Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out an overview of the use of interactive multimedia learning for PAUD teachers. This research uses the library research method or literature review. Data was obtained through 9 scientific articles related to the use of multimedia, interactive learning, PAUD teachers. Data was analyzed using content analysis. The research results show that the use of interactive multimedia in learning can also increase understanding, positive emotions and behavior of PAUD children during the learning process. In conclusion, multimedia can be useful in increasing interaction between teachers and students in PAUD in the learning process. The implication of this research is to provide an understanding of the importance of improving teacher competence, especially in preparing interesting, innovative, efficient and effective learning media in accordance with the growth and development of early childhood in PAUD.

Abstract

This research aims to describe: 1) to analyze the implementation of the independent curriculum in learning at SMA Negeri 1 Sei Rampah, 2) to analyze the obstacles and constraints in implementing the independent curriculum in learning at SMA Negeri 1 Sei Rampah, 3) to analyze efforts to overcome obstacles and Obstacles in implementing the independent curriculum in learning at SMA Negeri 1 Sei Rampah. This research is a qualitative research. The research was carried out at SMA Negeri 1 Sei Rampah in April 2024. The subjects of this research were the Principal, Class X Teachers, and Class X Students. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, interviews, and documentation. Activities in qualitative data analysis using interactive models are data collection, data reduction, display, and conclusion drawing. The results of this research show that: 1) the implementation of the independent curriculum in learning has been well realized, and the planning carried out was by analyzing CP, compiling TP, and creating ATP. The implementation of the learning has implemented differentiated learning adapted to student needs and has prepared evaluations in the form of diagnostic assessments, and formative and summative assessments, 2) there are constraints and obstacles such as less valid information, few reference sources, limited time in preparing teaching and assessment modules, 3) efforts made to overcome constraints and obstacles, namely by conducting teacher training and coaching, increasing resources and facilities, student guidance and development programs, and collaboration and financial assistance

Abstract

The problem in this study is to determine the effect of internal locus of control and economic and financial literacy on the consumer behavior of 2020 and 2021 students of the economics education study program. This research was conducted at the Teacher Training and Education Department of HKBP Nommensen University, Medan with a population of 64 2020 and 2021 students of the economics education study program, the sampling technique in this study used the total sampling method. The data collection techniques used were observation, documentation, and questionnaires. The prerequisite tests used were the normality test, homogeneity test, multicollinearity test, and linearity test, the data analysis techniques used were descriptive statistical tests, t-tests (partial hypothesis testing), F-tests (simultaneous hypothesis testing), and coefficient of determination (R2). The results of the study showed that internal locus of control (X1) had a partial influence on consumer behavior (Y) with a t-count value <t-table (3.212> 1.998). And the variable of economic and financial literacy (X2) has an influence value of t-count < t-table (3.750 >1.998). So, in this research Internal Locus of Control influences economic and financial literacy and student consumption behavior

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of economic literacy and self-control on the impulsive buying behavior of Economic Education students at HKBP Nommensen University Medan with a population of 64 Economic Education students in 2020 and 2021. The research method used in this study is a quantitative research method. The sampling technique used in this study was the total sampling method. The results of the study showed that economic literacy (X1) partially did not have a negative and significant effect on impulsive buying behavior (Y) with a t count value <t table (-0.125 <1.670). At the same time, the self-control variable (X2) has a partial effect on impulsive buying behavior (Y) with a t count value > t table, namely (5.976 > 1.670). The results of simultaneous testing (F test) showed that there was an influence between economic literacy (X1) and self-control (X2) on impulsive buying behavior (Y). This can be seen from the F count value > F table (30.174 > 2.76). It can be concluded that economic literacy and self-control have an impact on the tendency of impulsive buying behavior. In other words, if the level of understanding of economic literacy and self-control possessed by students increases, it tends to reduce impulsive buying behavior

