Abstract

This study aims to explore the role of healthy lifestyle and spiritual approach in preventing human metapneumovirus (HMPV) infection, a respiratory virus that attacks at-risk groups such as children, the elderly, and individuals with weak immune systems. Using a literature study method and a descriptive qualitative approach, this study examines medical literature and spiritual principles from 1 Corinthians 6:19–20. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of a healthy lifestyle, including personal hygiene, balanced nutrition, adequate rest, and physical activity, plays an important role in strengthening the immune system and reducing the risk of HMPV infection. The integration of medical and spiritual approaches has been proven to provide a more holistic prevention strategy, not only reducing the risk of infection but also increasing collective awareness in society. This study recommends that health education be integrated with religious values to form a comprehensive and sustainable healthy lifestyle culture. Abstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali peran pola hidup sehat dan pendekatan spiritual dalam pencegahan infeksi Human Metapneumovirus (HMPV), sebuah virus pernapasan yang menyerang kelompok yang beresiko seperti anak-anak, orang lanjut usia, dan individu dengan sistem imun yang lemah. Menggunakan metode studi pustaka dan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, penelitian ini menelaah literatur medis dan prinsip-prinsip spiritual dari 1 Korintus 6:19–20. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pola hidup sehat meliputi kebersihan pribadi, gizi seimbang, istirahat cukup, dan aktivitas fisik berperan penting dalam memperkuat sistem imun dan menurunkan risiko infeksi HMPV. Integrasi antara pendekatan medis dan spiritual teruji memberikan strategi pencegahan yang lebih holistik, tidak hanya mengurangi risiko infeksi tetapi juga meningkatkan kesadaran kolektif dalam masyarakat. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar edukasi kesehatan diintegrasikan dengan nilai-nilai keagamaan untuk membentuk budaya hidup sehat yang komprehensif dan berkelanjutan.Kata Kunci: HMPV, hidup sehat,penyakit , spiritualitas Kristen.

Abstract

The Great Commission is the mandate of the Lord Jesus to all believers (His church) which is always relevant throughout the century including in the digital era. In implementing it, of course, it requires an effective strategy, intellectual and perseverance and targets to complete it. In relation to generation Z called I-generation and digital natives are more adept at technology (Tech Savvy) and social media becomes their lifestyle. This study describes the actualization of the great commission in the era of digital strategy evangelism to reach generation Z through the use of digital platforms. The author uses qualitative methods to answer research problems. The final result is the author describes the use of digital platforms, types of digital platforms and evangelism strategies in the digital era through digital platforms, so that through this study it can be a guide for churches and believers to reach today's generation Z in the digital era. Abstrak:Amanat Agung adalah mandat Tuhan Yesus kepada seluruh orang percaya (gereja-Nya) yang senantiasa relevan sepanjang abad termasuk diera digital. Dalam mengimplementasikannya tentunya membutuhkan Strategi yang efektif, intelektual ketekunan dan sasaran untuk menutaskannya. Sehubungan dengan generasi Z disebut I-generation dan digital native lebih mahir dalam teknologi (Tech Savvy) dan media sosial menjadi gaya hidup mereka. Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan aktualisasi amanat agung diera digital strategi penginjilan untuk menjangkau generasi Z melalui pemanfaatan Platform digital. Penulis menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi untuk menjawab permasalahan penelitian. Hasil akhirnya penulis menemukan pemanfaatan platform digital, jenis-jenis platform digital dan strategi penginjilan diera digital, temuan ini dapat menjadi panduan bagi gereja dan orang percaya untuk menjangkau generasi Z masa kini diera digital. Kata Kunci: Amanat Agung, Era digital,  generasi Z

