This study analyzes the feasibility and market development strategy of corncob biomass briquette production managed by BUMDes Mitra Jaya. The research was conducted through surveys, interviews with stakeholders, financial analysis, and business strategy formulation using SWOT and Business Model Canvas. The introduction of new machinery increased production capacity from 200 kg/day to 250 kg/day, equivalent to 6,250 kg per month. With an average selling price of IDR 4,000/kg and production costs of IDR 2,500/kg, the net profit increased from IDR 7.5 million to IDR 9.4 million per month. The financial analysis showed a positive Net Present Value (NPV), an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of around 18–20%, and a Payback Period of about two years, indicating that the business is financially feasible. The SWOT analysis highlighted abundant raw materials and strong local support as major strengths, while technological limitations remained a weakness. Market opportunities included the growing demand for clean energy and household use, with threats from competing briquette industries. The study recommends a competitive pricing strategy, community-based distribution, and digital marketing to strengthen market penetration. The results demonstrate that BUMDes Mitra Jaya can sustainably develop biomass briquettes while contributing to rural economic empowerment and supporting Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

This study applies the Triple Bottom Line (TBL) framework to comprehensively evaluate the efficiency and resilience of native chicken farming enterprises in Medan City, Indonesia. The research employed a mixed-methods approach by combining quantitative and qualitative data. Primary data were obtained from 30 farmers through structured surveys and in-depth interviews, while secondary information was collected from official reports and relevant literature. Economic efficiency was measured using Stochastic Frontier Analysis (SFA), and social as well as environmental dimensions were assessed through descriptive and qualitative analysis. The findings reveal that the average technical efficiency (TE) of the farmers is 0.72, allocative efficiency (AE) is 0.68, and economic efficiency (EE) is 0.65, indicating that nearly 75% of the sampled farmers remain economically inefficient. Socially, native chicken farming contributes to household income diversification, employment opportunities, and local food security, but constraints persist in the areas of farmer capacity development, access to markets, and institutional support. Environmentally, waste management practices are still limited, with inadequate utilization of by-products, potentially threatening ecological sustainability in the long run. These results emphasize that strengthening economic efficiency alone is insufficient; it must be aligned with social empowerment and ecological responsibility to enhance overall resilience. The study contributes practical insights for policymakers, farmer associations, and stakeholders in designing targeted interventions to increase competitiveness and long-term sustainability of native chicken farming under dynamic economic conditions.

The purpose of this study is to analyze Good Village Governance in the management of Village Funds and to find the inhibiting factors of Good Village Governance in the management of Village Funds in Lobalain District, Rote Ndao Regency. Using a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection was carried out using interview, observation and documentation techniques to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the governance of village funds being implemented. Data analysis techniques include several stages including data condensation, data presentation and drawing conclusions and testing the validity of data through source triangulation. The theory usedreferring to Permendagri No. 20 of 2018 that village financial management includes planning, implementation, administration, reporting and accountability. As well as the theory of Haris Fause (2023) that Good Village Governance in village financial management through the principles of transparency, participation and accountability The theory of the results of the study shows that the Village in managing Village Funds starting from planning, implementation, administration, reporting and accountability with the principles of good village governance has been running but the participatory principle is still only limited to the planning and implementation stages but not at the reporting and accountability stages. The principle of transparency is still limited to village information boards and billboards so that only people who come to the village office know, the principle of accountability has not been running well because it is still often late in submitting reports. This is due to several limitations, namely the capacity of the apparatus which is still low both in management and mastery of IT as well as facilities and infrastructure which are also still minimal. Therefore, the village government needs to pay attention to increasing the capacity of village officials through skills and knowledge training, procurement of the necessary facilities and infrastructure, especially village information media so that the principles of transparency and accountability become better.

This research investigates the impact of the 4Fs Family, Friends, Fans and Followers on consumer purchasing decisions regarding Wardah cosmetic products in Bireuen City. In the context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, evolving lifestyles and shifting consumer behaviours demand a more profound understanding of the role of social influences in marketing. A quantitative research design was employed, with data being gathered via survey questionnaires from 120 active users of Wardah products. The collected data were analysed using SPSS version 21. The findings indicate that the Family variable does not exert a statistically significant effect on purchasing decisions, as evidenced by a significance value of 0.378. Conversely, the Friends variable demonstrates a strong positive and significant influence, with a p-value of 0.001. In a similar vein, the Fans variable exerts a substantial influence on consumer decisions, attaining a significance level of 0.021. However, the Followers variable does not appear to influence purchasing behaviour, as reflected by a p-value of 0.921. The findings of this study indicate that interpersonal interactions, particularly with friends and fans, have a substantial impact on consumer preferences and decision-making processes. In contrast, the roles of family and followers appear to be relatively insignificant. The study offers valuable implications for marketers, emphasising the importance of leveraging peer and fan-based social dynamics when crafting targeted promotional strategies.

