Adolescence is an important period in the development of moral reasoning that serves as the basis for behavioral decision-making, but the experience of maltreatment in parenting can increase the tendency for deviant behavior. This study aims to examine the influence of moral reasoning on adolescent deviant behavior and examine the role of maltreatment as a moderator variable in these relationships. The research uses a quantitative approach with a correlational design. The research subjects amounted to 222 students of SMK Tamansiswa Jetis Yogyakarta aged 15–19 years who were selected using cluster sampling techniques. Data analysis was carried out with the help of the Jamovi application version 2.7.12 at a significance level of 0.05. However, the results of the moderation test The results of the study showed that moral reasoning had a negative and significant effect on deviant behavior (p < 0.05), while maltreatment had a positive and significant effect on adolescent deviant behavior (p < 0.05). Simultaneously, moral reasoning and maltreatment were able to explain 49.9% of the variation in deviant behavior. However, the results of the moderation test showed that the interaction between moral reasoning and maltreatment did not have a significant effect on deviant behavior (p = 0.261 > 0.05). Thus, the first and second hypotheses are accepted, while the third hypothesis is rejected, so that maltreatment does not act as a moderator variable in the relationship between moral reasoning and deviant behavior, but rather as an independent predictor.

Migraine is a complex neurological disorder with heterogeneous clinical manifestations, making accurate subtype classification difficult using conventional diagnostic approaches. Diagnostic inaccuracies may result in inappropriate treatment and suboptimal patient outcomes. This study proposes an Artificial Neural Network (ANN) model to classify migraine subtypes based on patient-reported symptoms and clinical characteristics. A publicly available dataset containing 400 instances and 24 features—including demographic data, aura symptoms, neurological and autonomic indicators, genetic history, and disease burden—was utilized. Data preprocessing involved feature standardization, label encoding, and one-hot encoding, followed by an 80:20 split for training and testing. The ANN architecture comprised an input layer with 23 neurons, two hidden layers with 64 and 32 neurons using ReLU activation, and a seven-neuron output layer with softmax activation. The model was trained using the Adam optimizer and categorical cross-entropy loss for 50 epochs. Experimental results showed that the proposed model achieved a training accuracy of 91.56% and a testing accuracy of 93.00%, demonstrating strong generalization performance and effective learning of complex, non-linear symptom patterns. These results indicate that ANN-based classification has significant potential as a clinical decision-support tool for improving migraine subtype diagnosis and enabling more personalized treatment strategies.

This study aims to analyze the management of Golaga's natural tourist attractions. The research method used was a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques including observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using the POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling) management theory. The research results show that Golaga tourism management has implemented the POAC management principles as proposed by George R. Terry. In the planning aspect, management focuses on digital promotion, collaboration with travel agents, community empowerment, and planning the addition of artificial gravity-based attractions. In the organizing aspect, the organizational structure of PERUMDA Owabong has been clearly and systematically structured, starting from the board of directors to the implementing units in the field. The actuating aspect is realized through the involvement of local communities as a workforce of 80–90%, the implementation of excellent service training, and the empowerment of local MSMEs. Meanwhile, the controlling aspect is carried out through routine evaluation of facilities, digital promotions, and monitoring of tourist reviews on social media and other online platforms. The implementation of this management has had a positive impact on increasing the number of tourist visits and achieving Golaga's revenue, which reaches billions of rupiah per year. Furthermore, factors influencing the management of Golaga's tourist attractions demonstrate a combination of potential and challenges. From an attraction perspective, the uniqueness of the approximately 1,200-meter-long ancient lava cave is the main attraction, supported by modern man-made attractions. However, the potential for educational and cultural tourism has yet to be optimally and sustainably developed. In terms of accessibility, Golaga's location is relatively easy to reach, although limited local transportation and buggy fleets remain a challenge. Basic amenities are adequate, but internet connection quality in the cave area remains limited. Meanwhile, additional services and tourism activities are well developed, but the availability of integrated tourism packages still needs to be improved. Therefore, Golaga's development strategy needs to be directed at strengthening integrated tourism packages, improving supporting infrastructure, and empowering the community in a sustainable manner to maximize tourism potential and improve the economic welfare of the Siwarak Village community.

