Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the influence of service quality on customer loyalty at Uncle Sam's Cafe. The entire population of Uncle Sam's cafe consumers. Determining the number of samples to use the formula is 5 times the number of indicator variables, totaling 24 indicators used, totaling 120 samples. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The research results prove that the influence of service quality using five indicators as research gaps is a factor causing customer loyalty, which has an impact on increasing the number of visitors to Uncle Sam's cafe. This is known from the respondents' answers where the respondents' perceptions regarding Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness partially have a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty at Uncle Sam's Cafe. Meanwhile, Assurance and Emphaty show that they partially have no significant effect on customer loyalty at Uncle Sam's Cafe. Simultaneous testing shows that Service Quality simultaneously influences Customer Loyalty at Uncle Sam's Cafe.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 has had an impact on the health of the Indonesian people. The spread of the COVID-19 pandemic is increasing day by day and attacking the health of the Indonesian people, causing more casualties and material losses and affecting social, economic, and community welfare aspects. The central government has also issued many policies to deal with the handling of the COVID-19 pandemic, one of which is the procurement mechanism for goods in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. The Financial and Development Supervisory Agency asked the Regional Government to pay attention to the procurement of health materials and medical devices. Procurement of Goods is a critical area for misappropriation of state funds so that it can cause the Indonesian Government's hopes for handling the COVID-19 pandemic to fail. Through refocusing activities, the total budget of the North Sumatra Provincial Government for handling the COVID-19 pandemic is 1.5 trillion with a 3-stage process. For this reason, a Government Internal Control System is needed in the Procurement of Goods, especially in the Health sector, in the hope of preventing misappropriation of state funds in the Procurement of Goods. This study uses a mix method that combines quantitative descriptive followed by qualitative methods with an inductive approach and is completed with data triangulation. The sample in this study was the Expenditure Treasurer and the Goods and Services Procurement Unit at the North Sumatra Provincial Health Office. The data collection instrument was a questionnaire with a grand theory, namely the Government Internal Control System using the Likert Scale and Interview measurement scale. Furthermore, data analysis was carried out through data reduction by understanding and analyzing the existing data, then presenting the data and finally drawing conclusions and recommendations. Based on the results of the study, respondents gave an average SPIP score of 4.26 (Government Internal Control System) with the results of the analysis showing that it had been carried out according to theory and legalistic Government Internal Control System. However, there are still shortcomings, namely certified human resources for procurement of goods and services so that control over procurement activities is in accordance with the budget for handling the COVID-19 pandemic and the need for significant action on information technology. This is done to answer the challenge of clean Procurement of Goods from misappropriation of state funds

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of job satisfaction and psychological well-being on the emotional labor of BRI employees. The research method used was quantitative. The population was 324 employees. 110 samples with purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis technique. Based on the results of the first hypothesis testing, the regression value is 0.518 with sig <0.050, namely 0.001 <0.050, this value is equal to 51.8%, meaning there is a significant influence between job satisfaction and psychological well-being on surface action , with an influence size of 51.8%. Based on the results of testing the second hypothesis, the regression magnitude value was obtained, namely 0.678 with sig < 0.050, namely 0.001 < 0.050, this value is equal to 67.8%, meaning that there is a significant influence between job satisfaction and psychological well -being on deep action, with an influence magnitude of 67.8%. Based on the results of testing the third hypothesis, the regression value obtained is 0.664 with sig < 0.050, namely 0.001 < 0.050, this value is equal to 66.4%, meaning that there is a significant influence between job satisfaction and psychological well-being on action games, with an influence size of 66.4%.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of religiosity on guilty feelings which is moderated by self-concept in detainees at the Belawan Police detention center. A total of 200 samples of prisoners were in the Belawan Police detention center. The sample was selected proportionally by random sampling. Data was obtained through a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses structural equation modeling (SEM) with Smart-PLS version 3.0. The research results show that religiosity has a significant positive effect on guilty feelings, with an effect of 0.615 (61.5%). Religiosity also has a significant positive effect on self-concept with an influence size of 0.997 (99.7%). Meanwhile, self-concept has a significant negative effect on guilty feelings of -0.623 (-62.3). In the mediating role, it was found that self-concept was unable to moderate the influence of religiosity on guilty feelings, because the influence was only 0.003. The biggest influence that can influence the Guilty Feeling variable in police detention in Belawan is the Religiosity variable. Meanwhile, the negative influence of self-concept on guilty feelings means that prisoners' awareness needs to be increased, so that the more they are aware of their self-concept, the prisoners will be able to accept the situation, that they will regret and also change, so that they will not make the same mistakes they have made. . The suggestions given are to work together to build and increase the level of religiosity or religious values and provide input related to a positive self-concept to the prisoners. Incorporating religious values including; ideological dimension, ritual dimension, intellectual involvement, experienced dimension and consequential dimension. By increasing the religious values of prisoners, the hope is to increase the level of self-awareness of prisoners, especially at the Belawan Police Detention Center.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of organizational communication and locus of control on job insecurity in the workplace. A quantitative approach with a descriptive method was used, involving 104 respondents from various companies. Data were collected through questionnaires consisting of scales for organizational communication, locus of control, and job insecurity. Validity and reliability tests indicated that the instruments used were highly consistent internally and valid for measuring the variables studied. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that organizational communication and locus of control significantly affect job insecurity. Organizational communication had a coefficient of 0.178, while locus of control had a coefficient of 0.090. These results indicate that improvements in organizational communication and locus of control will reduce the level of job insecurity in the workplace. This study provides insights for company management to design effective communication strategies and consider locus of control factors in efforts to reduce job insecurity. The practical implications of these findings highlight the need for management to enhance organizational communication and strengthen employees' locus of control to create a more stable work environment that supports employees' psychological well-being. The study contributes theoretically by adding to the literature on the impact of organizational communication and locus of control on job insecurity, and offers practical guidance for companies in managing human resources in an era of globalization and rapid technological changes.