This study aims to analyze the effect of auditor competence and task complexity on audit judgment, with professional ethics as an intervening variable. The background of this study is driven by the increasing need for reliable and transparent financial reports, given that these reports are the main basis for investors, creditors, regulators, and other stakeholders in making strategic decisions. Quality audit judgment can only be achieved if auditors have adequate technical competence and experience and can deal with the increasing complexity of audit tasks. In addition, auditors must uphold professional ethics to remain independent, objective, and able to avoid potential conflicts of interest in every decision-making process. This study uses an associative quantitative approach with path analysis using SmartPLS 4.0 software. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 80 auditors working at several public accounting firms. The results show that auditor competence and task complexity positively and significantly affect professional ethics. These two variables also have a positive and significant effect on audit judgment. In addition, professional ethics have a positive and significant effect on audit judgment and can mediate the relationship between auditor competence and audit judgment, as well as between task complexity and audit judgment. These findings confirm that the quality of audit judgment is largely determined by a combination of technical competence, experience in managing complexity, and commitment to professional ethics. Thus, this study strengthens the literature on the determinants of audit judgment and provides practical implications for improving audit quality in both the public and private sectors.

This study examines and analyses the effect of auditor competence and professionalism on audit quality with time pressure as a moderating variable in Public Accounting Firms in Medan. This study uses a quantitative approach with primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to auditors as respondents. The population in this study consisted of all auditors working at 23 Public Accounting Firms in Medan who were still actively registered, with a total of 69 auditors. The sampling technique was saturated, so all population members were included in the research sample. The analysis method used was descriptive and verificative, with the help of the SmartPLS version 4.0 application through the Structural Equation Modelling Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) approach, which is considered appropriate for comprehensively testing the relationship between variables. The study's results indicate that auditor competence has a positive and significant effect on audit quality, so the higher the auditor's competence, the better the audit quality. In addition, auditor professionalism also has a positive effect on audit quality, which confirms the importance of integrity, independence, and compliance with professional standards. Furthermore, time pressure was not found to moderate the relationship between auditor competence and audit quality, meaning competent auditors can still maintain quality even under time constraints. However, time pressure was found to moderate the relationship between auditor professionalism and audit quality, where high pressure tends to weaken the application of auditor professionalism.

This study investigates the influence of financial education and financial stress on financial well-being, with financial technology considered as a mediating variable. The research is driven by the increasing role of financial literacy and digital financial services in helping individuals manage financial challenges in today’s digital era. A quantitative approach with a deductive design was employed, using structured questionnaires distributed to 400 millennial respondents aged 25–40 years working in the banking sector in North Sumatra. Data were analyzed with Partial Least Square–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), which enables simultaneous testing of measurement and structural models. The results indicate that financial education has a positive and significant effect on both financial technology adoption and financial well-being. In contrast, financial stress is negatively associated with financial well-being but positively influences the adoption of financial technology as an adaptive mechanism to cope with financial pressures. Furthermore, financial technology is found to play a crucial mediating role, strengthening the effects of financial education and mitigating the negative impact of financial stress on financial well-being. The study provides theoretical contributions by extending the existing frameworks that link financial literacy, stress, technology, and financial outcomes. From a practical perspective, the findings highlight the importance of promoting digital-based financial education programs and developing inclusive financial technology solutions to enhance financial well-being, particularly among younger generations in the banking industry

SMV infection at early growth stages can reduce crop productivity by 25.48% to 93.84%. Viral infections may reduce plant growth due to disruptions in physiological processes and photosynthetic output, hormonal imbalances, and decreased nutrient uptake, ultimately preventing the plant from growing optimally. The research was conducted at the Experimental Field and Basic Science Laboratory of the Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Satu Nusa Lampung University, as well as the Analysis Laboratory of Politeknik Negeri Lampung, from May to August 2025. The method used in this research was an experimental method. The study employed a Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) with the following treatments: T0 = Control, T1 = 10 ml Trichoderma solution, T2 = 20 ml Trichoderma solution, T3 = 30 ml Trichoderma solution, T4 = 40 ml Trichoderma solution,T5 = 50 ml Trichoderma solution per plant (with a spore concentration of 1 ml T. asperellum = 46.5 × 10² spores). Result Based on the study of the potential of Trichoderma asperellum in enhancing the resistance of soybean plants infected with SMV, it can be concluded that the 50 ml T. asperellum treatment showed the best results, with an incubation period of 18 days after inoculation (DAI), disease severity of 14%, and a plant resistance rating categorized as resistant to SMV. The highest yield increase was also recorded in the 50 ml Trichoderma treatment (T5), reaching 77.45%.