Abstract

This study aims to understand the relationship between the characteristics of Christian leadership according to I Timothy 4:11-16 and the enthusiasm of students' weekend service. This study uses a quantitative research method with a correlational research type, namely a form of research used with the aim of exploring the relationship between variables. The results of the study obtained a result of 0.922 or 92% including the interval 0.80 - 1000 very strong. Based on the results of the calculation of the hypothesis (Ho) the characteristics of Christian leadership according to 1 Timothy 4:11-16 on the enthusiasm of weekend worship of students at the Nusantara Theological College Salatiga are included in the moderate category or less than or equal to 60% of the maximum value is rejected, so the alternative hypothesis (Ha) namely: Characteristics of Christian Leadership according to 1 Timothy 4:11-16, Against the Enthusiasm of Weekend Student Service at the Nusantara Theological College Salatiga in the high category or more equivalent to 60% of the maximum value received.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan memahami hubungan karakteristikkepemimpinan Kristen menurut I Timotius 4:11-16 terhadap antusias pelayanan weekend mahasiswa. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasional yaitu bentuk penelitian yang digunakan dengan tujuan mengeksplorasi hubungan antar variabel. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh hasil 0,922 atau 92% termasuk pada interval 0, 80 – 1000 sangat kuat. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan hipotesis (Ho) karakteristik kepemimpinan Kristen menurut 1 Timotius 4:11-16 terhadap antusiasme ibadah akhir pekan siswa Sekolah Tinggi Teologi Nusantara Salatiga termasuk kategori sedang atau kurang dari sama dengan 60% nilai maksimal ditolak, sehingga hipotesis alternatif (Ha) yaitu : Karakteristik Kepemimpinan Kristen menurut 1 Timotius 4:11-16, Terhadap Antusiasme Pelayanan Mahasiswa Weekend Sekolah Tinggi Teologi Nusantara Salatiga pada kategori tinggi atau lebih setara dengan 60% nilai maksimal yang diterima.Kata Kunci: Karakteristik, Kepemimpinan Kristen, Antusiasme, Pelayanan Weekend

Abstract

The curriculum is a vital part of the implementation of Sunday school. The GBT Synod understands this so they plan to create a curriculum that can be used nationally. As a concrete step, the GBT Synod collaborated with STT KAO to produce Sunday school curriculum teaching for 7-year-old children. What is the right curriculum design for 7-year-old Sunday schoolchildren at the GBT Synod? By using this type of qualitative research, literature studies are obtained several important things to answer this question. Some aspects that need to be considered in making this curriculum include: the urgency of the curriculum itself, the characteristics of 7-year-old Sunday school children, and the spirituality of Sunday school children at the age of 7. As a result, several things can be mentioned in this curriculum. First, the curriculum is set in a span of one year. Second, the content in the curriculum must pay attention to the themes that have been the dogma of GBT. Third, the content of the curriculum must also pay attention to the ecclesiastical calendars. Finally, 7-year-old Sunday schoolchildren are equipped with the creation stories in the Bible as the basis for an introduction to Christian doctrine.Abstrak:Kurikulum menjadi bagian yang vital dalam penyelenggaraan sekolah minggu. Sinode GBT memahami akan hal ini sehingga mereka merencanakan adanya pembuatan kurikulum yang dapat dipakai secara nasional. sebagai langkah konkritnya, Sinode GBT bekerjasama dengan STT KAO untuk menghasilkan pengajaran kurikulum sekolah minggu bagi anak usia 7 tahun. Bagaimanakah rancangan kurikulum yang tepat bagi anak sekolah minggu usia 7 tahun di Sinode GBT? Dengan menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif studi pustaka didapatkan beberapa hal penting untuk menjawab pertanyaan ini. Beberapa aspek yang perlu dipertimbangkan dalam pembuatan kurikulum ini diantaranya: urgensi dari kurikulum itu sendiri, karakteristik anak sekolah minggu usia 7 tahun, serta kerohanian anak sekolah minggu di usia 7 tahun. Sebagai hasilnya, beberapa hal dapat disebutkan dalam kurikulum ini. Pertama, kurikulum ditetapkan dalam rentang satu tahun. Kedua, Isi dalam kurikulum harus memperhatikan tema-tema yang selama ini menjadi dogma GBT. Ketiga, isi kurikulum juga harus memperhatikan kalender-kalender gerejani. Terakhir, anak sekolah minggu usia 7 tahun dibekali dengan cerita-cerita penciptaan dalam Alkitab sebagai dasar pengenalan doktrin Kristen. Kata Kunci: Kurikulum Sekolah Minggu, Anak 7 Tahun, Sinode GBT

