Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak dukungan sosial dan kesepian terhadap kualitas hidup pada lansia di kota Makassar. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah convinance sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala yang diberikan secara online via google formulir. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis statistik deskriptif dengan melakaukan analisis korelasi antara variabel yang diminati menggunakan metode korelasi Spearman-Rho seerta menguji hipotesis yang diajukan, peneliti menggunakan pemodelan mediasi dengan menggunakan menggunakan  bantuan software Jamovi 2.3.21. Jumlah partisipan 200 lansia di kota Makassar, laki-laki 67 (33,5%) dan perempuan 133 (66,5%), dan berasal dari berbagai suku yang berbeda, seperti Bugis (59; 29,5%), Makassar (60; 30,0%), Mandar (47; 23,5%), dan Toraja (34; 17,0%). Usia (M = 60,7; SD = 6,35). Analisis statistik deskriptif dan korelasi dengan skor rata-rata dukungan sosial sebesar 3,44, kesepian sebesar 3,08, dan kualitas hidup sebesar 3,33. Secara keseluruhan, statistik deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa lansia memiliki self-efficacay dukunagn sosial, kesepian, dan kualitas hidup yang lebih tinggi dari rata-rata. Analisis korelasi Spearman-Rho menunjukkan bahwa dukungan sosial berhubungan positif dengan kualitas hidup (r = 0,269, p < 0,001) dan berhubungan negatif dengan kesepian (r = -0,296, p < 0,001). Sementara itu, kesepian juga berhubungan negatif dengan kualitas hidup (r = -0,286, p < 0,001). Selain itu, terdapat efek langsung dan tidak langsung dukungan sosial terhadap kualitas hidup yang dimediasi oleh kesepian. Penelitian di masa depan tentunya harus memeriksa keragaman yang lebih besar di antara individu, dengan melibatkan status kebudayaan yang lebih luas (diluar pulau Sulawesi), sehingga menghasilkan generalisasi yang lebih baik dari setiap temuannya.  Kata Kunci: Dukungan Sosial, Kesepian, Kualitas Hidup, Lansia

Abstract

Students have faced widespread changes and challenges as a result of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic. How students cope with these disorders is important in determining the ongoing impact of the pandemic on mental health and well-being. This research consists of two studies, namely correlation and experiment. In the correlation study, the researcher wanted to investigate the role of positive religious coping as a mediator on the effect of perceived stress on depressive symptoms among Indonesian students, using the hierarchical regression analysis method. A total of 341 samples in this study were obtained by convenience sampling technique, which focused on students who were infected with the COVID-19 virus, and were or had been quarantined at home for 14 days. Respondents completed online self-report measurements. The results of the analysis show that positive religious coping acts as a mediator on the effect of perceived stress on depressive symptoms among students (β = -0.061; p = 0.029). In an experimental study, researchers wanted to see the role of positive religious coping training in reducing stress and symptoms of depression, which was tested by repeated measure ANOVA. This study uses a nonrandomized pretest posttest control group design. A total of 60 respondents (30 experiments and 30 controls) in this study were recruited using purposive sampling technique. The results of data analysis showed that positive religious coping training was effective in reducing stress (F(2;58) = 28.1; p < .05; η²p = .492), and depression (F(2;58) = 14.9; p < .05; η²p = .340), for students who are undergoing quarantine due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The implications and limitations have been discussed.

Abstract

Body image merupakan persepsi individu tentang bentuk tubuh atau penempilan yang dimiliki. Body image terdiri dari body image positif dan negatif, individu yang memiliki body image yang positif akan berani dan percaya diri sedangkan individu yang memiliki body image negatif akan merasa kurang percaya diri dan kesulitan dalam melakukan interaksi sosial. Faktor lain yang menyebabkan body image yang negatif yaitu tren yang semakin berkembang sehingga memunculkan standarisasi di masyarakat. Standarisasi yang berkembang memicu terjadinya kasus body shaming. Dampak yang diperoleh setelah mendapatkan body shaming, 12% melakukan diet secara ketat, 28% tidak menyukai bentuk tubuh yang dimiliki, dan 60% tidak percaya diri. Peneltian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara body image dengan kepercayaan diri pada remaja korban body shaming. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 190 subjek. Teknik sampling pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Berdasarkan uji analisis menggunakan teknik korelasi nonparametrik spearman’s rho dengan menggunakan program SPSS 21.0 for windows, menghasilkan nilai Sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 karena nilai Sig (2- tailed) < 0,05 dan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,849. Artinya terdapat hubungan yang positif antara body image dengan kepercayaan diri, semakin tinggi body image, maka akan semakin tinggi kepercayaan diriyang dimiliki oleh remaja korban body shaming. Implikasi dalam penelitian ini, pihak orang tua, guru, dan konselor untuk memahami kebutuhan remaja korban body shaming sehingga terciptanya lingkungan yang positif dan suportif.

