Abstract

This research is a classical service action research planning, action, observation and reflection. The benefits of this research are:First, for authors to increase knowledge and be able to apply powerpoint media in implementing information services. Second, for students it is beneficial to increase student activeness in BK services. Third, it is useful for schools as input of knowledge and can apply powerpoint media in carrying out information services to students as well as being taken into consideration in developing programs to improve the learning process at a later stage.The subjects of this study were students of class VII.5 SMP N 1 2 x 11 Kayutanam in the 2019/2020 school year. The number of students who became the research subjects was 21 people consisting of 8 male students and 13 female students.The results of this study show that there is an increase in student activeness in classical services in the classroom where in the pre-cycle only 21 students asked questions with a percentage of 19.05%.In cycle 1, meeting 1, there was an increase of 3 more people, namely to 8 people who were well active, and the second meeting in cycle 1 was 8 people, so there was still less target here, then continued with the second cycle as well as 2 meetings, meeting 1 there were 14 students who immediately asked, at the second meeting there were 18 students out of 21 who were already active in the implementation of classical services with a percentage of 85.71%.So it can be concluded, that student activity can be increased through information counseling services using powerpoint media.

Abstract

This research is entitled Analysis of BOS Fund Management Before and During the Covid-19 Pandemic at SMA Negeri 2 Sungai Limau, Padang Pariaman Regency. This is a descriptive qualitative research to find out how the description of the management of Regular BOS funds at SMA Negeri 2 Sungai Limau in 2019 (before the Covid19 pandemic) and 2020 (the Covid-19 pandemic) by referring to government policies through the Minister of Education and Culture which are the respective Technical Guidelines. that year. The method used in this research is descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. Researchers collect data through interviews with the school's BOS Team and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of BOS fund management before and during the Covid-19 pandemic at SMA Negeri 2 Sungai Limau, in 2019 and 2020 in general in terms of planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation as well as reporting that was carried out was in accordance with the technical instructions of BOS SMA. . The publication aspect of the management of the BOS Fund has not utilized the means of announcement for easy accessibility of information for the public.

Abstract

The problem in this study is that students are not active in discussing due to a lack of understanding of learning materials because learning materials and activities controlled by students consist of online. The purpose of this study was to describe the implications of the Blended learning model to improve economy learning outcomes in class XI of SMA Negeri 10 Padang. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). Which consists of 2 cycles. The subjects of this study were students of class XI SMA Negeri 10 Padang. The results of this study can be concluded that student learning outcomes in the cognitive domain of students in the first cycle, the average grade obtained is 73.5, increasing in the second cycle to 84.5. Student learning outcomes in the affective domain of students in the first cycle, the class average score obtained was 72.92 and increased in the second cycle to 87.75. Student learning outcomes in the psychomotor domain of students in the first cycle, the average grade obtained was 74.58, which increased in the second cycle to 75.83. So it can be concluded that the Blended learning model can improve student learning processes in learning Economy

Abstract

Humans are beings whose minds are completely given by Allah. With their minds, humans are able to think so that they can achieve new knowledge to be processed and developed into science. To achieve and gain knowledge, humans must go through educational process, if the potency is not enhanced otherwise it will be less meaningful in life. Thus, it needs to be developed and the development will always be obtained through efforts and educational process. This qualitative paper aims to investigate the nature of humans as beings as well as how humans develop their potencies. It also attempts to depict Ma’rifatul Insan and Humans’ potencies as beings based on Zakiah Daradjat’s concept. The data sources of the library research were elicited and analyzed to be investigated critically and systematically. The results show that the nature of humans as beings is noble. Additionally, Allah bestowed mind that able to differentiate either good or bad if compared with other beings. The human’s development is carried out through efforts and educational process that brings the development of potency for religious instincts. Based on Zakiah Daradjat’s concept, humans’ roles as beings are prayer to Allah, being a caliph on earth and as the servants of Allah, it should be commit toward Islam as a religion.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mendukung ketiga hipotesis alternatif yang dikembangkan membuktikan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dan religiusitas secara simultan (bersama-sama) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan masyarakat bertransaksi di Bank Syariah Mandiri Cabang Pariaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan masyarakat bertransaksi pada Bank Mandiri Syariah Pariaman, yang dibatasi pada kualitas pelayanan dan religiusitasnya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah nasabah Bank Syariah Mandiri Pariaman dengan jumlah sampel yang dibutuhkan dalam analisis berjumlah 60 responden. Dimana teknik pengambilan sampel yang dipakai adalah accidental sampling. Dalam rangka pengujian hipotesis, dilakukan uji t, f dan r. hasil penelitian didapat bahwa faktor kualitas pelayanan dan religiusitas berpengaruh terhadap keputusan masyarakat dalam bertransaksi pada Bank Syariah Mandiri Pariaman. Sumbangan pengaruh variabel kualitas pelayanan dan religiustitas terhadap keputusan masyarakat bertransaksi pada Bank Syariah Mandiri Pariaman sebesar 33.4%, sedangkan sisanya (100%-33,4% = 66,6%) dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lain yang tidak dimasukan ke dalam model penelitian ini.