Abstract

This study examines the urgency of spiritual formation in the application of spiritual ingredients to the working hypothesis to improve student learning. The focus of this study is to answer the need for a holistic approach in education that is not only centered on cognitive aspects, but also spiritual and emotional. This study formulates the main question: How can the application of spiritual formation through spiritual ingredients strengthen the working hypothesis in the context of student learning? The method used is a literature review with a descriptive qualitative approach. The findings show that the integration of spiritual ingredients in the working hypothesis helps students develop a more reflective and transformative learning approach. This has a positive impact on their ability to face academic and personal life challenges. This study suggests the need for special training for lecturers in integrating spiritual values into teaching, as well as the development of a curriculum that explicitly considers spiritual aspects. The conclusions drawn emphasize that strong spiritual formation can be an important foundation in student learning to build holistic integrity and character.  AbstrakPenelitian ini mengkaji urgensi spiritual formation dalam penerapan spiritual ingredients pada working hypothesis untuk meningkatkan pembelajaran mahasiswa. Fokus penelitian ini adalah menjawab kebutuhan terhadap pendekatan holistik dalam pendidikan yang tidak hanya berpusat pada aspek kognitif, tetapi juga spiritual dan emosional. Penelitian ini merumuskan pertanyaan utama: Bagaimana penerapan spiritual formation melalui spiritual ingredients dapat memperkuat working hypothesis dalam konteks pembelajaran mahasiswa? Metode yang digunakan adalah kajian literatur dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa integrasi spiritual ingredients dalam working hypothesis membantu mahasiswa mengembangkan pendekatan pembelajaran yang lebih reflektif dan transformatif. Hal ini berdampak positif pada kemampuan mereka dalam menghadapi tantangan akademik dan kehidupan pribadi. Penelitian ini menyarankan perlunya pelatihan khusus bagi dosen dalam mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai spiritual ke dalam pengajaran, serta pengembangan kurikulum yang memperhatikan aspek spiritual secara eksplisit. Kesimpulan yang dihasilkan menekankan bahwa pembentukan spiritual yang kuat dapat menjadi fondasi penting dalam pembelajaran mahasiswa untuk membangun integritas dan karakter holistik.Kata Kunci :Spiritual Formation, Spiritual ingredient, working hypothesis, pola pembelajaran

Abstract

Psalm 82 is one of the Old Testament texts that contains the concept of ʾĕlōhîm in its plural form, sparking debates about divine status in ancient Israelite tradition. The background of this study is based on the need to understand how the heritage of Semitic mythology and the development of monotheism in ancient Israel are interconnected. The main question posed is how the status of ʾĕlōhîm is understood in Psalm 82 and what its theological and hermeneutical implications are for modern contextual theology. This article is conducted using a contextual hermeneutics-based study approach. The findings of the research indicate that Psalm 82 depicts a divine council that transforms the cultural heritage of Canaan and Ugarit within a monotheistic ethical framework. The conclusion of the research affirms that the divine legitimacy in this text is grounded in a commitment to social justice, while also offering dialogical value for theological interpretation in a multicultural era. Abstrak:Mazmur 82 merupakan salah satu teks Perjanjian Lama yang memuat konsep ʾĕlōhîm dalam bentuk jamak, memunculkan perdebatan mengenai status ilahi dalam tradisi Israel kuno.  Latar belakang kajian ini didasarkan pada kebutuhan untuk memahami bagaimana warisan mitologi Semitik dan perkembangan monoteisme dalam Israel purba yang berhubungan satu sama lain.  Rumusan pertanyaan utama yang diajukan adalah bagaimana status ʾĕlōhîm dipahami dalam Mazmur 82 dan apa implikasi teologis dan hermeneutisnya bagi teologi kontekstual moderen. Artikel ini dikerjakan dengan pendekatan studi berbasiskan hermeneutika kontekstual. Temuan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Mazmur 82 menggambarkan sidang ilahi yang mengubah warisan budaya Kanaan dan Ugarit dalam kerangka etis monoteistik.Kesimpulan penelitian menegaskan bahwa legitimasi ilahi dalam teks ini berpijak pada keberpihakan terhadap keadilan sosial, sekaligus menawarkan nilai dialogis bagi tafsir teologi di era multikultural Kata Kunci: Mazmur 82, ʾĕlōhîm, Israel, Sidang Ilahi.

