Abstract

This research is motivated by the qualifications of educators who have not been in line with expectations, lack of competence, lack of confidence in self-development, this is a condition that needs special attention and serious efforts. One effort was made in improving the quality of services for PAUD educators with the provision of training, namely tiered level training for PAUD teachers in the network. This study uses qualitative methods, especially naturalistic. The research analysis process follows the models of Miles and Huberman. The purpose of this study is to describe of the implementation of basic level education and training programs for PAUD teachers in the network, in addition to providing input into the basic level education and training program policies for PAUD teachers in the network. The process of collecting data using observation, interviews and documents. Data analysis includes analysis of data reduction, data display, and data verification. The results of the study show the effectiveness of the implementation of a basic level training program for PAUD teachers in a network in the city of Depok in the hope that it can be useful for relevant parties who can use such as principals, teachers, administrators, admin, mentors and further researchers.

Abstract

AbstractThis research stems from a condition which was observed in Indonesian high school. In general  the schools do not implement the principles of multiple intelligences comprehensively. Conversely, it is still impressed that the  learning is still dominated by one intelligence based education,  that is IQ which is  cause and effect oriented eductional program. In line with that the learning is filled in the domain of cognition which is commonly oriented at the most basic level of mental development, in which the level of memorization activity is fulfilled the learning process. So that the complex intelligences of the learners’ do not develop optimally. This conditions produce that the  Indonesian educational products are not optimal. So to improve the quality of education, it is necessary to develop the implementation of learning system which based on the impact of the findings of neuroscience into education, including the development of multiple intelligences (multiple intelligences) in high school level. This research is a qualitative research seeing from philosophical approach and perspective. Along with that, the method used is descriptive, analysis and interpretive. Through philosophical approaches researcher tries to describe the essence of the eight intelligences and their applications in the learning process. With the method of description and interpretation, it is expected to be able to find an interpretation of the concept of multiple intelligences in accordance with socio-religious background of students’. Then by using the analysis method, the application of  these findings can be adjusted to the needs and potentials which is available at high school levelled education.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan bahan pembelajaran berupa modul elektronik berbantuan flipbook untuk pembelajaran fisika SMA. Modul elektronik yang dikembangkan mengacu pada model penelitian dan pengembangan Dick and Carey. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Research and Development Borg and Gall. Untuk mengetahui kualitas dan efektivitas modul elektronik yang telah disusun, selanjutnya dilakukan uji validitas yang melibatkan ahli materi pelajaran, ahli desain pembelajaran, teman sejawat serta peserta didik yang akan menjadi pengguna modul elektronik. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif dan data penilaian dari validator dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Data tersebut dijadikan acuan untuk merevisi produk agar layak digunakan.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of instructional material on the echievement in Islamic Education.  The experiment was conducted at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, the University of Muhammadiyah Jakarta, during the second semester of the academic year 2018/2019, using “The two-groups posttest-only randomized experiment”. A sample of 60 students was ramdomly choosen from the available students, i.e. 30 students for individualized instructional material, and 30 students others for the PBS one. The result of hyphotheses testing showed that Individualized instructional material ( = 81,37) resulted in a better achievement than the PBS one ( = 77,39)

Abstract

Instructional design plays an important role in improving the quality of learning and the learning experience of students. But in fact, many universities (especially in the field of Information Technology) have not developed a structured learning design, so that the learning process becomes ineffective. This paper presents a database system learning design model using the Borg and Gall step 1 development model and adapting all stages in the Dick and Carey model. The research consists of four main stages: conducting a preliminary study to find information about the learning product to be developed; develop products based on research findings; conduct field trials on the products developed; and revise products based on test results. The product quality of the developed learning design model is measured from aspects of validity and aspects of practicality. Validity is assessed through expert validation (database system learning material expert, instructional design expert, graphic media expert, and linguist). The measurement results obtained an average value of 5 (on a scale of 1-5), which means that the product of the learning design model developed is included in the valid category. Practicality is measured based on the responses of students and teachers. The results of the practicality measurement obtained an average value of 4.56 (on a scale of 1-5), which means that the product of the learning design model developed is included in the Practically used category

Abstract

Effect of  role playing macro methods on children's speaking ability in group B in Nurul Rohmah Bekasi. This research is motivated by the lack of ability to speak children. This is because the method used in the learning process is more likely to use conventional methods. The selection of methods to role playing macro so that children can be motivated and interested in learning and can stimulate the ability to speak children. The population in this study were all children of group B in kindergarten Nurul Rohmah while the study sample was B3 group 11 children for the experimental group and B1 group 11 children for the control group. Data collection techniques through test techniques, and observation. Data analysis techniques used were descriptive statistical analysis and nonparametric statistical analysis. Based on the results of the Wilcoxon test calculation, the calculated T value is 66 and T table 11 then the results obtained T count (66)> T table (11) H1 is accepted and Ho is rejected means that there is an effect of role playing macro  methods on children's speaking ability. Whereas the calculated Z value obtained is 2.93 and 1.645 table Z then the result of Z arithmetic (2.93)> Z table (1.645) H1 is accepted and Ho is rejected which means that there is an effect of role playing macro method on children's speaking ability. These results indicate that there is a change in the value of the child's speaking ability before and after getting learning based on the role playing macro method.

