This study aims to analyze the influence of corporate governance on banking performance as mediated by green banking practices in banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2020–2024 period. This research uses a quantitative approach with secondary data from the annual reports of 30 banks over 5 years (150 observations). Data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Square (PLS)-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS 4.0 software. The governance variable was measured through the board of commissioners, independent commissioners, audit committee, managerial ownership, and institutional ownership. Bank performance was measured by Return on Assets (ROA) and Tobin's Q, while green banking was measured based on 16 sustainability disclosure indicators. The results show that corporate governance (except for managerial ownership and independent commissioners) has a significant effect on green banking. Green banking has a significant effect on bank performance (ROA and Tobin's Q). Green banking proves to significantly mediate the relationship between corporate governance and banking performance, both for ROA and Tobin's Q. The implementation of green banking acts as a strategic mediating mechanism in transforming good corporate governance practices into improved banking performance, both in terms of profitability (ROA) and market value (Tobin's Q). These findings highlight the need to strengthen green banking policies and strategies as part of sustainable governance in the Indonesian banking sector.

This study critically analyzes the commitment of local political elites on the Riau coast in the revitalization of peat and mangrove ecosystems. With the approach of political ecology and qualitative case study methods, it was found that the commitment displayed was symbolic and instrumental. This is evident from the inconsistency between formal policies and minimal budget allocations, as well as licensing practices that support the extractive industry. Key findings suggest that elite actions are determined more by calculations of economic-political interests tied to the electoral cycle than by authentic ecological sustainability visions.

This study analyzes ecological conflicts within the framework of the National Strategic Project (PSN) in Wadas Village (Central Java) and Rempang Island (Riau Islands) using the access theory developed by Jesse Ribot and Nancy Peluso (2003). This theory views access as the ability of actors to obtain benefits from natural resources through legal and non-legal mechanisms, such as power, capital, discourse, and social networks. This approach is used to understand the competition between the state, corporations, and local communities in controlling and utilizing natural resources in the context of national development. This study uses a qualitative research method with a comparative political studies approach. Data were obtained through a review of literature, policy documents, advocacy organization reports, and media coverage relevant to the conflict dynamics in both regions. The research findings show that the conflicts in Wadas and Rempang share structural similarities, both rooted in the development of National Strategic Projects that legitimize the expansion of access to natural resources by powerful state and private actors. Powerful actors utilize a combination of legal access, political authority, and development discourse to open up space for development and investment interests. Nevertheless, communities demonstrate collective resistance rooted in ecological, social, and cultural claims. The main differences lie in the nature of the resources and the mechanisms of exclusion. The Wadas conflict is prominent in its ecological-agrarian dimension due to andesite mining that threatens agricultural land and water sources, while the Rempang conflict is more focused on the economic-political and cultural dimensions resulting from the relocation of communities from coastal areas for industrialization projects. Thus, ecological conflicts in Indonesia are a manifestation of the politics of access, namely the struggle between actors for the ability to benefit from natural resources under the hegemony of national development.

The development of digital technology encourages companies to adopt more integrated and multi-channel marketing communication strategies to maintain competitiveness amidst increasingly fierce market competition. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the digital marketing communication mix implemented by Indomie through the "Hype Abis" campaign in increasing consumer engagement, brand awareness, sales, and customer loyalty. This study uses a qualitative approach with a literature review method of various scientific sources relevant to digital marketing communications, B2C, B2B, and C2B strategies, and consumer behavior in the instant noodle industry. The results of the study indicate that Indomie's multi-channel digital marketing strategy, including social media integration, collaboration with influencers, creative content based on digital culture trends, and optimization of e-commerce platforms, has proven effective in creating a viral effect, increasing sales, and strengthening emotional connections with consumers. In addition, active consumer participation through user-generated content (C2B) contributes to increased customer loyalty. Evaluation of campaign performance through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) is an important factor in ensuring the effectiveness of digital marketing communication strategies. This study recommends developing strategies through the use of innovative technology, data-driven approaches, strengthening digital loyalty programs, and expanding strategies to the B2B segment to support the sustainable growth of the Indomie brand.

This study aims to evaluate the service performance of the Terbanggi Besar–Pematang Panggang–Kayu Agung (TERPEKA) toll road section based on user perceptions and to identify the factors influencing toll road service performance. The analysis employs the Service Quality (SERVQUAL) method and Important Performance Analysis (IPA) to measure the gap between user expectations and perceived performance, complemented by factor analysis to determine the dominant influencing factors. The results indicate that the overall service quality of the TERPEKA toll road remains unsatisfactory, as all SERVQUAL dimensions show quality (Q) values below 1. IPA results reveal several priority attributes requiring immediate improvement, particularly road surface conditions, street lighting, modern toll facilities, road geometry comfort and safety, and rest area comfort and security. Furthermore, factor analysis identifies three main factors influencing service performance—service factors, quality factors, and performance factors—which together explain 77.33% of the total variance. The service factor is the most dominant, contributing 66.131% of the variance, followed by quality and performance factors. These findings highlight the need for targeted improvements in infrastructure quality and service management to enhance user satisfaction on the TERPEKA toll road.

Traditional health services are increasingly sought by the public as an alternative or complement to modern medical treatment. Although these practices are recognized within Indonesia’s national legal system, existing regulations remain incomplete, particularly concerning civil law liability when harm occurs to clients. This study analyzes the forms of liability borne by business actors, including liability arising from tort and default, as well as mechanisms for dispute resolution and compensation. Employing a normative juridical method, this research integrates statutory, conceptual, and case approaches. Data were collected through literature studies and analyzed qualitatively. The findings indicate that business actors may be held legally accountable under Article 1365 and Article 1239 of the Indonesian Civil Code. Liability may result in both material and immaterial compensation, provided in accordance with applicable positive law in Indonesia. Strengthening regulations on traditional health services is therefore essential to ensure legal certainty and protection for consumers while maintaining professional accountability.

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of using social media as a marketing and promotional tool for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), with a case study of PT Global Atco Suksestama. The rapid development of digital technology requires MSMEs to adapt to changes in consumer behavior, which is increasingly reliant on social media for seeking information and conducting transactions. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The findings indicate that the use of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok significantly increases promotional reach and brand awareness. However, its effectiveness remains limited by constraints in human resources for content management and by digital marketing strategies that have not yet been optimized. This study concludes that social media is an effective promotional medium for MSMEs when supported by consistent content strategies, accurate audience analysis, and the utilization of digital advertising features.