Abstract

Integrating faith and works is a central concept in the New Testament, specifically in the letter James 2:14-26. This research explores the concept of integration between faith and action, where faith and action cannot be separated. Through diatribe style analysis, this research examines how James uses rhetorical arguments to connect true faith with the actions required in the life of a believer. The analytical method used involves a textual and contextual approach to the text, considering the socio-historical and religious background of that time. This finding provides a deeper understanding of the concept of integrating faith and deeds from a biblical theological perspective, as well as its implications for the lives of believers today. AbstrakIntegrasi iman dan perbuatan merupakan konsep sentral dalam Perjanjian Baru, khususnya di dalam surat Yakobus 2:14-26. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali konsep integrasi antara iman dan perbuatan, di mana iman dan perbuatan tidak dapat dipisahkan. Melalui analisis gaya diatribe, penelitian ini meneliti bagaimana Yakobus menggunakan argumen-argumen retoris untuk menghubungkan iman yang benar dengan perbuatan yang diperlukan dalam kehidupan orang percaya. Metode analisis yang digunakan melibatkan pendekatan tekstual dan kontekstual terhadap teks tersebut, dengan memperhatikan latar belakang sosio-historis dan keagamaan pada masa itu. Abstract

Transhumanism promises a life without limits, enhanced intelligence, and even immortality, increasingly influencing Generation Z's perspective in shaping their identity and spirituality. This study aims to analyze the influence of transhumanist narratives on Generation Z's worldview within the context of their identity as God's creation, and to develop relevant theological reflections to strengthen Generation Z's faith formation amid the challenges of digital culture and contemporary technological ideologies. A qualitative research method based on literature review was used in this study, exploring theological sources, the Bible as the primary source, books, articles, and internet websites. The results of the study indicate that transhumanism obscures the essence of humanity as God's creation, reduces spiritual identity to a mere technological enhancement project, and offers false salvation outside of Christ's redemptive work. Theological reflection rooted in the doctrines of creation, the incarnation of Christ, and the resurrection affirms that human identity is determined by one's relationship with God, not by technological autonomy. This study concludes that the church and Christian faith education must be present in a contextual and prophetic manner in guiding Generation Z to reject the transhumanist narrative and grow in true faith. AbstrakTranshumanisme menjanjikan kehidupan tanpa batas, peningkatan kecerdasan, dan bahkan keabadian, yang kian memengaruhi cara pandang Generasi Z dalam membentuk identitas diri dan spiritualitas mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh narasi transhumanisme terhadap pola pikir Generasi Z dalam konteks identitasnya sebagai ciptaan Allah, serta menyusun refleksi teologis yang relevan untuk memperkuat formasi iman Generasi Z di tengah tantangan budaya digital dan ideologi teknologi masa kini. Metode penelitian kualitatif berbasis studi pustaka digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan mengeksplorasi sumber-sumber teologi, Alkitab sumber utama, buku, artikel dan website internet. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa transhumanisme mengaburkan hakikat manusia sebagai ciptaan Allah, mereduksi identitas spiritual menjadi proyek peningkatan teknologis semata, dan menawarkan keselamatan palsu di luar karya penebusan Kristus. Refleksi teologis yang berakar pada doktrin penciptaan, inkarnasi Kristus, dan kebangkitan, menegaskan bahwa identitas manusia ditentukan oleh relasi dengan Allah, bukan oleh otonomi teknologi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa gereja dan pendidikan iman Kristen harus hadir secara kontekstual dan profetis dalam membimbing Generasi Z agar mampu menolak narasi transhumanisme serta bertumbuh dalam iman yang sejati.Kata Kunci: Teknologi, Transhumanisme, Generasi Z, Imago Dei, Kristus

