This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of personal resources and job crafting on work engagement of modern coffee shop employees in Medan City. The type of research used in this research is associative research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study is the population in this study, namely all lecturers at private universities in Medan City. The sampling method in this research uses a probability sampling method withsimple random sampling technique, namely taking sample members from the population randomly without paying attention to the strata in the population, with a sample size of 70 respondents in 15 modern coffee shops in Medan City. Data collection methods were carried out by means of questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the research results obtained partially and simultaneously, it shows that personal resources and job crafting affect the work engagement of modern coffee shop employees in Medan City. The results of the coefficient of determination test obtained an adjusted R square value of 0.863 (86.3%). This shows that the variablepersonal resourcesand job craftingable to explainwork engagementamounting to 86.3%,while the remaining 13.7% is influenced by other variables not examined inthis research.

This study aims to find out how Self Efficacy, Perceived Organizational Support and Employee Engagement on Organizational Citizenship Behavior on the Regional Financial Management Agency (BPKD) in Lhokseumawe City. The purpose of this research is to determine the level of Organizational Citizenship Behavior in employees who work at the Regional Financial Management Agency (BPKD) of Lhokseumawe City. The data used in this study was primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 75 employees. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis which consisting of data instrument tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing using the help of SPSS software. The results showed that partially self efficacy had a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior on the Regional Financial Management Agency (BPKD) in Lhokseumawe City, furthermore perceived organizational support had a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior on the Regional Financial Management Agency (BPKD) in Lhokseumawe City and employee engagement had a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior on the Regional Financial Management Agency (BPKD) in Lhokseumawe City. These findings provide useful implications for the government to determine strategies related to human resources to improve organizational citizenship behavior in employees.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Word of Mouth, Product Quality and Sales Promotion on Purchasing Decisions for Shinzui Brand Bath Soap Products by the Public in Langsa City. Data for this study were collected through a survey method using a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. The population in the study were 119 consumers who used shinzui brand bath soap products in Langsa city. This study uses a quantitative approach with linear regression analysis using SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) software. Hypotheses, coefficients are determined using the SPSS version 25.0 programme. The results of this study indicate that partially sales promotion has no positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions on shinzui brand bath soap products by people in the city of Langsa, while word of mouth, and product quality have a positive or significant effect on purchasing decisions for shinzui brand bath soap products by people in the city of Langsa. Simultaneously, each variable word of mouth, product quality and sales promotion has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for shinzui brand bath soap products by the public in the city of Langsa. The R Square value of 0.159 obtained from the variables can be explained by the independent variables, namely word of mouth, product quality and sales promotion 15.9% while the remaining 84.1% can be explained by other variables not analysed by this study.

This research aims to examine the influence of promotions, consumer trust, and service quality on sharia bank customer loyaltyIndonesia (case study of economics and business faculty students). The data in this research uses a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. This research uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis and is processed using SPSS (Statistical package for the social sciences) tools. The technique taken in this research is using a non-probability sampling technique with a proportional sampling technique as the determinant of the sample. The population taken here was 100 respondents from economics and business faculty students who used Bank Syariah Indonesia. The results of the research are that promotion partially has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty to Bank Syariah Indonesia, consumer trust partially has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty to Bank Syariah Indonesia, service quality partially has no or no significant effect on customer loyalty to Bank Syariah Indonesia .

This paper examines the theoretical underpinnings of decentralization and its implications for governance, drawing on case studies from various developing countries. The analysis focuses on the political, administrative, and fiscal dimensions of decentralization and evaluates its impact on democratic governance, service delivery, and local accountability.

This research aims to determine the effect of workload and adaptability on employee performance through job satisfaction at PT. Indonesian Sharia Bank Lhokseumawe Area. The data in this research used primary data in the form of a questionnaire which was prepared according to the research variable measurement indicators and distributed to 168 employees of PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia Lhokseumawe Area with a sampling technique carried out in the first stage, stratified random sampling, then carried out using a simple random sampling technique on the respondents in this study, employees of PT. Indonesian Sharia Bank Lhokseumawe Area. The data analysis method used is structural analysis (SEM) and processed with the moment of structural analysis (Amos) program, namely a multivariate analysis technique which is a combination of factor analysis and regression analysis which aims to test the relationship between variables in a model , both that are between indicators and constructs, or relationships between constructs. The research results found that there was an influence of workload and adaptability on job satisfaction and workload and adaptability also had an influence on employee performance, then there was an influence of job satisfaction on employee performance. Furthermore, the results of this research show that job satisfaction moderates the influence of workload and adaptability on employee performance.

