Doctors’ performance is a key factor in determining the quality of hospital services. However, various challenges such as heavy workloads, limited resources, and increasing demands for service quality often reduce the effectiveness of medical staff. In this context, transformational leadership is considered a relevant approach to enhance doctors’ motivation, commitment, and performance. This study aims to analyze the role of transformational leadership in improving doctors’ performance in hospitals through a comprehensive literature review. The research method employed is a literature review by examining various articles, books, and research reports related to transformational leadership and doctors’ performance in hospitals. The analysis was conducted descriptively and critically to identify the relationship between theory and practice in the field, as well as to formulate implementation strategies suitable for the context of Indonesian hospitals. The findings indicate that transformational leadership, through its four main dimensions inspirational motivation, idealized influence, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration is able to enhance work motivation, strengthen organizational commitment, and encourage doctors’ innovation in healthcare services. The application of transformational leadership has also been proven relevant in fostering an adaptive, participatory, and quality-oriented organizational culture.

This study aims to assess the level of human resource (HR) readiness in the use of SIMRS and its implications for the efficiency of outpatient services. The research method used is a literature study by reviewing various scientific articles, books, and recent research reports relevant to the topic. The results of the review indicate that HR readiness can be categorized into three levels: low, medium, and high, with different characteristics and impacts on service quality. Hospitals with high HR readiness are characterized by adequate digital competency, managerial support, and an adaptive organizational culture, thereby reducing patient waiting times, increasing data accuracy, strengthening inter-unit coordination, and encouraging patient satisfaction. Conversely, low readiness results in slow administrative processes, a high risk of input errors, and increased resistance to change. The main obstacles identified include limited digital literacy, HR resistance, excessive workload, and minimal technical support. Recommended strategies include ongoing training, technical assistance, organizational change management, workload adjustments, and regular evaluation to ensure sustainable implementation.

The potential for paragliding sport tourism at Bukit Gantole Cililin, West Bandung Regency, is very promising because it offers a combination of extreme sports and natural beauty. However, if this spot is to become a desirable tourist destination, serious efforts from various stakeholders are required. The purpose of this study is to determine the efforts needed to enhance the potential of Bukit Gantole Cililin so that it can develop into a paragliding sport tourism destination in West Bandung Regency. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method. The research techniques include data collection through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature study. Based on observations and interviews, it has been shown that visitor numbers to this tourist site have continued to decline due to suboptimal management, poorly maintained and incomplete facilities, and the lack of synergy between tourism managers and the surrounding community. Therefore, this tourist site requires greater attention from various related parties. Based on field data collection, efforts to increase the potential of paragliding sport tourism at Bukit Gantole Cililin can be carried out through several measures, namely improving accessibility, facilities, transportation modes, activities, information, as well as the involvement of the government, local communities, and private sector so that Bukit Gantole tourism in West Bandung Regency can be revitalized.

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of information technology utilization and village official competence on the prevention of fraud in village financial management, moderated by the effectiveness of internal control. It is suspected that information technology utilization and village official competence influence fraud prevention and moderate the effectiveness of internal control. This study used a quantitative approach with an associative approach. Data collection used primary data and a Likert-scale questionnaire distributed to village officials in Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra. The population consisted of 380 villages, and a sample of 79 villages, each represented by two financial managers, totaling 158 individuals. The sampling technique used was stratified random sampling. The data were processed using the SEM method with the aid of the Smart PLS analysis tool. The results of this study prove that the use of information technology has an effect on fraud prevention and that the competence of village officials has an effect on fraud prevention. The effectiveness of internal control cannot moderate the influence of the use of information technology and the competence of village officials on fraud prevention.

