Abstract

This research titled is Palembang Harum : Palembang Culinary Branding and Ppromotion in Social Media. The purpose of this reasearch is to know and describe marketing communication carried out the store Palembang Harum. through social media. This research using internet marketing theory and marketing mix. The object of this research is Palembang Harum. A subject in this research is the owner, and a store clerk. Data collection techniques used observation, interview, and documentation. This research result can be concluded that marketing communications conducted by Palembang Harum through social media is in the form of a promotion such a hold giveaway, posted a picture, hold the discount, and endorsement.

Abstract

Public interest in reading has now been different in the modern era. The media currently contains a great deal of literature and book publishers and does not affect people's interest in reading. Before the modern era, when the facilities were still limited the people at that time had high enthusiasm and motivation to read. By reading, people can get knowledge quickly and easily because they just have to choose the book to read, open it and start reading words. This research theory is Information Seeking Theory. Where this theory explains the search, sensing and processing of information, Information Seeking Theory is a process or activity that tries to obtain information from Technology in both the Human context. The importance of strategy in increasing interest in reading to the survival of the Daily Newspaper is very fierce competition. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. The research site was conducted at the Oku Ekspres Baturaja Daily. Data collection techniques to find out the results of this study through in-depth interviews. After conducting interviews with informants it can be seen that the Oku Ekspres Daily Communication Strategy in Increasing Reading Interest in Okes.co.id Online Media requires that the Strategy used now in the Oku Ekspres Daily Daily is to utilize online media as a means of supporting success in increasing reading interest for the readers. Considering this research is related to the Communication Strategy, which this strategy was carried out to attract the attention of the readers.

Abstract

In the rapid development of technology, new media, which are digital media for the public to access information, the emergence of digital media has left the mainstream media behind and made people make changes in the choice from mainstram media to digital media. Divusion theory of innovation that discusses the development of technology adopted by the community and continues to innovate in its development and Denis McQuail's theory that discusses new media, these two theories are considered to be sustainable with this research. The qualitative descriptive method by means of in-depth interviews is used as a research method to obtain valid data (valid). From the results of this study explains that the lunggaian villagers have changed their choices in accessing information from the mainstream media to digital media which are considered easier and more practical for access and lagging behind the mainstream media. From the results of this study it can be concluded that the development of media ranging from radio newspapers, television to digital media at this time the people of Lunggaian Village Lubuk Batang District also participated in the development even though in rural areas they use media ranging from radio, black and white tv then color tv to currently with online-based digital media that is getged.

Abstract

Competition between banks in attracting customers makes PT Bank Negara Indonesia must have a communication strategy to be able to attract and retain customers.The theory used in this research is the strategy selection model theory that discusses how communication actors choose message strategies to achieve their objectives. Achieving fulfillment from others is one of the goals of communicationIn this study, researchers used a qualitative descriptive study using in-depth interviews with informants to obtain valid data.The results of this study explain the decline in Emerald customers at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk in KCP. Martapura is due to the decline in fulfillment of Asset Under Management (AUM) customers from the Emerald target which, if decreased, is subject to a fine of two hundred and fifty thousand a month to still be an Emerald customer, but due to customer needs and unable to meet its AUM targets, many choose to down grade than paying a fine.The conclusion from this study of the 9 theories chosen to see communication strategies there are two theories that are not fulfilled, namely promises and leads to moral obligations, fulfillment of the agreement is not carried out properly because there are still customers who do not maintain the Emerald balance target and are required to pay fines for continue to receive Emerald services, Leading to moral obligations, customers do not meet the obligations of the Emerald balance target and object to paying fines and choosing a downgrade from Emerald customers

