Abstract

Seeing that business competition is currently getting tighter and more competitive. The needs and desires of society are increasingly complex, and consumers in the current era have various and increasing needs for products. making companies compete to innovate both in terms of place, service and products to be sold so that they can be accepted by consumers. Retail is an example of a commercial company that is growing rapidly in Indonesia. One of the few retail reconstructions is Miniso. This research aims to determine the influence of hedonic shopping motivation and store atmosphere on impulse buying. The research method used in this research is a quantitative research method with a sample size of 30 respondents. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire and the data analysis technique uses the classic assumption test and multiple linear regression test with hypothesis testing using the t test and F test.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the impact of competency and work discipline on the work performance of employees at the Bima Regency Community and Village Empowerment Service. The research instrument used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The population of state civil servants at the Bima Regency Community and Village Empowerment Service is 34 ASN. The sample in this study was 34 employees with ASN status with a sampling technique using total sampling. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, questionnaires, literature study. Data analysis techniques use validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression tests, classical assumption tests, correlation coefficient tests, coefficient of determination, t tests and f tests with the help of SPSS version 23 for Windows. The results of the research show that there is a significant influence between competency and work discipline on the work performance of ASN employees at the Bima Regency Community and Village Empowerment Service.

Abstract

Jurnal ini membahas implikasi filsafat pendidikan terhadap pembentukan karakter siswa di era digital. Dalam konteks perkembangan teknologi yang pesat, pendidikan dihadapkan pada tantangan dan peluang baru yang memengaruhi cara siswa belajar dan berinteraksi. Filsafat pendidikan berperan penting dalam menciptakan landasan bagi pemikiran kritis, kreativitas, dan nilai-nilai etika di kalangan siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, dengan analisis literatur dan studi kasus untuk mengeksplorasi berbagai aspek filsafat pendidikan yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa filsafat pendidikan tidak hanya berfokus pada aspek akademis, tetapi juga pada pengembangan moral dan etika siswa, dengan tujuan membentuk individu yang bertanggung jawab dan beretika. Jurnal ini menekankan pentingnya pengintegrasian filsafat pendidikan dalam kurikulum untuk memperkuat pemikiran kritis dan keterlibatan siswa dalam proses belajar. Rekomendasi praktis termasuk pelatihan guru, pengembangan kurikulum yang inklusif, dan peningkatan akses terhadap sumber daya pendidikan. Kesimpulannya, filsafat pendidikan memiliki peran krusial dalam mempersiapkan generasi muda untuk menghadapi tantangan di abad ke-21 dengan tetap menjaga integritas dan etika di tengah arus digitalisasi.

Abstract

Small and medium enterprises (SMES) have a great role in national economic growth.To maintain the continuity of the activities of SMES in the middle of an existing business competition needed a proper marketing strategy management to achieve company goals. Factors that may affect the marketing strategy stems from internal factors and external factors. The object of this research is the company's Snack business form that is Snack barokah that have yet to implement a proper marketing strategy management to expand its business. This study aims to identify the factors that may affect and become elements of the marketing strategy as well as develop and recommend an appropriate marketing strategy to be applied This research use analyses QSPM (Quantitave Planing Strategy Matrix) to devise strategies that will be taken. The sample of this research taken from Parties within the company. Determination of samples as respondents using purposive sampling with a respondent's consideration that is has the ability and authority in formulating marketing strategies company. This research resulted in SME strategic alternatives and the priority order of Snack Barokah as follows: increase product quality by using a packaging machine, producing their own snacks, increasing quality of products to face competition, seeking additional capital to take advantage of a Government loan program, maintain price levels and improve the quality of flavour, vigorous business products promotion by utilizing electronic media facilities, increase promotion directly approach the way to expand the market whole salers consumer voice, delivers, and maintains good relations with suppliers

Abstract

The marketing mix, which consists of elements such as product, price, place, and promotion, plays a key role in attracting consumers' attention and influencing their purchasing decisions. Typical food, which often reflect local culture and traditions, have great potential to attract consumer interest. Overall, implementing an effective marketing mix for typical food products can increase the attractiveness and sales of the product. This research aims to analyze the Marketing Mix of Bima Typical food Products as an Effort to Maintain Local Culinary. This type of research is descriptive quantitative with data collection from observations, questionnaires with a Likert scale, and literature study. Data analysis techniques use validity tests, reliability tests, one sample t-tests with the help of SPSS v 2023. The results of the research show that the marketing mix for Bima specialty food products is an effort to maintain local culinary delights above the criteria that have been set at 75% (Good)