Abstract

This article discusses pastoral visitation as a model of theological accompaniment that plays an important role in the formation of church members' faith. The background for this writing is based on the reality that the practice of visitation is often marginalized amidst the busyness of church service and social change, despite having a strong biblical and theological foundation. The method used is qualitative with a practical theological approach. Research findings indicate that pastoral visits significantly contribute to strengthening personal spirituality, community solidarity, and holistic faith formation, despite facing challenges such as time constraints, congregational resistance, and digital developments. In conclusion, pastoral visitation remains relevant as a strategy for faith accompaniment. Suggestions for further research include exploring digital and intercultural forms of visitation to meet the needs of today'scongregation.Abstrak:Artikel ini membahas visitasi pastoral sebagai model pendampingan teologis yang berperan penting dalam formasi iman jemaat. Latar belakang penulisan didasari oleh kenyataan bahwa praktik visitasi sering kali terpinggirkan di tengah kesibukan pelayanan gereja dan perubahan sosial, padahal memiliki dasar biblika dan teologis yang kuat. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan teologi praktis. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa visitasi pastoral berkontribusi signifikan dalam memperkuat spiritualitas pribadi, solidaritas komunitas, serta pembentukan iman yang holistik, meski dihadapkan pada tantangan keterbatasan waktu, resistensi jemaat, dan perkembangan digital. Kesimpulannya, visitasi pastoral tetap relevan sebagai strategi pendampingan iman. Saran penelitian lanjutan adalah mengeksplorasi bentuk visitasi digital dan interkultural untuk menjawab kebutuhan jemaat masa kini.Kata Kunci: Visitasi, Pastoral, Iman Jemaat.

Abstract

This research uses library research with an exegetical and hermeneutical approach as a data analysis technique. Data analysis is conducted through a critical review of relevant literary sources from online articles to gain a deeper understanding of the theological and ethical implications of the studied text in relation to social justice. The research findings indicate that Matthew 25:35-40 contains a profound message about solidarity, empathy, and social responsibility that must be realized by followers of Christ.  This teaching encourages the church and every individual to be active in social service as a true form of ministry to fellow human beings, especially those who are marginalized, neglected, and left behind, whether in the fields of education, social issues, creative economy, and health. In a modern context, this verse is relevant to encourage concrete actions in efforts to address inequality and social welfare. It is hoped that this research will contribute to the issue of social justice from a Christian perspective and provide a theological foundation for social movements focused on serving marginalized, neglected, and underprivileged communities. Further research may engage with studies on social ethics, public theology, the Kingdom of God, and holistic mission. AbstrakPenelitian ini menggunakan studi pustaka (library research) dengan pendekatan eksegetis dan hermeneutis sebagai teknik analisis data. Analisis data melalui telaah kritis terhadap sumber-sumber literatur yang relevan dari artikel online untuk memperoleh pemahaman yang mendalam mengenai implikasi teologis dan etis dari teks yang dikaji berkenaan dengan keadilan sosial. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Matius 25: 35 - 40 mengandung pesan mendalam mengenai solidaritas, empati, dan tanggung jawab sosial yang harus diwujudkan oleh para pengikut Kristus. Ajaran ini mendorong gereja dan setiap individu untuk aktif dalam pelayanan sosial sebagai bentuk pelayanan yang sejati kepada sesame manusia, terutama mereka yang terpinggirkan, terbaikan dan tertinggal, baik dalam bidang pendidikan, sosial, ekonomi kreatif dan kesehatan,  Dalam konteks modern, ayat ini relevan untuk mendorong tindakan nyata dalam upaya mengatasi ketidaksetaraan dan kesejahteraan sosial. Diharapkan melalui penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap kasus keadilan sosial dalam perspektif kekristenan dan menawarkan landasan teologis bagi gerakan sosial yang berfokus pada pelayanan kepada kelompok masyarakat yang terpinggirkan, terabaikan dan tertinggal. Penelitian lanjutan dapat bersentuhan dengan kajian etika sosial, teologi publik, Kerajaan Allah, dan misi holistik. Kata Kunci: Etika, Etika Sosial, Keadilan Sosial, Peran Gereja.
