Abstract In light of the development of rural areas and the rural residents' migration to cities in pursuit of survival, the urban population is rising. As a result, more and more people are moving to cities like Chennai in search of work that Chennai can support, making cities like Chennai untenable. The only way to solve this issue is to make tiny towns and villages livable places. Most people claim that if they could earn 40% less than they do in Chennai, they would be content to live in small towns and villages.

The technique used in sampling is accidental sampling with a total of 50 respondents. Sources of data using primary data in the form of questionnaires/questions and secondary data obtained from literature, documents and the internet. The data was processed using SPSS version 21. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression with the formula Y = a + b1 X1 + b2 X2 + e and to find out how much influence service quality and price have on purchasing decisions for passenger tickets on PT. Chandra Medan uses a comparison technique t test and F test. The results of the validity test and reliability test of the questionnaire, each question item is declared valid and reliable where if the value of Rcount> Rtable with the value of all items is above the value of 0.729 and the regression equation Y = 4.253 + 0.178X1 + 0.375X2 means that every increase by one unit will cause an increase in customer satisfaction by 0.178 and 0.375. To know whether the hypothesis in this study is accepted or not, the t-count test technique is used. Fcount obtained tcount value of service quality of 2.331 and tcount price value of 3.603 and ttable 2.012 and obtained Fcount value of 15.988, while Ftable 3.90 and and the level of significance (0.000 <0.005) indicates that service quality (X1) and price (X2) collectively have a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Dexterous refers to the skill and grace in physical movement, especially in the use of the hands, an individual who is more dexterous with the right hand is called right-handed (dextralists), and one who is more skilled with the left is said to be left-handed (sinistralists). The purpose of the study was to find out the effect of specific training on selected biomotor variables such as strength and coordination of dexterous. To achieve the purpose 40 right hand dominance college men students from Annantnag district, Jammu & Kashmir, India were selected as subjects at random and their age ranged between 18-21 years, the selected subjects were divided in to two groups namely physical training (n=20) and control (n=20). The physical training group underwent training for 60 min/4 days/15 weeks. The maximum strength (handgrip dynamometer) and hand screwing coordination (Bennit hand tool dexterity test), were selected as dependent variables and tested before and after the experimental period for both the groups. The collected data were analyzed by using ANCOVA. Further, independent‘t’ was calculated to find out the difference between left and right hand and the magnitude of Improvement was also calculated to find out the level of improvement on dexterous. Level of confidence was fixed at 0.05. The result of the study shows that the physical training improved the maximum strength and coordination compared to control group. The difference between right and left hand on maximum strength and coordination is insignificant. Hence, it was concluded that physical training may be given to improve the dexterous (use of hands) level and quality.

The conclusions that can be drawn based on the discussion and explanation above are as follows: Acquisition is an effective strategy that can be used by companies to increase corporate value and competitive advantage. To achieve this, companies must consider various decisions and plan carefully to reach strategic decisions. The challenges faced by the company immediately after the acquisition were challenges to integrity, cultural factors, systems and procedures that differed between companies, which required adjustments. If the company cannot handle this challenge properly, it will cause acquisition failure. The impact of implementing the acquisition has not shown consistent results and on average it shows a decrease in the company's financial performance after the acquisition so that further studies are needed and the company should evaluate the effectiveness of the acquisitions carried out and be able to optimize available resources.

The construction of the Simeme Dam is a part of efforts to support the development of the agricultural sector and to meet the needs of water in North Sumatra. The Lausimeme Dam construction project has been delayed from its planned schedule. The potential risks that will hinder the completion of the project when viewed from the internal, external and project sources and how to mitigate risks to obtain factors which influence the risk mitigation of the Lau Simeme Dam project in order to determine risk mitigation strategies. This study uses observation, interviews and field surveys compiled by a questionnaire based on a literature study that has been conducted on respondents related to the Lausimeme Dam Development Project and uses a causal descriptive method with a quantitative approach by identifying risks and risk indicators related to what possibilities may arise and will occur in the Lausimeme Dam Development Project. There are 77 risks that are relevant or likely to occur to the Lausimeme Dam Development Project and it is concluded that 68 risks are classified as high and 9 risks are classified as moderate in terms of influence level. Of the 68 risks that are classified as high, there are 15 top risks (largest ranking) that have the highest possibility to occur (probability) and the largest impact based on an assessment of the Lausimeme Dam construction project, therefore mitigation of these possible risks is needed. Mitigation that will be implemented to minimize the possibility of these risks to accour, including: socializing, fulfilling documents and licensing documents, obtaining BMKG data, involving the community and non-governmental organizations, making resource estimates based on analysis, carrying out cross-functional coordination, and preparing CAR.

Merger and acquisition activities have been carried out not only in developed countries but also in Southeast Asia. In ASEAN countries investment activities carried out between countries reached US$ 4.4 billion in 2009, of which most were carried out in Singapore (46%), Indonesia (31%) and Thailand (13%) (KPPU, 2010). These three countries have various investment regulations, especially those related to mergers and acquisitions. This is important for maintaining competitive and efficient market activities. For regulations related to mergers and acquisitions, only 5 (five) ASEAN countries have competition laws, namely Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam and Laos. Merger and acquisition rules owned by each country vary from various aspects, be it the scope, nature of notification, financing, and related sanctions.
