This study aims to determine the effect of financial distress and company size on audit delay studies on property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017 – 2019. The population in this study are all property and real estate sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017. 2017-2019 the method used is the purposive sampling method, namely the determination of samples from the existing population based on criteria. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that the financial distress variable partially had a significant negative effect on audit delay, company size partially affected audit delay. Financial Distress and Company Size simultaneously have a significant effect on Audit Delay. The limitation of this research is that the scope of the research is limited to property and real estate companies. This research is useful to provide information and as material for consideration regarding investment decisions that will be made by investors and potential investors, besides that it also provides input to companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange as consideration in making decisions by company management. .

Purpose: this study aims to test the factors affecting on women entrepreneurial intention. The study relied on the theory of planned behaviour to interpret the entrepreneurial intention. Methodology; based on the descriptive methodology the study tested the factors of women entrepreneurial intention. The data for this study has been collected by survey from a anon-probability purposive sampling methods the sample size was 251 respondents of Sudanese entrepreneurial women in Khartoum state. The data collected from the responds was prepared and analyzed; by SPSS; software AMOS; Findings; the results of the study showed that entrepreneurial attitude; has a significant positive effect on entrepreneurial intention, risk-taking propensity; has no significant positive on entrepreneurial intention and creativity has no significant on entrepreneurial intention. Implications for theory and practice; from a practice point of view, the study tested how Sudanese women’s entrepreneurial attitude; risk-taking propensity; and creativity can develop entrepreneurial intention. Originality and value; the main contribution of the study is forming the combination of the factors affecting on women’s entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial intention among Sudanese women entrepreneurs.

The product sales for MSMEs need a technology support. One of this certain technology is a digital media which has been rapidly develop many business actors. Since the pandemic occured, the problem on how to use the digital media such as marketplace faced some MSMEs actors. Marketplace as the most effective tool in order to increase marketing activities still does not give a chance for some MSMEs actors to improve their business. This research was done by qualitative method to prove the effectiveness of digital marketing media especially marketplace for small business people who were directly involved with online marketing. The research method was done by interviewed approaches and analysis on the problem as well as find the solution on how to achieve the success in using digital media namely marketplace. Through this research, it was expected that small businesses could choose wisely and effectively the digital media namely marketplace on their marketing activities to increase product’s sell.

Business strategy is a variable that affects the use of financial and non-financial performance metrics by firms. Companies use financial and non-financial performance measurements as a source of information to make continuous changes. This constant improvement encourages the development of dynamic capabilities so that the business may compete effectively in an environment of intense competition. A company's business plan serves as a guide for enhancing its fundamental skills. Unique resources in the form of dynamic capabilities represent core competences. Companies have diverse dynamic capabilities. This distinction provides a corporation with a competitive advantage over its rivals. This study aims to identify the published development map and trend of Dynamic Capability from trustworthy sources. More than 873 Scopus-indexed research publications were reviewed. The export data is then processed and analyzed with the R Biblioshiny program to generate the development map for Dynamic Capability. According to the study's findings, the number of publications on the evolution of research's function continues to climb. In addition, the study draws a number of important findings about Dynamic Capability and the direction of future research development.

The purpose of this study is to determine the potential of Original Local Government Revenue (PAD), the factors that influence PAD and the problems and obstacles faced by the Central Bangka Regency Government in increasing PAD. The analysis technique uses descriptive analysis and multiple regression. The findings in this study show population, GRDP and inflation positive and significant effect on the PAD of Central Bangka Regency.The income of an area can be obtained from population activities in the economy which have an impact on increasing PAD. The biggest contribution to GRDP Central Bangka Regency in 2021 from the Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Sector; Wholesale and Retail Trade Sector; Car and Motorcycle Repair; and the Mining and Excavation Sector which is expected in the future to become a leading sector in increasing PAD.

Implementation of Blockchain Technology (BCT) has an important effect on digital marketing to increase the company sales, and develop the customers’ trust, but theimplementation of Blockchain technology in dealing with Digital Marketing is still limited. Promoting public welfare is one of the goals of national development. One of the success factors of development is the reduction of poverty. This study aims to analyze the effect of macroeconomic variables on poverty in Lampung in the period 2011-2021. With this type of quantitative research with secondary data. Using panel data in the form of time series (2011-2021) and Cross Section (15 Regencies/Cities). The data analysis method in this study uses Panel Data regression analysis assisted by EViews version 9.0 software. The results showed that there was a positive and insignificant effect between the GRDP rate and poverty, the open unemployment rate had a positive and significant effect on poverty, and the Human Development Index had a negative and significant effect on poverty in the province of Lampung.

This study aims to determine the effect of public trust, self-assessment system, and value of religiosity of taxpayer compliance, either partially or simultaneously. This study was conducted in Thamrin City in Central Jakarta. The number of the respondents comprised 95 respondents, and this number was obtained from MSMEs that have a TIN through the distribution of questionnaires using non-probability sampling. SEM Partial Least Square (SmartPLS 3.0) was used as a data analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that: (1) public trust has a positive and significant effect on the taxpayer compliance; (2) self-assessment system has a positive and significant effect on the taxpayers’ compliance; (3) value of religiosity has a positive and significant effect on the taxpayer compliance. This study was conducted only for MSMEs that have a TIN at a mining site located in Thamrin City, Central Jakarta. This study was undertaken amid the COVID-19 pandemic, causing researchers to encounter difficulties and various obstacles in terms of licensing. Researchers only tested three independent variables on taxpayer compliance. For the Directorate General of Taxes, the results of this study are expected to improve the MSME taxpayer compliance so that they can be used as material for consideration and evaluation in formulating policies regarding taxpayer compliance.

This study aims to explore the effect of tax incentive and tax services digitalization on taxpayer compliance during the COVID-19 pandemic with the moderating role of socialization. This study employs quantitative method with primary data obtained from questionnaires. The population of this study is individual taxpayers registered at the Tax Office of Indramayu, and with random sampling, we obtained 100 respondents as our samples. We analyzed the data using the Moderated Regression Analysis. The results of this study indicate that tax incentive does not have a significant positive effect on taxpayer compliance, while the tax services digitization has a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance. Furthermore, socialization has an insignificant negative effect in moderating the relationship between tax incentive on taxpayer compliance and socialization has no positive effect in moderating the relationship between tax services digitization and individual taxpayer compliance. This study aims to analyze the effect of perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and trust on interest in using mobile banking at Bank DKI Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative approach, survey type, and causal descriptive. The population in this study were all rupiah savings customers who have mobile banking facilities registered at Bank DKI Jakarta with a sample of 160 customers using simple random sampling technique, data collection using questionnaires, and data analysis techniques using path analysis using the SmartPLS 3.2 program. . The results of this study prove that the perceived ease of use and trust has a significant effect, but the perceived usefulness does not significantly affect the interest in using mobile banking. The novelty of the concept in this study is to develop the TAM theory with the addition of a trust variable and a focus on the intention to use mobile banking, which has not been found in previous studies
