A strong teaching ethos is the foundation of all interactions and teaching that impact the younger generation in this linear era. This research highlights the important role of teacher ethos in supporting quality and sustainable education. Factors that shape the ethos of teaching include integrity, respect, commitment, and willingness to continue learning. When teachers adopt these values, they become role models who motivate students and create an inclusive, safe, and inspiring learning environment. The importance of continuous education and training for teachers to improve their skills and insights cannot be ignored in today's lilenial world. Teachers must remain relevant to developments in education and continue to develop as professionals. The development of teacher ethos has been successfully implemented, such as handling cases of academic violations with ethics and honesty, as well as teacher collaboration in improving student learning outcomes. The background of this problem was the background of the existence of community leaders in Karanglo village and their role in spreading religion to the people who were known laymen at that time. The purpose of this study is to find out the efforts of Mbah Buyut Ki Tuan's thoughts in the development of Islamic education, and how the community maintains the Islamic Education shiar of Mbah Buyut Ki Tuan as a successor in the modernization era. This research uses a qualitative approach type of research whose findings are not obtained through statistical procedures or other forms of calculation and seeks to understand and interpret the meaning of an event of human behavior interaction in certain situations using observation methods, visual analysis, literature study, interviews and the results of the researcher's own thoughts. The results of the study can be concluded that one of the thoughts on the development of Islamic education is different and the problem of the development of thought collects information from several thoughts of resource persons as a problem solver or obstacle in developing Islamic education in Karanglo Village. One of the efforts made by the village kiyai is to develop and maintain the knowledge of syiar mbah Buyut Ki Tuan in Islamic education and increase knowledge of the people of Karanglo village to make and develop the knowledge of ordinary people to be more knowledgeable in Karanglo village

The concept of Archimedes' law through hibiscus leaf experiments can develop science in early childhood. the purpose of this study in general is to develop science in early childhood, the specific goal is to develop cognitive, social-emotional, language, physical-motor, religious abilities. This research uses an experimental method by taking data in the field called descriptive qualitative by taking data sources from observation techniques. The results of experiments or hibiscus leaf experiments can develop science in Early Childhood, this is shown by hibiscus leaf experiments that are associated with Archimedes' law, namely the concept of floating and floating sinking. Objects will float if the density of liquid is greater than the density of objects so that objects are above the surface of liquids, objects will float if the density of liquid is equal to the density of objects so that the position of objects is above the base of liquid and below the surface of liquids, objects will sink if the density of liquid is less than the density of objects so that the position of objects is at the bottom of the liquid place. The results of this experiment, easy, inexpensive, fun and educational for early childhood. This shows that the application of the concept of Archimedes' law through hibiscus leaf experiments can develop science in Early Childhood

This classroom action research aims to increase students' interest in learning in class VII at junior high school level. The school used as the treatment site was SMPN 8 Tanjung Jabung Timur. This is based on a lack of interest in studying arts and culture because of online learning which was previously carried out in elementary schools and only assignments were given via WhatsApp messages. The use of multimedia technology used in this PTK is the use of wordwall. This research uses the classroom action research method, which is better known as classroom action research. In the research subject class, the number of participants was 16 students in class VII at junior high school level. The instrument for this research is a descriptive teacher assessment journal. After implementing it in cycle one for 4 meetings, it was found from the results of the teacher's assessment journal that students' interest in learning increased as indicated by indicators of interest in learning, namely feelings of happiness, student interest, student attention, student involvement. Therefore, this classroom action research has been said to have succeeded in achieving the target in the implementation of one cycle.

