Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the efficiency of the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and work motivation on the remote working system at PT Ghania Creative Indonesia, with work training as an intervening variable. The quantitative method with an associative approach was used in this study using a sample of 66 employees of PT Ghania Creative Indonesia. The research data were collected using a questionnaire method that had been tested for validity and reliability. The use of the PLS-SEM analysis method in this study provided research results that the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and work motivation had a positive effect on the remote working system at PT Ghania Creative Indonesia (R2 = 0.615), both directly and through work training as an intervening variable. Work training has been shown to strengthen the relationship between SOP and work motivation on the remote working system, with test results showing strong predictive relevance (Q2 = 0.512) and a significant effect between variables. These findings emphasize the importance of integrating SOP, work motivation, and training in creating a productive and efficient remote working system

Abstract

This research contributes to scientific studies on the contribution of leverage structure to increasing firm value using mediation: profitability and Investment Opportunity Set. This is relevant considering 1. The importance of the leverage function for the company, 2. Profitability and investment opportunities as mediation in increasing firm value are ignored in previous studies. 3. This study also replicates leverage for value creation mediated by IOS, considering that leverage is important for the financial health of the company to grow in creating firm value. This study will help policy makers to have a greater focus on creating firm value. The research analysis was conducted using path analysis, Sobel test, which is used to test the hypothesis from quantitative data taken from manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study shows that leverage cannot affect firm value. Profitability also cannot affect firm value. However, leverage can affect profitability or the ability to generate profits as the company's profit power. The company's profit power has the potential to open up investment opportunities and increase firm value.

Abstract

This study examines the post-crisis communication strategies implemented by PT. Eka Mas Republik (MyRepublic) in restoring the company's reputation following a conflict with the community regarding allegations of installing an unauthorized Wi-Fi pole in Kertosari Village, Purwosari District, Pasuruan Regency. This study used a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the crisis was rooted in a lack of direct and participatory communication between the company and the community. To address this, MyRepublic implemented five main strategies: reputational repair, relationship repair, behavioral repair, instructional communication, and adjusting information. These strategies were implemented through deliberation forums, interpersonal communication, technical education, and participation in community social activities. The implementation of these strategies proved effective, as evidenced by a significant increase in the number of customers after the crisis. This study concluded that the success of post-crisis communication was influenced by openness, two-way dialogue, and adjustment to local values and culture. These findings are expected to serve as a reference for companies in rebuilding their reputation and public trust strategically and sustainably