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan membahas mengenai kurikulum pendidikan berbasis output dirancang untuk menghasilkan lulusan berdaya saing. Kurikulum berbasis output menekankan pada pencapaian kompetensi yang terukur, baik dari segi pengetahuan, keterampilan, maupun sikap yang dibuktikan dengan setiap capaian pembelajaran harus memiliki output dari hasil pembelajaran. Dengan pendekatan ini, lulusan diharapkan mampu memenuhi kebutuhan pasar kerja, baik nasional maupun internasional, serta memiliki kapasitas untuk menciptakan peluang kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kepustakaan yaitu analisis konsep dan teori serta dokumen kurikulum pendidikan. Hasil analisis menggambarkan tinjauan konsep, model implementasi, dan eval___uasi kurikulum berbasis output, serta tantangan yang dihadapi dalam penerapannya.

Abstract

Sexual violence in higher education institutions is a serious issue that requires special attention. To address this problem, universities have established Task Forces for the Prevention and Handling of Sexual Violence (SATGAS PPKS) as part of their efforts to create a safe campus environment. This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational support on the commitment of SATGAS PPKS in carrying out their duties of preventing and handling sexual violence. Organizational support is defined as the perception of SATGAS members regarding the attention, appreciation, and resources provided by the organization, while organizational commitment includes affective, continuance, and normative aspects. This research adopts a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires completed by active SATGAS PPKS members from various universities, with a population of 200 individuals and a sample of 67 individuals determined using Slovin's formula. Instrument validity and reliability tests were conducted, while simple regression analysis was employed to test the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable with the help of the SPSS software. The results indicate that organizational support has a significant influence on the commitment of SATGAS PPKS. This finding suggests that a positive perception of organizational support can enhance the emotional, moral, and sustainable engagement of SATGAS PPKS members in performing their duties. This research implies that universities need to strengthen organizational support through appreciation for members' contributions, the provision of adequate facilities, and attention to their welfare. Optimal support will contribute to a high level of commitment among SATGAS members in creating a campus environment free from sexual violence

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of experiental marketing and content marketing on customer engagement on the Instagram account @klinik_kecantikan_luxury located in Bima City, West Nusa Tenggara. Instagram is a popular social media platform used as a marketing channel. Research data was obtained through a questionnaire distributed to 96 respondents who were followers of the Instagram account @klinik_kecantikan_luxury and had used the services of the Luxury Clinic at least twice. The results of the analysis show that experiential marketing and content marketing have a significant influence on customer engagement at @klinik_kecantikan_luxury. The implication of this research is the importance of companies providing a good experience to consumers and designing and delivering interesting and relevant content to increase customer engagement. An effective content marketing strategy can increase customer loyalty and help companies achieve marketing goals more efficiently.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of digital marketing strategies on consumer loyalty in the Shopee Indonesia e-commerce platform. Digital marketing encompasses various methods such as digital advertising, social media, loyalty programs, and flash sales, which are employed to attract and retain consumers. The study uses a quantitative approach with a survey of 200 respondents who are active Shopee users. The results indicate that digital marketing has a significant influence on consumer loyalty, with loyalty programs having the greatest impact, followed by digital advertising, social media, and flash sales. A simple linear regression analysis shows that digital marketing accounts for 56% of the variation in consumer loyalty. This research highlights the importance of integrated digital marketing strategies to enhance consumer engagement and loyalty.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of exchange rates and bonus mechanisms on companies' decisions to carry out transfer pricing. The method used in this research is a descriptive research method with a quantitative approach. The number of samples in this research was 50 financial reports with 5 years of observation from 10 manufacturing companies for the 2018-2022 period which were obtained using the purposive sumpling method. The data used uses secondary data, namely financial reports. The analysis technique used is descriptive statistics and panel data regression analysis using the eviews-12 tool. The results of this research show that the influence of exchange rates and tax planning have a simultaneous and significant impact on transfer pricing. The exchange rate variables have no effect on transfer pricing, and tax planning has a significant effect on transfer pricing. Keywords : Exchange rates, Tax Planing, Transfer Pricing
