Abstract

An organization or business will experience sustainability depending on the conditions andstrategies implemented and management of the business. This research aims to find out theinfluence of management knowledge on business sustainability, knowing the influence ofeconomic stabilization on business sustainability. This research uses quantitative methods.The population of this study were Balcondes and BUMDes managers in 20 Balcondes inBorobudur. The sample in this study was 165 respondents using a purposive samplingmethod. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 25. Theresults of this research show that knowledge management has a positive effect on businesssustainability, economic stabilization has a positive effect on business sustainability.

Abstract

A sustainable business is a company that is able to make a profit that will provide excellencefor a company or business. This research aims to look at the influence of productivity,stabilization anddigital marketing towards business sustainability at the Balcony Village inBorobudur. This research uses quantitative methods with the population in the study beingBalcondes and BUMDes managers located in 20 Balcondes in Borobudur. The sample in thisstudy was 165 respondents using a purposive sampling method. The analytical tool used ismultiple linear regression with processing using SPSS. The results of this research show thatthe productivity of tourist villages has a positive effect on business sustainability, economicstabilization has a positive effect on business sustainability anddigital marketing has apositive effect on business sustainability.

Abstract

Sustainable tourism development is a business developed using various economic approachescovering various aspects ranging from science, human resource technology, and localbusiness empowerment. In business sustainability, not only certain parties are responsible formaking efforts, but also all elements must be able to contribute to these efforts. This researchaims to analyze the influence of tourist village productivity, economic stabilization andknowledge management on business sustainability at the Balcony Village in Borobudur. Thisresearch uses quantitative methods with the population in the study being Balcondes andBUMDes managers in 20 Balcondes in Borobudur. The sample in this study was 165respondents using a purposive sampling method with a minimum criteria of 6 months ofwork. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression with processing using SPSS. Theresults of this research show that tourism village productivity, economic stabilization, andknowledge management have a positive effect on business sustainability, supported by theTriple Bottom Line theory to prepare and complement organizational needs in terms of economic, social and environmental aspects, so that they are able to compete and continue tobe sustainable

Abstract

This research aims to determine a SWOT analysis regarding the potential of the ShariaInsurance Industry in Indonesia using the NVivo approach. This research uses qualitativemethodology with the NVivo approach and literature review. "Data analysis techniquesinclude: (1) mapping the number of news article codes based on SWOT analysis, namely(strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats), regarding the "Sharia InsuranceIndustry" using NVivo 14 software; (2) map the visualization results with a hierarchicaldiagram and test the correlation between media articles using SWOT Analysis; (3) mappingresearch topics with Worldcloud or a collection of words that are often discussed in mediaarticles; and (4) Testing the significant value between media articles to determine the size orsize of the correlation around the topic "Sharia Insurance Industry". The results of thisresearch show that the topics often discussed in media articles regarding Sharia Insuranceare weaknesses and threats. Meanwhile, a topic that is rarely discussed by media articlesregarding the Sharia Insurance Industry is strengths and threats. The implications of thisresearch show that the resulting SWOT study and Literature Review providerecommendations for increasing the potential of the Sharia Insurance industry in the future.

Abstract

This study presents a business development strategy analysis for Optik Princess in Bandar Lampung. Through the SWOT, IFAS, and EFAS analysis approaches, we evaluated internal and external factors that could impact the company's performance. Findings indicate that Optik Princess possesses a good reputation and satisfactory customer service but faces limitations in product offerings and dependence on the local market. Opportunities for new service development, leveraging cutting-edge technology, and market expansion were identified as key strategies. Strategic conclusions involve responsiveness to external changes, ongoing innovation, and the strengthening of customer relations.

