are the foundation in shaping individual character and knowledge. Tawhid instills awareness of the oneness of Allah as the main basis for pursuing knowledge, while adab is a moral guideline that ensures that knowledge is practiced responsibly and ethically. In the tradition of Islamic education in the Malay world, the integration between tauhid and adab has been inherited by scholars who emphasize the importance of a balance between knowledge, faith, and morals. However, in the era of globalization, this concept faces great challenges due to the secularization of education and rapid technological development. Therefore, it is necessary to revitalize Islamic education based on monotheism and adab through strengthening the curriculum, innovating learning methods, and increasing awareness of the importance of Islamic values in the world of education. Thus, Islamic education can continue to contribute to producing a generation that has intellectual intelligence as well as high moral and spiritual integrity.

Abstract

The Islamic Religious Education (PAI) curriculum plays a strategic role in shaping students who are not only religiously devout but also scientifically literate and responsive to the dynamics of modern civilization. The integration and interconnection between Islam and science serves as a crucial paradigm for strengthening the PAI curriculum, preventing the dichotomy between religious and scientific knowledge. This study aims to examine the concept of Islamic–scientific integration and interconnection and its implications for reinforcing the PAI curriculum in the modern era. This research employs a library research method with a descriptive-analytical approach. The findings indicate that the integration of Islam and science positions revelation (the Qur'an and Hadith) as the primary source of knowledge that aligns with the empirical findings of modern science. This approach enriches the PAI curriculum by harmoniously linking spiritual, moral, and rational values, making Islamic education more contextual, relevant, and meaningful. Therefore, strengthening the PAI curriculum through the integration and interconnection of Islam and science can foster a generation that is religiously grounded, intellectually critical, and scientifically insightful, ready to face the challenges of the era of artificial intelligence and globalization.

Abstract

This coverage review aims to identify the effectiveness of educational interventions and supplementary feeding as preventive measures against stunting among children aged 6 to 59 months in various countries. The methodology applied in this study follows the PRISMA guidelines to ensure a systematic and transparent review process. A comprehensive literature search was conducted through relevant electronic databases, including Google Scholar, PubMed, and ScienceDirect, focusing on articles published between 2020 and 2024. Only studies written in English and examining supplementary feeding practices for children within the specified age range were included. From the total number of articles initially identified, 11 studies met all eligibility criteria and were analyzed in depth. The findings indicate that educational interventions for parents and the provision of diverse supplementary foods such as milk-based products, eggs, lipid-based supplements, and locally sourced nutrient-dense foods play a significant role in improving weight and height outcomes in young children. These foods, which are rich in protein, vitamins, minerals, and other essential micronutrients, contribute substantially to supporting growth and preventing nutritional deficiencies. Furthermore, the results highlight that appropriate feeding practices by caregivers, particularly mothers, are crucial for the successful prevention of stunting. Overall, this review concludes that proper supplementary feeding strategies, combined with strengthened parental education on nutrition, can effectively promote optimal growth and development in children under five. Continuous efforts to improve community awareness, enhance feeding practices, and ensure accessibility of nutritious supplementary foods are essential strategies to reduce stunting prevalence globally

Abstract

Fear Of Missing Out(FoMO) is a social phenomenon that reflects an individual's concern about the possibility of being left behind by various information, activities, or trends developing in their environment. The aim of this study is to analyze the factors that influence this.fear of missing out(FoMO) among Generation Z in Bengkulu City. The research approach used was quantitative, with data collected through a questionnaire (Google Form) distributed via social media. The research sample consisted of 385 respondents aged 13-29 who actively use TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp. The sample was determined using the Krejcie and Morgan formula. Data analysis was conducted through multiple regression, T-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination (R2).2). The results of the study showed that simultaneously, family, peer, social media use, age, and gender factors had a significant effect on FoMO with a calculated F value > F table (208.642 > 2.24) and a significance of 0.001. Partially, family, peer, and social media use factors had a significant effect, while age and gender did not have a significant effect. The coefficient of determination test showed that 73.4% of the variation in FoMO could be explained by the research variables, while 26.6% was influenced by other factors outside the model. This finding confirms that the social environment and intensity of social media use are dominant factors in the formation of FoMO in Generation Z, especially in Bengkulu City. Therefore, digital literacy and social support from family and peers are needed to reduce the negative impacts caused by dependence on social media.

Abstract

This study investigates the dynamics of collective behavior and social movements that emerged during the late-August 2025 demonstrations in Indonesia, focusing on how structural grievances, triggering events, and media framing shaped the escalation of public mobilization. The research aims to explain why the protests, which initially centered on opposition to proposed parliamentary allowance increases, quickly expanded into a nationwide movement marked by strong expressions of solidarity and episodes of mass violence. Special attention is given to the death of Affan Kurniawan, an ordinary citizen who became an unintended victim during crowd-control operations, and whose case transformed the public’s emotional and moral engagement with the demonstrations. Using a qualitative approach that combines interviews with civil society actors, analysis of organizational documents, and observations of mainstream and digital media content, the study identifies several key findings. Structural economic and political tensions created fertile conditions for mobilization, while the death of Affan Kurniawan acted as a powerful moral catalyst that broadened participation across diverse social groups. Civil society organizations played a crucial role in coordinating information, framing human-rights concerns, and maintaining the momentum of public engagement. Meanwhile, contrasting media narratives contributed to divergent interpretations of the protests, influencing public sentiment and state responses. The study concludes that interactions among grievances, symbolic events, and communication networks significantly amplify the scale and emotional intensity of contemporary social movements. Strengthening transparency, accountability, and rights-based approaches in protest management is essential to prevent similar escalations in the future.