This research is titled "Application of Qur'anic Values in Islamic Education Learning at SMP Ikhlasiyah Palembang." This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted through stages of collection, presentation, verification, and conclusion drawing. The results of the research show that the application of Qur'anic values in Islamic Education learning at SMP Ikhlasiyah Palembang has been well-implemented, covering activities such as instilling faith values, applying noble moral values, and maintaining discipline in the educational process. The school has an excellent educational program for instilling faith values in students, so they not only understand Islamic teachings theoretically but also can apply them in daily life. Other school programs conducted with a holistic and consistent approach are also effective in instilling noble morals in students, helping them become responsible individuals, empathetic, and able to contribute positively to society. The application of Qur'anic values in Islamic Education learning involves discipline in the learning process through various methods such as reading and interpreting the Qur'an, group discussions, project assignments, and examples from the life of Prophet Muhammad SAW and his companions

This study aims to understand the implementation of the Strengthening the Profile of Pancasila Students Project (P5) in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning at SMP Negeri 12 Palembang. The research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. Data collection techniques include in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis techniques involve stages of data collection, transcription, coding, categorization, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results and discussions, the implementation process has been carried out well through stages of lesson planning, learning execution, and assessment and evaluation of learning. With good and comprehensive planning, the implementation of P5 in PAI learning not only enhances students' religious knowledge but also builds strong character in line with Pancasila values, preparing them to become citizens of integrity and responsibility. The implementation of P5 in PAI also helps students develop critical thinking skills, creativity, cooperation, and social concern. This is evidenced by increased student participation in class activities and their ability to relate religious values to everyday life and national contexts. This study evaluates the effectiveness of the "Merdeka Belajar" program launched by the Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture in improving students' literacy and numeracy. A quantitative method with a quasi-experimental design was used to compare literacy and numeracy scores before and after program implementation in 10 senior high schools in East Java Province, with a total of 100 students as samples. The results showed significant improvements in literacy scores from 62.5 to 75.3 and numeracy scores from 58.7 to 72.1, with a p-value <0.01. Success factors included teachers' freedom in choosing teaching methods, principals' support and parents' involvement. However, challenges such as resource inequality between urban and rural schools and resistance to change remain. Recommendations for education policy include improving access and quality of education resources as well as continuous training for teachers and principals to ensure the sustainability and success of this program

The purpose of this study was to find out whether the Problem Based Learning (PBL) approach increases student independence in learning mathematics. This type of research is pre-experimental or Static Group Comparison methodology. The study population is all grade VII students enrolled in SMP Negeri 3 Pulau Punjung, Dharmasraya Regency for the 2022–2023 school year. The technique used is random sampling. The research sample came from grade VII.1 students who were used as an experimental class with a total of 22 students, and VII.4 which was used as a control class with a total of 20 students. The results of the questionnaire analysis of students' independence in mathematics learning were obtained tcalculate = 5.042 and ttabel = 1.68. because if tcount>ttable then H0 is rejected. Therefore, it can be concluded that there are differences in student learning independence in the problem-base learning model compared to conventional learning.

This study aims to determine the relevance between Islamic inheritance law material and the book Majmu'ul Al-Mirats Fil Hukmil Faraid in class XII PAI material. This research was conducted by qualitative methods with a phenomenological approach that is happening today. The focus of this research will be to review the extent of the relevance of the book to PAI material in grade XII high school. The setting of this research was conducted at SMA Negeri 2 Nanga Pinoh, Melawi Regency. Researchers took samples of PAI teaching materials used during teaching and learning activities. The results of the study found that Ismail Mundu as a scholar had practiced his knowledge in educating the community and realizing a religious and peaceful society. Islam regulates human relations with others, which includes the issue of inheritance. Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) brought Islamic inheritance law to change the jahiliyah inheritance law which was largely determined by tribal elements that were considered unjust. In Islamic inheritance rules, the curriculum in the world of education also does not escape to review clearly the basic principles concerning inheritance law, so that inheritance material is poured in the high school level learning package book. The Book of Majmu'ul Al-Mirats Fil Hukmil Faraid is very relevant to the PAI material in class XII, because it also explains the source or basis of inheritance law in it and presents the division and example cases in the material content