Abstract

ABSTRACT Hyperpersonal Communication (Hyperpersonal Communication) News Coverage Process in Jak Tv Using Zoom Meeting The concept of working from home (WFH) has been the subject of discussion and the theme of world studies by researchers since the last 10 years, but this global phenomenon began to emerge when Covid 19 struck and has become an alternative strategy for many organizations. The development of information technology does not only have an impact on the organization, but also has an impact on the lifestyle and social life of the community. WFH is a strategy for many organizations with all the advantages and disadvantages that the organization and its employees must accept. Zoom Meeting is used as an alternative in conducting general coverage such as press conferences, virtual discussions, interviewing sources or figures related to the news that will be broadcast by JakTv. The use of zoom can help in the process of news coverage (news presentation) by 70% even though it has limitations such as stock shoot images and its normative use is very helpful, but personally there are things that cannot be replaced from direct (face-to-face) meetings. Conceptually, the use of zoom can be said to have fulfilled the elements of hyperpersonal communication, because communication is carried out using computer mediation and even smartphones. In general, the coverage process at JakTv uses zoom including editorial meetings, determining the topic of coverage and assigning reporters to cover, and news coverage (reportage, interviews, library research and news agencies). The use of zoom during reporting on JakTv in terms of interview content has fulfilled the 5W + 1H elements, but in terms of content, stock images are difficult to get when interviewing. Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of tenant complaint handling at Parama Apartments. The procedures for handling tenant complaints at Parama Apartments are as follows: (a) Tenant Relations receives complaints; (b) Tenant Relations records complaints on the Complaint Request (CR) form; (c) Provide CR form sheets to the relevant Department; (d) Followed up by other Departments; (e) Supervisor conducts field checks; (f) the Chief fills in the Work Order (WO) form; (g) the relevant department undertakes remedial work to eliminate complaints; (h) The relevant department completes and signs the CR form on the action line and asks for acknowledgment of work results from tenants; (i) Tenant Relation receives CR form from the relevant department; (j) Tenant Relations records in the complaint list; and (k) Tenant Relations makes monthly reports; and the communication model for handling tenant complaints, including conducting regular tenant satisfaction surveys organized by the Parama Apartment Owners and Occupants Association (PPRSHAP).

Abstract

Talking about the media cannot be separated from society and culture. The media has an influence on the formation of culture in society. This study aims to determine how the SPEAKER Kampung as a community media played a role in producing a democratic culture in forms of freedom of speech and ways to express for the people of East Lombok. This community media was chosen because it exists in the midst of the development of mainstream media in the digital era. The research was conducted using qualitative methods through observation of journalistic products and in-depth interviews with citizen journalists in the community. The sample was selected by purposive sampling technique and data analysis using interactive analysis model of Miles and Hubermas. As a result, the SPEAKER Kampung as a community media was able to take a role as an alternative media in the community. Production practice is constructed by four elements: 1) the strength of the habitus of each citizen journalist volunteer as a production actor, 2) the strong role of cultural capital and symbolic capital, 3) the availability of an arena where alternative media production practices can grow, 4) and the authority over production results. This production practice then mediates the formation of a democratic culture. The results of this study are expected to contribute in providing an overview of how community media is able to be part of shaping a democratic culture in the society around the community media area. Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of the online news site Detik.com on the fulfillment of information needs during the Covid-19 pandemic for student of the 2019 FIS UNJ Communication Science. In the research, the population of the 2019 FIS UNJ Communication Science student was used. Simple random sampling used in this study and from the calculation results obrained a sampling of 45 respondents. The results showed that the simple linear regression equation is Y=-0,105 + 0,988X with a significant result of 0,000. Thus, there is an influence between the online news site Detik.com and the fulfillment of information needs during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is entitled The Existence of Gatra Magazine of Sumbagsel Facing the Era of Digitization 4.0. With the formulation of the problem: How does the existence of Gatra Sumbagsel Magazine face the era of digitization 4.0. The type of research itself uses descriptive qualitative methods with primary data sources from interviews and secondary data sources from observation and documentation. In analyzing the data, it is carried out through three stages, namely: reduction, data presentation and data verification or drawing conclusions. Data analysis was performed using SWOT analysis and Mass Media Management theory. The results showed that Gatra Sumbagsel Magazine was able to compete in the digitization era by implementing a lean business pattern of human resources in maintaining branding and maximizing business potential in government and private institutions as the main target of business development. Abstract

The Coronavirus disease (Covid-19) pandemic has an impact on changes in Indonesia and even the world. The increasing number of patients who are positively exposed to the virus is making people " worry " will spread. However, regarding the handling of Covid-19, the role of the government, especially the minister of health, is in the spotlight where it rarely appears media provides an explanation of the information on the development of covid-19. Apart from the government, the media is one of the most important in providing information related to the Covid-19 pandemic. both of printing media and electronics media to new media covered and preach through television about handling covid-19. One of the media television who participates share in the handling of related covid-19 is the program Matanajwa. The research is aimed to analyze impressions MataNajwa interviewed seat vacant which contains a meaning by using the theory of semiotics of Roland Barthes of the order first is denotative and order connotative to find myths in order marker in the behind MataNajwa. Research is using approach qualitative to describe the meaning of which are on display MataNajwa edition of Menanti Terawan and the research is to use the type of paradigm critical. The results of this study can be found that the meaning of an empty chair in the broadcast is Terawan, who is considered to have not optimal performance and is considered often absent in the media in handling Covid-19. Myths are found in impressions is 1. Minister Terawan should resign from his post and 2. Seats empty present the Minister Terawan are considered not exist. In the broadcast, MataNajwa made the figure of Terawan as an object of protest against one of the government's performances in dealing with the pandemic. Keyword: Pandemic , Semiotics, Seat Empty