Abstract

Semua pelaksana pendidikan pada pembelajaran di Era Industri 4.0 dituntut untuk segera melakukan perubahan. Jika sebelumnya pembelajaran dibatasi oleh ruang fisik dan bersifat konvensional, maka saat ini, apalagi semenjak pandemi covid-19, pembelajaran dalam jaringan (online). Perangkat pembelajaran menggunakan gawai, komputer, internet, dan beragam aplikasi yang mendukung pembelajaran daring. Ciri dari mulainya Era Industri 4.0 adalah pemanfaatan teknologi-teknologi baru yang memudahkan segala pekerjaan dan mengefisiensikan waktu dalam penyelesaian pekerjaan. Tapi, keadaan ini tidak selamanya dapat disadari oleh para pendidik. Berbagai kendala banyak dialami pendidik dalam proses pembelajaran yang memanfaatkan teknologi yang sederhana sampai yang sangat canggih. Oleh sebab itu, sebagai usaha untuk membantu kesulitan dan masalah yang dilami pendidik, maka pendidik harus belajar dan mengenal literasi digital dengan baik. Hal ini mengingat sumber informasi dapat ditemukan, dipelajari dan dipraktekkan pendidik dalam proses pembelajaran. Tapi yang lebih penting adalah mengimplementasikan literasi digital dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

The existence of Islamic religious education in each educational unit has the aim of improving the soul and spiritual attitude and character formation of students, namely so that they can become human beings who believe and fear Allah S.W.T. Regarding matters of faith and piety, this can be applied in learning in schools such as in science learning in elementary schools regarding environmental awareness. In the world of education, environmental awareness is not an easy thing to do, but in Islam, humans must be able to protect the environment as well as possible because it is a form of our gratitude to the creator. Based on this, we used the literature review method in gathering information for this article, such as literature review of journals, books, papers, and articles. The results of this mini research show that based on Q.s Al-Baqarah: 22 the earth as a stretch and the sky as its roof, then the wind brings good news that there are clouds that are heading to a barren area. Then it rains giving water to living things and living things can benefit each other.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to identify strategy to use theory of behaviorism in learning. Library research was employed to meet the aim. Several books and articles were analyzed to know what the strategy of teaching in the classroom using behavioristic approach. The results indicate that the purpose of learning is mainly to gain knowledge and forming students’ habits. At the end of the study, critique to the theory and its implication for future research are provided.

Abstract

This research uses a qualitative research model and in this study in the form of field research using a descriptive approach. This study discusses strategies for improving students' abilities in the learning process of tahfizd Al-Qur'an at SDIT Adzkia 3 Padang. This research can be concluded that the tahfidz teaching team implements several strategies for students to be able to improve their memorization, namely carrying out tests during the selection to enter school, grouping them according to their level of memorization, using group and individual approaches in depositing memorization and the tahfidz teaching team also prepares optimally in in the form of lesson plans, monitor books and monthly report cards, using the method used by the jama' method and the technique used in the form of giving advice, prizes, games, and punishments.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to describe: (1) socioeconomic status, (2) self-concept, (3) the relationship between socioeconomic status and students' self-concept. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative correlation type, with a population of research 332 students of SMAN 1 Rao Pasaman. A sample of 182 students, selected by Proportional Stratified Random Sampling using a Likert scale model instrument. The results showed that: (1) socio-economic status was seen from the education level of the parents with a percentage of 45.58% with the category of basic education level, namely: did not pass SD, SD, and SLTP, socio-economic status was seen from the type of work of parents with percentage of 62.4% with semi-skilled category, socioeconomic status seen from the total income of parents with a percentage of 45.3% in the category below one million rupiah, (2) students' self-concept is in the positive category with a percentage of 68.88% from ideal, (3) there is a significant relationship that positive relationship between socioeconomic status and students' self-concept, the contribution of socioeconomic status to self-concept is 3.9%. This means that socioeconomic status can be used as a predictor to predict self-concept. Keywords: Correlation, socio-economic status, self concept..
