Abstract

This study aimed to determine the direct effect of product quality and selling price on consumer loyalty with consumer satisfaction as an intervening variable. This research was a quantitative research by measuring product quality variables. Selling price, loyalty, and satisfaction were by using a closed questionnaire. The questionnaire scoring scale for each variable was 1-5 so theoretically the range of scores obtained by respondents was between 20-100. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to a sample of 50 respondents. Data analysis in this study used path analysis (Path) with the help of the SPSS Version 20.0 application. The results showed that there was a direct influence between product quality and customer satisfaction in the Metro City Bakso Kembar Home Industry. There is a direct influence of the selling price on the satisfaction of the Metro City Bakso Kembar Home Industry. There is a direct effect of product quality on the loyalty of the Metro City Bakso Kembar Home Industry. There is a direct influence of the selling price on consumer loyalty of the Metro City Bakso Kembar Home Industry. There is a direct influence between consumer satisfaction and consumer loyalty in the Metro City Bakso Kembar Home Industry.

Abstract

This study uses quantitative research, is used to examine certain populations or samples, sampling techniques are generally carried out randomly, data collection uses research instruments, data analysis is quantitative with the aim of testing hypotheses. This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality and brand image on customer loyalty among consumers at The Don's House in Metro City. Data collection uses instruments in the form of interviews, questionnaires, and library research. The results of the study also show that product quality has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty. It can be concluded that customer loyalty feels attracted to the quality of The Don's House products. the results of testing the hypothesis regarding the relationship between brand image and customer loyalty with the result that brand image has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. The results of simultaneous hypothesis testing regarding the relationship between product quality and brand image with customer loyalty with the result that product quality and brand image have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty.

Abstract

Repurchasing from consumers is a matter of great concern to a company, where to make this happen the company must pay attention to several factors related to this behavior. Repurchasing behavior of consumers is related to the quality of the products offered, the quality of service to create customer satisfaction. This study aims to determine the effect of social status, product quality, and consumer satisfaction on the intention to repurchase Baper Milk Coffee in Metro City.The research design is quantitative research or verification research. The variables in this study are social status, product quality, and consumer satisfaction with repurchase intention. The population and research sample were consumers of Metro City Baper Milk Coffee with a total sample taken of 96 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The analytical tool used is data quality analysis and Multiple Linear Regression with the SPSS program.The results showed that social status, product quality, and customer satisfaction had a significant effect on consumer repurchase intentions. Simultaneous test results show that social status, product quality, and consumer satisfaction together have a significant effect on consumer repurchase intention.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the cost of goods produced using the ABC System and the calculation of cost of goods produced using the ABC System has more advantages and benefits than the conventional system. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Data were collected through documentation, observation, and interview techniques and then analyzed by comparative descriptive analysis between the calculation of cost of goods produced using the traditional system and the ABC System. The results of this study show that Banana products have a price difference of Rp2,752 with a conventional system of Rp175,629 and an ABC System of Rp172,877 which is considered overcosting and Pineapple products have a price difference of Rp3,302 with a conventional system of Rp138,977 and an ABC System of Rp142,009 which is considered undercosting.

Abstract

Shopee is an online shopping application that has high purchasing decision expectations. Inan effort to achieve these high purchasing decision expectations, the online shoppingapplication Shopee must pay attention to the quality of their online customer service. Servicequality has an important role in influencing consumer interest to buy a product. Good servicequality will spur consumers to buy products or make purchasing decisions (Idriyanti,2013:20). Service quality is the level (ability) of the seller in providing everything that thecustomer expects to meet their needs. Of the various services provided by the online shoppingapplication Shopee, Online customer service is a service component that is often used byconsumers. Online customer service is a facility provided by the company to help consumers.Some of the services provided by online customer service to consumers, such as respondingto calls from consumers, direct chat services that can be done via the website, customerservice via email, and others.

Abstract

The cosmetics industry is expanding extremely quickly, and in Karawang Regency, fans andconsumers of cosmetics bearing the Avoskin brand have started to rise sharply. The goal ofthis study was to evaluate and quantify the impact of Tasya Farasya as a brand ambassadorand consumer interest in purchasing cosmetics bearing the Avoskin brand. The research isquantitative in nature. The quantitative approach method is the one used. The authors usedGoogle Forms to disseminate online surveys as part of the data gathering procedure. 96samples were utilized in the analysis. The analysis employed descriptive analysis withmultiple regression using SPSS version 21. The sampling approach used non-probabilitysampling technique. Brand ambassadors have a good and substantial impact on purchaseintention, according to the study's findings. Purchase intention is positively and significantlyimpacted by brand trust. Purchase intentions are simultaneously influenced by brand trustand brand advocates.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how trade debt and gross profit impact forecastingof future cash flows. Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) between 2018and 2022 served as the sample for this study. Purposive sampling is the method utilized toacquire data, and financial reports are used as secondary data. With the use of the SPSS 26computer program, multiple linear regression was employed for the data analysis in thisstudy. The findings of this study indicate that gross profit and business loans have goodcapacities in predicting cash flows in the future based on the partial test conducted in thatregard. Additionally, it is advised that PT Caturkarda Depo Bangunan Tbk be capable ofmanaging gross profits and distribute them in a way that won't jeopardize the company'sability to sustain itself.

Abstract

The purpose of this research activity is to prove and explain the impact of motivation variables,workload and work assessment on teacher job satisfaction at SMP Negeri 3 Lasem. The researchpopulation consisted of 34 teachers from the school, and saturation techniques were used to takesamples from the entire population. Data was collected through a questionnaire survey, and data wasanalyzed through multiple regression. This research obtained results where individual workloadvariables had no significant effect on job satisfaction, while individual motivation and workassessment variables had a significant effect on teacher satisfaction. The dependent variable of jobsatisfaction of 93.6% can be explained by three independent variables: motivation, workload, andwork assessment. Other variables outside the research accounted for 6.4% of the dependent variablejob satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to prove and explain the effect of work discipline, work motivation, workenvironment on the performance of production employees of PT Karya Mina Putra RembangWood Division. The population used consisted of 217 employees of the productiondepartment of PT Karya Mina Putra Rembang Wood Division. The sample selectiontechnique used accidental sampling with the determination of sample size using the slovinformula obtained 68 samples. Data collection through questionnaire survey. Data analysisusing multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that work discipline has anegative and insignificant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positiveand insignificant effect on employee performance, while the work environment has asignificant positive effect on employee performance. The adjusted R square value is 0.215, itmeans that 21.5% of variations in employee performance can be explained by variations inthe three independent variables, namely work discipline, work motivation and workenvironment, while the remaining 78.5% is explained by other factors not examined in thisstudy

Abstract

Advances in internet technology have changed the way businesses operate. Thanks to theInternet, entrepreneurs have unlimited access to information to support their businessoperations. In this context, electronic commerce has evolved into an environment whereadvances in Internet technology can be used to make products and services available to awider market. The Shopee Online Shopping Application is popular and memorable amongonline shopping customers because of its attractive features. This study has the aim ofknowing the effect of advertising, security, and trust on consumer interest in buying fashionproducts at Shopee. The method used is descriptive quantitative. Students enrolled in theFaculty of Economics Management Course in 2019 comprised the research population. Thesample determination adopted the use of target sampling techniques with a total of 74respondents. The study's conclusions demonstrate that advertising, security, and trust have apositive and significant effect on consumer interest in buying fashion products at Shopeemarketplace.
