Abstract

The novel The Falling Leaf Never Hates the Wind by Tere Liye tells the social life dynamics of the main character who undergoes social changes in his life. The formulation of the problem in this research is (1) how are the intrinsic elements in the novel Daun Yang Fall Never Hates the Wind by Tere Liye. (2) what is the Social Life Dynamics of the Main Character in Tere Liye's novel The Falling Leaf Never Hates the Wind. This study aims to (1) describe the intrinsic elements in Tere Liye's novel Daun That Falls Never Hates the Wind. (2) to find out the Social Life Dynamics of the Main Character in Tere Liye's novel The Falling Leaf Never Hates the Wind. This study uses the theory of sociology of literature, the theory of changes in social life, and novels. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The method used in obtaining data is the documentation or library method. The data collection techniques used are recording and carding techniques. The data in this study analyzed qualitatively by using descriptive analysis method. Data presented by informal method. The results of the data analysis show that the intrinsic elements in the novel Daun That Falls Never Hates the Wind by Tere Liye are: The theme contained is the social change in the social life of the main character. The main character is Tania. The setting is in Tania's cardboard house, the neighborhood of Tania's cardboard house, Danar's favorite bookstore, hospital, mother's grave, Danar's rented house, Changi Airport and the largest bookstore in Singapore. The setting of the atmosphere includes joy, fun, pleasure. The plot in this novel is a forward and backward plot. The dynamics of social life in this novel include changes in social life, namely Tania experiencing economic changes so that Tania can continue her schooling. Tania and her sister came out of poverty. Sincere learning and intelligence, Tania was able to graduate from a well-known university in Singapore. Readers are advised to appreciate the novel The Falling Leaf Never Hates the Wind as an afterthought in living social life in society.

Abstract

This study aims to determine user involvement on SIA performance in savings and loan cooperatives in Sibangkaja Village and determine the effect of SIA user training programs on moderating or strengthening the effect of user involvement on SIA performance in savings and loan cooperatives in Sibangkaja Village. The results of the study show that (1) the user involvement variable has an effect on the performance of the AIS. The calculation results obtained a regression coefficient of 2.830, the t-count value is 2.354 and the sig value is 0.021 <0.05, so user involvement partially affects the performance of AIS. (2) The interaction variable of user involvement with the SIA training program on the performance of SIA, gives the calculation results obtained a regression coefficient of -0.112, the t-count value is -2.193 and the sig value is 0.032 <0.05. So it can be concluded that the second hypothesis, namely the interaction of user involvement with the SIA training program, has an effect on the performance of the SIA. The amount of Adjusted R Square is 0.420, which means that 42% of the variation in SIA performance is influenced by user involvement, while the Adjusted R Square value based on variations in SIA performance which is influenced by the interaction of user involvement with the SIA training program has increased to 0.767, which means 76.7 %, while the remaining 23.3% is influenced by other factors outside of this study.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of decentralization, accountability and government management control systems on performance. The performance analyzed is the managerial performance of the leaders of local government organizations. This research was conducted at the regional organization of Buleleng Regency, Bali Province. By taking a sample of 30 organizational leaders. Which is then analyzed using multiple linear regression quantitative methods with the help of statistical tools. The sampling technique was done by random sampling. The results of the study indicate that the variables of decentralization, accountability and management control systems have a significant positive effect on the managerial performance of local government organizations. The higher the intensity of the implementation of fiscal decentralization, the higher the performance of Regional Apparatus Organizations in Buleleng Regency. This is because fiscal decentralization will determine a successful implementation of regional autonomy considering that fiscal decentralization will increase economic efficiency, improve accountability and increase fund mobilization. Accountability is one of the important elements in the realization of good governance relating to a person or organizational work unit to be responsible for the management and control of resources and the implementation of policies entrusted to him in the context of achieving the goals that have been set through the media of periodic accountability. The management control system variable on the performance of the Regional Apparatus Organization shows that the management control system has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Regional Apparatus Organization.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Micro Teaching Courses and Introduction to Schooling Environment (PLP)I on the Readiness of Prospective Teachers of FKIP Students, Universitas Mahadewa Indonesia in 2020. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires or questionnaires based on the Likert Scale which was tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis used was product moment analysis, regression analysis of two predictors, and tested the significance of the F price. The results showed that there was an influence of the Micro Teaching Subject variable on the readiness of prospective teachers with correlation results, this was evidenced by the value of rcount 0.648> 0.165; there is an effect of Introduction to the School Environment on the Readiness of Prospective Teachers with correlation results, this is evidenced by the rcount value of 0.704> 0.165; there is a simultaneous influence of variables between the variables of Micro Teaching Courses and Introduction to the School Environment on the Readiness of Prospective Teachers. This is evidenced by Fcount 58.129 > Ftable 3.09. Results Relative contribution (SR) X1 37.2% and X2 62.8%. R Square 54.8% with X1 20.4% and X2 34.4%, the remaining 45.2% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