This study aims to analyze the policies of the Huria Kristen Batak Protestan (HKBP) Church regarding congregational singing practices during Sunday worship and to evaluate their implementation in order to identify an ideal model for improving the quality of congregational singing techniques. The primary issue addressed in this research is the prevalence of technical errors in congregational singing, such as inaccurate rhythm, poor intonation, unclear articulation, and uncontrolled vocal dynamics. These errors tend to occur repeatedly and systematically, which is suspected to be the result of oral tradition transmission without structured musical training. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method using a case study approach conducted in three HKBP church regions in North Sumatra: Tarutung, Pematangsiantar, and Medan. Data collection techniques include observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that although the HKBP possesses a rich legacy of church music, the implementation of policies related to congregational singing training remains uneven and lacks structure. Vocal technique training has not yet become an integral part of church programs, and congregational singing ability is largely shaped by worship habits without adequate pedagogical intervention. Oral tradition plays a significant role but is not sufficiently supported by formal musical approaches. Based on these findings, this study proposes an ideal model for developing congregational singing techniques that incorporates theological, musical, and inculturative aspects—taking into account the characteristics of Batak music and Christian spiritual values. This research is expected to make a meaningful contribution to enhancing the quality of worship in the HKBP context, particularly in the area of congregational singing as an expression of faith and a vital element of liturgy.

Numeracy skills have become a highly crucial foundational competence in responding to the demands of the 21st century, particularly in the development of mathematical literacy and problem-solving abilities. However, the numeracy achievement of students in Indonesia remains relatively low, as indicated by reports from PISA and the National Assessment. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Gasing Method (Gampang, Asyik, dan Menyenangkan / Easy, Fun, and Enjoyable) in improving students’ numeracy skills across various regions in Indonesia. The research employed a quantitative approach using a pre-experimental one-group pretest–posttest design. The sample consisted of 203 participants from four regions: Mesuji Regency, Karanganyar Regency, Bojonegoro Regency, and Bandar Lampung City. Data were collected through numeracy test instruments (pretest and posttest) and analyzed using descriptive statistics and a Two-Way ANOVA test with SPSS. The results indicate a significant improvement in numeracy skills across all regions, where the average pretest scores were in the low to moderate categories and subsequently increased sharply to nearly the maximum scores in the posttest. The Two-Way ANOVA analysis confirms that the implementation of the Gasing Method has a significant effect on improving numeracy skills (Sig. < 0.001), with an R² value of 0.688, indicating a strong contribution of the model to the increase in scores. These findings provide empirical evidence that the Gasing Method is effective, adaptable across diverse regional contexts, and relevant as a learning strategy to strengthen numeracy skills in Indonesia.

In the face of escalating global uncertainty, organizations are required not merely to survive but to adaptively transform their cultures to sustain performance. Agile and flexible organizational culture is positioned as a strategic instrument in responding to the complexity and ambiguity of the business environment. This study aims to systematically review the relationship between organizational culture transformation, performance, and the context of global uncertainty based on literature from the past five years. A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach was adopted using the PRISMA 2020 guidelines, covering 39 articles from the Scopus database. The analysis was conducted using descriptive, thematic, and content-based approaches. The findings indicate that organizational culture plays a strategic role as a mediator in coping with external pressures and in driving organizational performance. This review also reveals methodological and conceptual gaps, and proposes a future research agenda emphasizing the importance of digital integration, cross-cultural approaches, and longitudinal studies. The primary contribution of this study lies in asserting the position of organizational culture as a strategic lever in building adaptive performance amid global dynamics.