This research aims to determine the influence of communication strategies on teacher performance, the influence of transfomational leadership on teacher performance, the influence of communication strategies on work motivation, the influence of transformational leadership on work motivation, the influence of work motivation on teacher performance, the influence of communication strategies on teacher performance with work motivation as intervening variable, the influence of transformational leadership on teacher performance with work motivation as an intervening variable. The research method is a quantitative model. The sample is based on questionnaire data distributed to all teachers of the Nurul Amaliyah Tanjung Morawa Education Foundation. The analysis was used using SEM-PLS analysis with a sample of 90 respondents (teachers). Communication strategy and transformational leadership variables influence teacher performance, communication strategy and transformational leadership influence teacher performance with work motivation as an influential intervening variable.

Several things or factors that become or influence itIncome level greatly influences a person's motivation to behave generously. The tendency of people to spend their income to fulfill their personal satisfaction. Although there are also some people who spend their wealth for the benefit of other people or humanitarian interests, namely by giving charity. Another phenomenon that can encourage someone's generosity is when the law of diminishing marginal utility applies, where the assets someone owns can no longer provide satisfaction, so they are encouraged to donate them to other people.This research aims to determine the description of generosity behavior in the philanthropic millennial generation. The design of this research is phenomenological. The number of respondents in this study was three people with three informants as sources of triangulation. The technique for collecting respondent data uses purposive sampling. Research data was collected through observation and interviews. Data analysis techniques are carried out by means of data reduction, data display, and verification. The research results show that respondents can feel generosity behavior. For the behavioral aspect of generosity, the three respondents also felt life satisfaction, because more positive affection appeared. Internal factors are also very influential, so that respondents have quite high levels of generosity behavior where the three respondents have strong personalities in enjoying life and are happy when making other people happy (social spirit), have the principle of feeling what other people feel, and have strong faith. towards God Almighty. Support from family, co-workers and social support which are external factors also greatly influence the high level of generosity behavior in the three respondents.

This research examines the mediating role of employee engagement on the influence of talent management and knowledge management on employee performance at the BPJS Health Partners Hospital, Langsa City. The sample in this study were employees at the Langsa City Regional Hospital, Cut Meutia Hospital and Cut Nyak Dhien Hospital, Langsa City, Aceh Province, totaling 172 people. Data collected through questionnaires were analyzed using a data analysis method using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which was operationalized with the Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS) tool. The research results show that talent management and knowledge management have a significant effect on employee engagement and employee performance. And employee engagement has a direct effect on employee performance. Then, in testing the indirect effect of employee engagement, it was found to act as a partial mediating variable in the relationship between the influence of talent management and knowledge management on employee performance. It is hoped that the results of this research will be important information for organizational leaders and managers in making policies related to developing employee performance at Langsa City Regional Hospital, Cut Meutia Hospital and Cut Nyak Dhien Hospital, Langsa City, Aceh Province.

The decrease in the number of BTN Mobile Banking users of BTN Pematang Siantar Branch Office customers needs to be analyzed, so that the cause of the decrease in BTN Mobile Banking users will be known. This study aims to test and analyze the effect of e-service quality on customer satisfaction of PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Pematang Siantar Branch Office. The population of this study was all customers of PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Pematang Siantar Branch Office, both individual customers, debtors and payroll customers who used BTN Mobile Banking in the period from January to March 2023, totaling 7,023 customers. The sample in this study was 380 people. The analysis technique used was Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of statistical tests showed that efficiency, reliability, fulfillment, privacy partially influenced customer satisfaction of PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Pematang Siantar Branch Office. The results of simultaneous tests showed that efficiency, reliability, fulfillment, privacy simultaneously influenced customer satisfaction at PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Pematang Siantar Branch Office.
