Abstract

The result of this review is to decide on specialist procedures in expanding the number of clients, among others, through specialists who have techniques in expanding the market, especially for individuals who have not used sharia protection administration through direct socialization, following and working on existing business sectors by trying to consistently maintain correspondence with clients in control to provide the best support, prepare finances and endanger executives in sharia protection, choose risk for members by distinguishing the possibility of danger events seen by members, assess and estimate the magnitude of harm that may occur and decide the best strategy to face the dangers that have occurred. Abstract

Investment is the process of saving money and putting it somewhere in the hope that it will increase in value. Many people are not familiar with the capital market, and many people who don't know much about it are more likely to invest in it and fall victim to fraud. In order to reduce fraud and feel safe when investing, the Indonesian people need to learn investment knowledge. The growth of Islamic banks has helped Islamic law develop as a part of the financial market. Although Indonesia is currently being hit by the Covid-19 pandemic, it is undeniable that the growth of the Islamic capital market in Indonesia has increased quite significantly. The Millennial generation is now looking for and trying to start investing. The millennial generation has the highest rate of unemployment of any generation in history. Abstract

This study aims to determine the description of the marketing information system that is applied to Cv. Berjaya Medan and analyze the problems of the current system for development in the form of a marketing information system design for promotion. This research was conducted in the marketing section of Cv. Berjaya Medan which is located in Medan. The type of research used is qualitative research with an action research approach. Sources of data used are primary data and secondary data obtained by using data collection methods in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. These weaknesses include brochures being less effective and efficient in providing information to prospect customers; recommendations from existing customers are not supported by complete sources of information that can be provided when needed; limited marketing reach; existing computers and networks have not been utilized.Keywords: Information Systems, Marketing, Consumer Satisfaction

Abstract

Because of the rise of technology and increased business competition, SMEs must have a strong and well-defined marketing plan in order to succeed. The goal of this study is to look at how marketing strategies are implemented in SMEs in order to compete in the digital age. The researchers used a qualitative technique in this study, conducting structured interviews with the owners or top management of SMEs, with a total sample size of 31 respondents. The findings of this study revealed that the culinary, fashion, and tour and travel industries use added value and differentiation strategies for their products and services, as well as a competitive pricing approach. In the trading industry, on the other hand, they are more likely to employ a price strategy to compete in the market and to select a niche market to develop their target market. Abstract

The research is to analyze the insurance agent's marketing strategies in finding a prudential insurance account. The study uses analytical descriptive,qualitative methods, by observation, library study, documentation, data processing, data presentation, and deduction. Research indicates that the researchers' plan prudential insurance agents for obtaining such payments is by keeping up with the following cycles,planning, prospecting, approach (approaching) finding facts (facts), presentations,and closing objections/closing (closing). In order to preserve and improve on customers, insurance agents make good introductions to customers, frequent visits to customers, elaborate explanations and insights about insurance well, provide information and excellent services, always be available when customers need help with insurance, and give credit for the existing days or moments.

Abstract

In non-cash transactions, Islamic credit cards have become a way of life in modern economic culture. The use of Islamic credit cards has risen and fallen throughout time due to a variety of variables. Trust, attitudes, and income are some of these determinants. The goal of this research was to see how beliefs, attitudes, and income affected interest in using Islamic credit cards. The basic data for this study comes from interviews with 38 participants in North Labuhanbatu Regency who were chosen using a borring sample approach. Multiple linear regression was used to evaluate the data. Each trust, attitude, and income level had a favorable and substantial impact on interest in using a sharia credit card, according to the findings. This study benefits (a) academics by providing proof of concept, and (b) Islamic banks by providing data to assess the factors that impact interest in using a sharia credit card. Abstract

An important indicator of the success of development and the progress of a country is determined by Economic Development. Indispensable in analyzing government spending as well as several other variables as a measure of long-term economic growth in a country. Even in a country can be said to be able or not in solving a country's economic problems can be seen from the macroeconomic and microeconomic aspects of a country itself. The method used in this writing is the literature review method. Literature review reviews the scientific literature on an and critically analyzes, topics, and synthesizes research findings, theory, and practice. Economic growth is a change that is quantitative in nature and is usually measured using data on gross domestic product (GDP) or per capita production income at the previous year's real national level. the previous year's GDP variable had a positive effect on economic growth. Abstract

The money market is a gathering place between parties who have excess assets and individuals who experience a lack of assets, the system is by exchanging temporary assets into certain assets with developments in less than one year. In the money market, the application actually involves revenue to create profit. Therefore, progress is needed in the exchange of currency markets using the Qur'an and Hadith as a premise. Also currently there is a sharia money market and has received the legitimacy of the National Sharia Council (DSN) fatwa No. 37 concerning the interbank money market with sharia standards as an answer to the need for exchange rates, especially for Muslim community groups. Abstract

Perfect understanding of risk, can turn risk into opportunity. no exception in the global business / business, conditions filled with uncertainty can affect the success of a business. Strategic and tactical decisions designed by management that initially aim to realize the company's vision and mission, if they do not take into account the risks that may exist, may result in these decisions resulting in the achievement of the company's vision and mission not being achieved. Risk management is better known as Risk Management. there are three crucial terms in risk management, namely identification, measurement and risk mapping. 3 risk criteria that are likely to be faced by the company, namely Financial Risk, Operational Risk, and Externalization Risk. Risk management is the design of mechanisms and implementation of procedures to manage a business risk. Where not infrequently the decisions taken are not looking at the magnitude of the risk that will occur but rather looking at the amount of profit that will be received. This is because humans have an ambitious nature to achieve high profits and want to quickly leave the difficult period, including financial difficulties. The current era is the era of consumerism.This research is a research that aims to determine the business risks and their functions applied to the company, knowing the stages of risk management and how to anticipate business risks that occur in the company. Business risk means the company's vulnerability to factors that can reduce its benefits or cause the company to fail. By implementing risk management in the company, it will provide great benefits for the company in managing its company. Several stages in carrying out risk management are: identification of risk, identifying forms of risk, placing risk measures, placing alternatives, analyzing every other way, determining one other way, implementing the chosen alternative, controlling the chosen alternative, evaluating the chosen alternative path.