Abstract

The problem in this study is to find out how individual learning compares with group learning through the contextual learning model of economics subjects on learning outcomes at SMPN 1 Borbor on various materials of human needs and fulfillment tools with a sample of 60 students. The research method in this study is used with a quantitative method.  The students' scores in individual learning through contextual learning have an average score of 78.7586 with a standard deviation of 6.836 and group learning through the contextual learning model has an average score of 88.6667 with, so it can be concluded that there is a significant difference between the variables X1 (individual learning through the contextual learning model) X2 (group learning through contextual learning). Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of interactive media assisted by quizizz paper mode on student learning outcomes in Thematic Subjects in grade IV elementary school equivalent. This study uses a quantitative approach with the Quasy Experiment type of research. The design of this study uses a type of one group pretest-posttest design. The population in this study is grade IV elementary school students equivalent to sampling using the Purposive Sampling technique. At SDN 01 Koto Tangah Simalanggang with a total of 20 students. The data collection technique is carried out by, namely first conducting an initial test, providing treatment, final test and documentation. The data analysis technique was carried out by comparing pretest and posttest scores using the Wilcoxon Test. The results of the study showed an average score of 70.55 for the pretest while an average score of 83.9 for the posttest. So the data obtained will be analyzed using the Wilcoxon test with decision making if the value of Asymp.sig < 0.05, then the hypothesis is accepted, if the value of Asymp.Sig > 0.05, then the hypothesis is rejected.  Based on the output of "Test Statistics", it is known that Asymp.Sig (2-tailed) is worth 0.000. Because the value of 0.000 < 0.05 can be concluded that "Hypothesis Accepted" means that there is a difference between the learning outcomes for the pretest and posttest. So it can be concluded that the use of interactive media assisted by paper mode is effective in improving student learning outcomes

Abstract

The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between self-acceptance and body dissatisfaction in female emerging adulthood Instagram users. This research was conducted with a correlational quantitative design. The study population consisted of 385 female emerging adulthood Instagram users in West Sumatra who were selected using an accidental sampling approach. The instrument used in this research was compiled by the researcher where body dissatisfaction is guided by the aspects expressed by Tariq & Ijaz (2015), then self-acceptance is guided by the aspects put forward by Powell (1989), each of which has a reliability of 0.917 and 0.859. Based on product moment analysis, it was found that the correlation value p = 0.00 (p < 0.05) and r = 0.553, which indicates that there is a significant negative relationship between variables. The result of this study is Ha accepted, which means that there is a negative relationship between self-acceptance and body dissatisfaction in female emerging adulthood Instagram users

Abstract

This research aims to investigate student’s perceptions of authoritative teachers, commonly referred to as "killer" lecturers, in the context of the teaching and learning process, communication, and the lecturer’s assessment standards. The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach. The study was conducted at the STIE Balikpapan campus, with subjects being fifth-semester students from the Faculty of Business Economics. Data collection was carried out using semi-structured questionnaires containing open-ended questions to explore students views in depth. The results indicate that students perceive "killer" lecturers as strict, difficult to joke with, having high assessment standards, and engaging in minimal interaction. The study also highlights how effective collaborative and interactive teaching styles can create a conducive learning environment to achieve established educational goals

Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between gratitude and body dissatisfaction in emerging adulthood women Instagram users. The type of research used is correlational quantitative research The number of research samples is 385 emerging adulthood women Instagram users domiciled in West Sumatra with sampling carried out through accidental sampling techniques. The measuring tools used are the gratitude scale and the body dissatisfaction scale. The analysis used was pearson correlation. Based on the results of the study, a correlation value of -0.385 and p < 0.05 was obtained, this shows that there is a negative relationship between gratitude and body dissatisfaction in emerging adulthood women Instagram users

Abstract

This research aims to analyze linguistic aspects in cooperation agreement letters, particularly the use of legal terms, sentence coherence, and emphasis through linguistic elements such as bolding and quotation marks. Data were collected from several cooperation agreements in the health sector and analyzed using a qualitative descriptive approach. The results show that legal terms such as "First Party," "Second Party," as well as Force Majeure and breach of contract clauses must be consistently structured to ensure legal certainty and prevent misinterpretation. The use of linguistic elements such as conditional sentences, bolding, and quotation marks helps clarify meaning and strengthen the message in the document. Moreover, this research affirms that linguistic aspects play a significant role in supporting the clarity and readability of legal documents, which has implications for law enforcement and reducing the risk of disputes. The recommendation from this research is the need for a balance between linguistic and legal approaches in drafting cooperation agreements to make documents more effective and legally valid