Abstract

The presence of hotels as a tourism-supporting industry is expected to be able to meet tourist expectations. As the tourism sector develops, the hotel industry continues to grow. The large number of accommodation service providers means that hotel management faces business competition. Service instruments can be one of the considerations for used. The success of the hotel business is not only related to strategy but also to the communication carried out. Through the guest service centre division, it is hoped that it will support the achievement of sustainability and hotel guest satisfaction. This study uses a qualitative research design in an effort to uncover service practices carried out at the Gumaya Tower Hotel. To produce quality interview data, service instruments were used in this research. Some of these instruments include responsiveness, assurance, empathy, reliability, and tangible. Guest service centre staff were chosen as research informants. The Miles Huberman method was used to maintain the quality of the data produced. In an effort to maintain the validity of the data, triangulation techniques were used in this research. The Gumaya Tower Hotel staff has fully implemented the service concept, according to the analysis. This instrument is able to provide hotel guests with satisfaction. Furthermore, the findings of this research can be used as a guide to creating quality services.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to conduct a capital budgeting analysis of the feasibility of permanent activation investment at UD. Syam Jaya Jember Regency. The research variables to be analyzed are grouped into four variables, namely Payback period, Net present value, Profitability Index and Fixed Asset Investment. This research method is based on exploratory descriptive, with qualitative research using a case study approach. The data is in the form of quantitative data (numbers), but the approach uses qualitative analysis because this research will produce descriptive data. In accordance with the problems and objectives to be achieved in this research, it can be concluded from the calculation results that they are as follows: 1) The payback period for the old investment is 2 years 7 months, while the new investment produces a payback period of 1 year 10 months. And this is illustrates that new investments are more feasible because they have a faster return on investment than old investments. 2) The Net Present Value of the new investment is IDR 280,981,859 and the Net Present Value of the old investment is IDR 116,157,732, which means that if you look at the NPV value itself, the NPV of the new investment is greater than the NPV of the old investment . 3) The Profitability Index (PI) of the old investment is 1.2 and the Profitability Index of the new investment is 1.5. This implies that both investments generate profits for the company. So the new investment that the company will make is worthy of replacing the old investment.

Abstract

This article discusses the concept of the need for recovery in the context of work well-beingand productivity. Understanding the need for recovery is expected to help design effectivestrategies for managing work stress, improving employee performance, and buildingorganizational resilience to unexpected events. This research uses a qualitative approachwith a literature study design. This article discusses the significant implications the need forrecovery has on individuals and organizations, and provides practical suggestions fordesigning work environments that support employee recovery. In conclusion, awareness andsupport of recovery needs not only creates a productive work environment but alsocontributes to employees' work and personal life balance. The recovery program initiative isexpected to be a competitive force for organizations in achieving long-term growth andsustainability.

Abstract

Managing human resources (HR) has become important in this century, considering that HRis central to achieving organizational goals. Without the role of humans, even though thevarious areas needed have been fulfilled, the organization will never run smoothly becausehumans are the driving force or lever that determines the running of the organization. Thetype of research used is quantitative research and data collection techniques usingquestionnaires, interviews and documentation for 150 respondents. The analytical tool usedin this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The test results show that workexperience and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance CV. BG.Sukirman kencong, while Islamic work ethics do not have a significant effect on employeeperformance CV. BG. Sukirman Kencong. This research is only able to explain employeeperformance of 77.2%, so there are other factors outside the model studied that is able toexplain employee performance.

Abstract

Tourism plays an essential role in empowering the regional economy. Along with its development, tourism encourages the growth of tourism-supporting industries. The hospitality business is one of the sectors supporting sustainable tourism. However, this sector is a contributor to problems related to environmental waste. This situation confirms that management needs to implement sustainable management through capacity building that cares about the environment. Implementing Green Human Resource Management is one of the efforts that can be made. The Green Human Resource Management strategy is an effort to maximize the potential of human resources. This strategy is interpreted as a step in managing human resources towards a green work climate and competency. This study aims to see the implementation of Green Human Resource Management in supporting improving the quality of hotel business performance. This study used a qualitative research design through a literature review that was selected according to predetermined conditions. The results of this study confirm that the application of Green Human Resource Management can improve the quality of human resources. Several steps that can be used include (1) recruitment and selection, (2) training and empowerment, (3) performance appraisal, and (4) attention and compensation
