The quality of education is greatly influenced by the principal's managerial capacity, which is determined by the ability to effectively direct, manage, and evaluate all school activities. This study aims to analyze the influence of the Teacher Activity Center (PKG) and Teacher Performance Assessment on the Principal's Managerial Capacity, with Teacher Professional Competence as an intervening variable. The study was conducted at SMAN 1 Syiah Utama, Bener Meriah Regency, using a quantitative approach with a saturated sample of 63 teachers. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results showed that PKG had a positive but insignificant effect on the principal's managerial capacity, but a positive and significant effect on teacher professional competence. Teacher performance assessment was proven to have a positive and significant effect on both the principal's professional competence and managerial capacity. In addition, teacher professional competence also had a significant effect on managerial capacity, and mediated the relationship between PKG and teacher performance assessment on the principal's managerial capacity. These findings emphasize the importance of strengthening teacher professional competence through systematic performance development and evaluation programs in supporting effective managerial leadership.

This study aims to analyze the influence of learning agility and work environment on employee performance with digital competence as a mediating variable, among employees of the National Public Procurement Agency (LKPP). This research is motivated by the importance of adaptive capabilities and mastery of digital technology in supporting employee performance in the era of digital transformation. The research method uses a quantitative approach with Partial Least Square–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis technique. The sample for this study consisted of 102 employees at the National Public Procurement Agency, selected through random sampling. The research instrument used a Likert scale questionnaire with four main variables. The results show that learning agility has a significant influence on digital competence and employee performance. Although digital competence does not have a direct significant influence on performance, this variable acts as a partial mediator. Meanwhile, the work environment does not show a significant influence on either digital competence or employee performance. These findings provide important implications for public sector employee development efforts focused on increasing agility and digital literacy to support the success of digital transformation.

This study aims to analyze the resilience communication strategy implemented by Faza Mebel, a micro-enterprise in the furniture sector in Jepara, in responding to the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. Using a qualitative approach and a single case study design, the research explores how internal and external communication practices are carried out to build business resilience. Buzzanell’s (2010) Resilience Communication Theory serves as the main analytical framework, covering five dimensions: crafting normalcy, affirming identity anchors, maintaining communication networks, putting alternative logics to work, and legitimizing negative feelings while foregrounding productive action. The findings reveal that Faza Mebel’s success in sustaining its business is not solely driven by digitalization, but also by a structured, participatory, and long-term communication strategy. This study contributes theoretically to the development of organizational communication studies in the context of MSMEs and offers practical recommendations for micro-business actors to face crises through resilient and adaptive communication aligned with market changes.

This study aims to test the effectiveness of Group Play Therapy in increasing the social connectedness of the elderly at Pelkris Elim Nursing Home, Semarang. The study used a mixed-methods approach involving 12 elderly individuals (N=12) in a short-term intervention of 4 sessions. Quantitative data were measured using the Social Connectedness Scale-Revised (SCS-R) at pre-test and post-test and analyzed with a Paired-Samples T-Test, while qualitative data were explored through the dynamics of changes in the elderly's connectedness during the Group Play Therapy process. Quantitatively, Group Play Therapy was effective in increasing social connectedness. The participants' average score increased from pre-test (M = 45.67, SD = 14.61) to post-test (M = 70.33, SD = 15.70). The Paired-Samples T-Test results confirmed that this difference was highly significant (t(11) = -8.527, p < .001). A clinically meaningful impact was also evident, where the group's average score successfully shifted to the 'socially connected' category (mean item score = 3.52), and 9 out of 12 participants who were initially disconnected successfully reached this category. Qualitatively, this intervention successfully facilitated group dynamics that supported the development of friendship, affiliation, and connectedness aspects.

This research ensures the influence of service quality and facility on customer loyalty. Then look again at the customer satisfaction relationship in strengthening the service quality and facility variables. Current research provides a comprehensive explanation that to see loyal customers to Electric Rail Train (KRL) services, companies must focus on providing high-quality services, covering all aspects of customer interaction with the services provided. This study uses a sample of 150 student and community respondents. The structural equation model analysis method was used in this study. The research design is causal and aims to test the direct influence and moderation effect between variables. The software used is SmartPLS (Partial Least Square). The results of the study show First, Service Quality has a positive effect on Customer Loyalty, the hypothesis is accepted. Second, Facility does not have a positive effect on Customer Loyalty, the hypothesis is rejected. Third, customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty, the hypothesis is accepted. Fourth, customer satisfaction moderates service quality to customer loyalty, the hypothesis is accepted. Fifth, customer satisfaction cannot moderate between facilities and customer loyalty, the hypothesis is rejected. The implication of the results of this research is that KRL companies must focus on improving the quality of services and facilities to increase customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. This can be done by updating and developing facilities, such as trains and stations, cleanliness and punctuality.

This study aims to analyze the influence of product reviews and ratings on consumer purchase decisions on the Shopee platform, focusing on fashion products from the 99K Outlet store. The increase in online shopping activities makes reviews and ratings an important factor in shaping consumer trust and perception. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method of 100 respondents who have shopped at 99K Outlets. Data was collected through a Likert scale online questionnaire and analyzed using SmartPLS 4. The theoretical frameworks used include the Elaboration Likelihood Model (ELM), e-WOM, and social proof to understand how consumers process information from reviews and ratings. The results of the study show that reviews and ratings have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Informative reviews and high ratings encourage consumers to process information through both central and peripheral channels, in accordance with the ELM approach. In addition, the positive shopping experiences that consumers have experienced have also been proven to strengthen purchasing decisions, especially in the context of repurchases. These findings provide practical contributions for business actors in developing digital marketing communication strategies based on reviews, ratings, and customer experience to increase trust and loyalty on e-commerce platforms.

The increasing severity of environmental problems requires higher education institutions to play an active role in implementing sustainable policies, one of which is Green Transformational Leadership (GTL). This study aims to analyze the effect of GTL on environmental performance (EP) based on student perceptions at state universities in Surabaya, with a focus on the mediating roles of environmental knowledge sharing (EKS) and green organizational culture (GOC). The study employs a quantitative, explanatory research approach. Data were collected via questionnaires from 179 students and analyzed using the partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) method to test the direct and indirect effects of the variables. The results showed that GTL contributes directly to EP, and then EKS mediates the influence of GTL on EP. GOC also mediates the influence of GTL on EP. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the role of GTL in higher education, as well as improve organizational culture and collaboration in sharing environmental knowledge, to support sustainable EP.

This research analyzes the major event management strategy, specifically of the Telkom University Anniversary "SDGs For Indonesia," to strengthen the institution's image. Using a qualitative case study approach, this research reveals how Telkom University successfully maintained its brand existence and enhanced public image through effective event implementation strategy models. The study also develops a conceptual model of event communication that emphasizes the relationship between innovation, adaptation, and the communication process. Communication plays a vital role, divided into institutional (formal) communication for strategic coordination and technical (interpersonal) communication for rapid problem-solving within the core team. This process extends from pre-event planning, internal communication during the event, to external communication, especially with the media, throughout the event. Good relationships with the media, as demonstrated by Telkom University, maximize reach and build a positive image. Collaboration and adaptability were also key to the event's smooth execution. Evaluation results show a significant positive impact. The event received excellent responses from participants and guests, even attracting interest from other parties to adopt featured products. Media exposure, both conventional and social media, dramatically increased: social media reach rose by 31%, positive sentiment by 11%, and negative news decreased by 40%. This proves that Telkom University's communication and event management strategies successfully strengthened its image and contribution to the SDGs.