Abstract

Dilatarbelakangi oleh era millenium sekarang ini, bahwa budaya mendongeng telah dianggap kuno dan mulai ditinggalkan.  Dongeng merupakan cerita yang mengandung nilai-nilai moral dan sosial yang berguna untuk membentuk karakter anak. Strategi pembentukan karakter anak dilakukan dengan pemberian contoh, pembiasaan membaca dongeng, pembiasaan mendengarkan dongeng, dan penciptaan lingkungan baca yang mendukung. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah penerapan pembelajaran berbasis dongeng untuk pembentukan karakter siswa di era millennium secara maksimal, menyenangkan, dan terintegrasi dengan keluarga dan sekolah. Hasil penelitian bahwa penerapan pembelajaran dongeng sangat membantu guru dalam menyampaikan pesan untuk pembentukan karakter siswa yang lebih baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif berupa pengamatan, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa penerapan pembelajaran berbasis mendongeng sangat dipenting digunakan guru sehingga dapat membentuk karakter siswa. Pembentukan karakter anak dapat dilakukan di lingkungan pembelajaran sekolah dan lingkungan rumah atau keluarga.

Abstract

Kemampuan kita untuk mengambil peran pendidikan sebagai kekuatan nasional membutuhkan tantangan saat ini dan masa depan. Penetapan kebijakan dan pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter yang berbasis kearifan lokal di sekolah memiliki arti penting dan strategis untuk membangun negara sehingga dapat menjadi sumber nilai luhur. Dengan landasan tidak merusak tatanan sosial yang adaptif terhadap lingkungan alam sekitarnya, kearifan lokal menjadi modal utama konstruksi sosial. Dalam proses pembelajaran pengintegrasian pendidikan karakter ke dalam muatan lokal unggulan akan menyesuaikan dengan lingkungan yang ada dan memungkinkan siswa untuk mengalami, sehingga tercipta proses pembelajaran yang bermakna. Pembangunan pendidikan berbasis peran dan kebudayaan nasional perlu menjadi perencanaan nasional. Pendidikan karakter pada dasarnya adalah pengembangan pribadi siswa yang direncanakan, yang tujuannya adalah lembaga pendidikan. Dalam lingkungan keluarga dan masyarakat atau "Sekolah" dalam arti luas pendidikan karakter menekankan pada pengembangan ideologi agama, budaya bangsa yang unggul dan berjiwa kepemimpinan, sekaligus meningkatkan kekuatan realitas siswa yang berkarakter unggul

Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of the method of learning and learning style against the results of the Study IPA. This research uses experimental methods with quantitative research design treatmen by level 2x2. The instruments used to study results of multiple choice tests and is used for visual learning style is the questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that: (1) student learning outcomes given Expository learning methods in higher Learning of students who are granted for Conventional learning methods Learning (2) there is the influence of the interaction between the learning methods and visual learning style (3) the results of the study and science students who have high visual learning style and learning methods given expository learning higher than students who were given conventional learning methods learning (4) the results of the study and science students who have low visual learning style and learning methods given expository learning lower than students who were given conventional learning methods learning.

Abstract

Kemampuan anak usia dini mengalami perkembangan yang sangat pesat membutuhkan stimulasi yang tepat untuk mengembangkannya, terutama kemampuan Bahasa, baik bahasa lisan maupun bahasa tulisan karena kemampuan ini yang merupakan dasar untuk mengembangkan kemampuannya yang lain.Maka tujuan dilakukan penelitian tindakan kelas dangan melakukan dua siklus menggunakan metode dan kegiatan pembelajaran yang bervariasi yang dilaksanakan diTKIT Nurul Iman adalah untuk meningkatkan  kemampuan Bahasa Reseptif dan Ekspresi  pada anak kelompok BHasil dari peneitian adalah pada Sklus I peneliti mendapatkan data kemampuan anak yang kurang sekali 1,8%, kurang 27,2%, cukup 36%, baik 34,6%, dan 0% baik sekali hal ini mengalami peningkatan dibandingkan sebelum dilakukan perbaikan pembelajaran, pada Siklus II didapatkan data sebanyak 0% kurang sekali, 0% kurang, 11% cukup, 51% baik, dan 38% baik sekali. Maka perbaikan pembelajaran Bahasa Reseptif dan Ekspresi anak telah memenuhi standar tuntas yang diperlukan yaitu 80% anak menguasai indikator dengan baik sebanyak 89% dan telah memenuhi standar tuntas yang diperlukan, maka terjadi peningkatan secara signifikan dari Siklus I ke Siklus II.