On the activities of dedication is followed by 82 people whose goal is a student program DIII and S1 Pharmacy Faculty of Pharmacy University of Mahasaraswati Denpasar. Devotion is preceded by the provision of a list of present and pre-test further provision of material and lectures, giving the video and discussion and closed with the provision of post-test. Socialization use of herbal drink leaves regards as treatment traditionally in order to treat pressure blood high and increase the interest of students that want to create and consume herbal drink is independent. Devotion is done with the purpose to provide knowledge to the students that leaves greeting is a drug traditionally that can be made in the from of dosage pharmaceutical from of drinks herbs is useful for treating acid uric and pressure blood high as in the leaves of a greeting is no womb chemistry. The content of the chemical leaves and bruk trunks greeting many containing oil volatile, tannins, saponins and flavonoids, in addition to the leaves alkaloids and polyphenols . In addition , the active compounds in bay leaf ß-sitosterol and niacin.

Abstract

The STAD learning model is an approach to encourage students to encourage and help each other, to master the skills taught by the teacher. This study aims to determine the improvement of students' mathematics learning outcomes with the application of the STAD type cooperative learning model. This type of research is Classroom Action Research which is designed with two cycles, each cycle consists of four stages, namely: planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects of this study were students of class XII MIPA 2 SMA Negeri 1 Evening in the 2019/2020 academic year. The object of this research was the application of the STAD type cooperative learning model and student learning outcomes. The data collection methods used in this study were the test method, the observation method, and the documentation method. The results of the research in the first cycle, the number of students who completed the first cycle were 18 students and 12 students did not complete, with an average score of 73.67 student learning outcomes and 73.67% student absorption. In cycle II, the number of students who completed was 29 students with an average score of 81.17 student learning outcomes and 81.17% student absorption. The average increase in student learning outcomes is 7.50. The average percentage of activities increased by 11.88%, from 51.12% in the first cycle which was classified as quite active to 63% in the second cycle which was classified as active.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the differences in critical thinking skills between students who study with the 5E learning cycle based on STEM and students who learn to use the 5E learning cycle without STEM. Then carried out experimental research by taking the population of this study is the fifth semester students of PJKR FKIP Universitas PGRI Mahadewa Indonesia. The sampling technique used in this research is simple random sampling. This study uses two techniques of analysis of variance. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it was obtained that there were differences in the effect of the 5E learning cycle based on STEM and the 5E learning cycle without STEM on critical thinking skills.

Abstract

Volleyball is a type of team sport game in which each team is played by two teams where each team consists of six people on a field measuring 9 square meters for each team separated by a net or net. The purpose of this study was to improve learning outcomes of basic volleyball bottom passing techniques with cooperative learning through sports learning video media. This type of research is classroom action research. The subject of the research was the action research of grade 7 D students of SMP Negeri 3 Abiansemal for the academic year 2020/2021, and the object of research was the basic technique of passing down volleyball. In this study, two cycles were used and each cycle went through four stages of the activity process which included (1) planning, (2) action, (3) observation, and (4) evaluation and reflection. The results of the study that learning passing down through cooperative learning methods in students for 2 cycles can improve student learning outcomes. The average result of the volleyball bottom passing skill in the Pre-cycle with a total score of 2,090.67 with an average of 65.55 and the first cycle with an average score of 2,443.67 with an average of 76.36 so that there is an increase of 11.03 . Likewise for the second cycle with an average score of 2,670 with an average of 83.44 so that from cycle I to cycle II there was an increase of 7.08.

Abstract

Student Worksheet (LKS) is one of the tools where students can carry out the learning process by reading alone, following examples related to learning, doing tasks according to the subject matter. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was a student's response and to improve students' ability to answer arithmetic operations on integers in class VII H SMP Negeri 3 Abiansemal by applying the problem solving learning model through the google meet application. This type of research is classroom action research. This research was conducted in VII H of SMP Negeri 3 Abiansemal. The subjects of the action research were students of class VII H of SMP Negeri 3 Abiansemal in the 2020/2021 school year, and the object of this research was a study of understanding integer arithmetic operations and student responses to problem solving learning models. In this study, two cycles were used and each cycle went through four stages of the activity process which included (1) planning, (2) action, (3) observation, and (4) evaluation and reflection. Data collection techniques using test and observation methods. Collecting data using observation techniques for qualitative data. Abstract

The TAI type cooperative learning model is a learning model that forms small, heterogeneous groups with different thinking backgrounds to help each other with other students who need help. The purpose of this study was to improve students' mathematics learning outcomes through the application of the Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) Cooperative learning model. This type of research is classroom action research. The research subjects were students of class IX G SMP Negeri 3 Sukawati in the first semester of the 2019/2020 school year totaling 38 students. In this study, two cycles were used and each cycle went through four stages of the activity process which included (1) planning, (2) action, (3) observation, and (4) evaluation and reflection. The data collection technique in this study is using the test and observation method. The results showed that only 12 students had completed the initial data, while in the first cycle there were 26 students and in the second cycle, 36 students were able to fulfill the KKM. This proves that the Team Assisted Individualization learning model can provide answers according to the purpose of this study, namely to improve mathematics learning outcomes for class IX G students of SMP Negeri 3 Sukawati.