This study aims to analyze the influence of work-life balance on employee engagement with job stress as a mediating variable through a literature study approach. The method used is a literature review of scientific articles, national and international journals, and relevant books published between 2019 and 2025. The selected literature focuses on the relationship between work-life balance, job stress, and employee engagement. The findings indicate that work-life balance has a significant positive effect on employee engagement. Employees who maintain a balance between personal life and work tend to be more enthusiastic, loyal, and dedicated. Conversely, job stress has a negative impact on employee engagement by reducing motivation, energy, and commitment. Furthermore, work-life balance negatively affects job stress, functioning as a protective factor that reduces stress levels. These results confirm that job stress mediates the relationship between work-life balance and employee engagement. The study provides practical implications for organizations to design policies that support employees’ work-life balance, such as flexible work arrangements, organizational support, and mental health programs, in order to enhance employee engagement and organizational sustainability.

Technological advancement has driven banks to innovate digital services such as internet banking to meet customers' demands for secure, convenient, and efficient transactions. The study investigates the influence of utilitarian attributes (security, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use) and hedonistic attributes (design, social influence, enjoyment) on customer satisfaction, and the mediating influence of satisfaction on the relation between trust and user loyalty to MyBCA. Employing a quantitative approach of purposive sampling, data were collected through a validated questionnaire administered to 220 mobile banking users in the Greater Jakarta area. Data were analyzed by employing Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS. The findings reveal that security, perceived usefulness, design, and trust significantly influence customer satisfaction, while perceived ease of use, social influence, and enjoyment do not. Also, customer trust enhances loyalty directly and indirectly through satisfaction, and satisfaction also strengthens loyalty. These results emphasize the importance of enhancing system security and easy-to-use application design as strategies to maintain and enhance customer loyalty in mobile banking services.

Patient complaints are an inevitable phenomenon in hospital service delivery and reflect the gap between patient expectations and the reality of the services received. Ineffective complaint management has the potential to reduce public trust, damage the hospital's image, and hinder efforts to improve service quality. This study aims to analyze the role of complaint management as a strategy for improving hospital service quality through a literature review of various scientific articles, books, and health regulations over the past five years. The results of the study indicate that the forms and patterns of patient complaints are generally related to aspects of timeliness, communication quality, administrative procedures, costs, and the attitudes of health workers. Complaint management plays a crucial role in strengthening the quality system through early detection mechanisms for service weaknesses, increasing patient satisfaction, and encouraging organizational change that is more oriented towards the needs of service users. The effectiveness of complaint management is influenced by top management commitment, human resource capacity, clarity of internal regulations, and information technology support.

This study aims to examine the challenges and implementation of medical service payments within the National Health Insurance (JKN) system in Indonesia through a literature review. The implementation of JKN demonstrates significant efforts to strengthen healthcare governance, including through the implementation of INA-CBGs-based payment mechanisms, the use of the Mobile JKN application, and strengthening the membership system. However, the literature review reveals that various challenges remain, such as barriers to socialization in certain regions, limitations in the usability of digital applications, the potential for fraud in the claims system, inefficiencies in drug planning and procurement, and issues with the sustainability of membership and the implementation of the tiered referral system. These findings confirm that the effectiveness of medical service payments within JKN is determined not only by the claims mechanism but also by social, technological, regulatory, and healthcare governance factors. Therefore, strong synergy is needed between the government, BPJS Kesehatan (Social Security Agency for Health), healthcare facilities, medical personnel, and the community to ensure the achievement of JKN's primary objectives, namely equitable access and sustainable improvement of healthcare quality.

This study aims to synthesize findings from the latest scientific literature related to teachers' ability to integrate learning technology. A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach was used to examine 20 articles published between 2019 and 2024, focusing on factors influencing teachers' technological competence. The review results indicate that teachers' competence is influenced by four main aspects: (1) ongoing professional training, (2) availability of infrastructure and institutional support, (3) teachers' self-efficacy, and (4) digital attitudes and literacy. Despite the increasing adoption of technology, challenges remain in teachers' pedagogical ability to integrate technology effectively. This study recommends improving training based on the TPACK model and strengthening school policies to support digital transformation in education.