Tax revenue is the main source of state revenue, which plays an important role in financing national development. One of the determining factors for optimizing tax revenue is the level of taxpayer compliance and loyalty. This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and taxation innovation on taxpayer satisfaction and loyalty at the Lubuk Pakam Tax Office. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a sampling technique using the Slovin formula, resulting in 93 respondents from a total population of 1,265 taxpayers. Data processing was performed using Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS software. The results showed that service quality had a positive and significant effect on taxpayer satisfaction and loyalty, while innovation had a positive and significant effect on satisfaction but did not have a significant direct effect on loyalty. Taxpayer satisfaction was found to have a positive and significant effect on loyalty and to act as an intervening variable in the relationship between service quality and innovation on taxpayer loyalty. The R² values of 0.684 for satisfaction and 0.886 for loyalty indicate that the model has strong explanatory power. These findings indicate that improving service quality and developing digital tax service innovations can strengthen taxpayer satisfaction, which ultimately encourages loyalty and voluntary tax compliance. This study recommends improving the competence of tax officials, expanding digital innovations, and conducting periodic evaluations of service standards to strengthen taxpayer trust and loyalty.

This study analyzes the effect of tax education and fiscal service quality on tax payment decisions, with social media as an intervening variable, among individual taxpayers in the Lubuk Pakam Tax Office jurisdiction. The background of this research stems from the low score for the statement "paying on time" and inconsistent positive interaction experiences, despite the expansion of digital transformation (e.g., Coretax) and online communication channels. The method used is a quantitative approach with an associative design; a sample of 100 taxpayers (treasurers) was selected using the Slovin formula. Data collection was conducted from July to October 2025 through a Likert questionnaire and analyzed using PLS-SEM (SmartPLS). The results show a significant direct influence: education → decision to pay (β=0.221; p=0.041), service → decision to pay (β=0.214; p=0.018), education → social media (β=0.594; p<0.001), service → social media (β=0.330; p=0.012), and social media → decision to pay (β=0.520; p<0.001). Indirect effects were also significant: education → social media → payment decision (β=0.309; p=0.003) and service → social media → payment decision (β=0.172; p=0.026). The model had high explanatory power (R² social media=0.813; R² payment decision=0.845), confirming the mediating role of social media. Practical implications for the Tax Office: (i) microlearning programs & short content on social media, (ii) responsive omnichannel (chatbot/DM/live chat) that closes with specific calls to action (create a Billing ID, add reminders), and (iii) strengthening the habit of paying H-3 through the "10-25-28" campaign and One-Stop Billing ID at the counter. These findings confirm that improved education and services supported by effective social media can encourage timely tax payment decisions.

Digital transformation encourages public service agencies to optimize social media and service innovation to improve satisfaction by strengthening trust. This study analyzes the influence of social media and service innovation on public satisfaction with trust as an intervening variable at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Medan City. The method used is quantitative with a sample of 98 respondents (service users in the last 12 months). Primary data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using PLS-SEM (SmartPLS). The instruments met the requirements for convergent validity (outer loadings ≥ 0.60; AVE ≥ 0.552) and reliability (Cronbach's Alpha ≥ 0.723; CR ≥ 0.829). The results show that social media has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction (β=0.254; p=0.005) and trust (β=0.155; p=0.049). Service innovation has a positive but insignificant effect on satisfaction (β=0.120; p=0.175), but a positive and significant effect on trust (β=0.490; p=0.000). Trust has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction (β=0.324; p=0.000). The mediation test shows that social media → trust → satisfaction is not significant (p=0.113), while service innovation → trust → satisfaction is significant (p=0.005). The explanatory power of the model is strong (R² trust=0.705; R² satisfaction=0.889). Practical implications: strengthening social media content and responses needs to be accompanied by innovations that increase trust—such as process transparency, real-time status tracking, and SLA standards—in order to have a direct impact on satisfaction.