Abstract

يهدف هذا البحث إلى معرفة أنواع النعت ومعانيه في أحاديث الأربعين النووية للإمام النووي. وقام الباحث بالـمنهج الـمكتبي وتقريبه تقريب نحوي وينقسيم إلى منهجين، أولهما منهج جمع الـمواد وهو يدل على أن يستخدم الباحث في جمع الـمواد تبعا للبيانات الرئيسية والثانوية، وثانيهما منهج تحليل الـمواد وهو يدل على أن يستخدم في تبيين الأحاديث التي تتضمن أنواع النعت في أحاديث الأربعين النووية وفي إحصاء معاني النعت في أحاديث الأربعين النووية. ونتيجة البحث تدل على أن النعت تعدد في أحاديث الأربعين النووية سبعة عشر حديثا وهو نعت حقيقي من الـمفرد والـجملة الفعلية والاسمية وشبه الجملة ومعاني النعت تكونت من التخصيص والتوضيح والتأكيد والـمدح.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out an overview of the use of interactive multimedia learning for PAUD teachers. This research uses the library research method or literature review. Data was obtained through 9 scientific articles related to the use of multimedia, interactive learning, PAUD teachers. Data was analyzed using content analysis. The research results show that the use of interactive multimedia in learning can also increase understanding, positive emotions and behavior of PAUD children during the learning process. In conclusion, multimedia can be useful in increasing interaction between teachers and students in PAUD in the learning process. The implication of this research is to provide an understanding of the importance of improving teacher competence, especially in preparing interesting, innovative, efficient and effective learning media in accordance with the growth and development of early childhood in PAUD.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the benefits of the storytelling method on the social emotional abilities of young children. This research uses a library research method using data sources in the form of 9 scientific articles related to storytelling methods, social emotional abilities, early childhood. The data obtained was analyzed using content analysis with stages of problem identification, literature collection, literature analysis, interpretation and drawing up conclusions regarding the effectiveness of the storytelling method in improving the social emotional abilities of young children. The research results show that the storytelling method has proven to be effective in developing social emotional skills in early childhood. Through stories, children learn to recognize and manage their emotions, understand other people's feelings, and behave in accordance with applicable social norms. The application of this method in learning at PAUD can help improve social emotional skills which are important for preparing children to enter the next level of education. This research concludes that there is a positive impact of the storytelling method on improving socioemotional abilities in early childhood. The implications of this research can be useful for parents and PAUD teachers in using storytelling methods to stimulate socio-emotional abilities in early childhood

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the influence between democratic parenting on emotional intelligence in late adolescents. This study is a quantitative study with the Wilcoxon test. The sample used was 408 late adolescents with puposive sampling technique... Data collection using scale instruments, namely the democratic parenting scale and emotional intelligence. The data analysis technique uses the Wilcoxon test and multiple regression tests to determine the relationship between aspects and variables. The results of the analysis show that the significance value is p < (0.05) with a value of 0.000, so it can be concluded that the hypothesis in this study can be accepted (H1). It is known that all aspects of the democratic parenting variable (X) with a significance value of p < (0.05) with a value of 0.000, with a value (r²) of 0.910. This means that the hypothesis in this study is accepted that democratic parenting (X) on emotional intelligence (Y) in adolescents. The implication of the research is as a source of learning for late adolescents in the developmental period in order to recognize and manage emotions felt by individuals themselves. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini membahas tentang bagaimana pola asuh demokratis dapat mengetahuikecerdasan emosional pada remaja akhir. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk, mengetahui dan menganalisi adanya pengaruh antara pola asuh demokratis terhadap kecerdasan emosional pada remaja akhir. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan uji wilcoxon. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 408 orang remaja akhir dengan teknik puposive sampling.. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen skala, yaitu skala pola asuh demokratis dan kecerdasan emosional. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji wilcoxon dan uji regresi berganda untuk mengetahui keterkaitan antara aspek dengan variabel. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikansi sebesar p< (0,05) dengan nilai 0,000, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis dalam penelitian ini dapat diterima (H1). Diketahui bahwa seluruh aspek dari variabel pola asuh demokratis (X) dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar p < (0,05) dengan nilai 0,000, dengan nilai (r²) sebesar 0,910. Artinya, hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diterima bahwa pola asuh demokratis(X) terhadap kecerdasan emosional(Y) pada remaja. Implikasi pada penelitian adalah sebagai sumber pembelajaran bagi remaja akhir dalam masa perkembangan agar dapat mengenali dan mengelola emosi yang dirasakan oleh individu sendiri.

Abstract

Individuals who are in the middle adulthood phase will be faced with various unwanted circumstances and events. These conditions include physical deterioration, health problems, job loss, empty nest syndrome, and fear of death. Psychological well Being is a term used to describe a person's psychological health based on fulfilling the criteria of positive psychological function. This study aims to determine the effect of social support on psychological well being in middle adulthood. Respondents in this study were 203 middle adults in Makassar City who were obtained using a purposive sampling technique. The results of simple regression analysis showed that there was an effect of social support on psychological well being in middle adulthood with a significance value of 0.000, p <0.05. The R Square value in this study is 0.401 which indicates that the contribution of social support to psychological well being in middle adulthood is 40.1%. This indicates that the higher the social support obtained by middle adults, the higher the level of psychological well being of middle adults. This research can provide education for families and communities about the importance of the influence of social support on the level of psychological well-being of middle adults and can become study material for middle-aged individuals to be able to achieve high psychological well-being

Abstract

Sibling Rivalry that occurs in adolescents refers to rivalry, conflict and competitive feelings. Bad relationships due to sibling rivalry cause children to hate each other, damage each other's property and tattle on each other. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between parental permissive parenting tendencies and early adolescent female sibling rivalry. Respondents in this study totaled 294 early adolescent girls. The sampling technique in this study used purpose sampling. The measuring instrument used is the sibling rivalry scale and permissive parenting. Hypothesis testing using the person product moment test shows a correlation coefficient with a value of r = 0.622 with a significant level of 5% (p>0.05) which means that there is a relationship between the tendency of parental permissive parenting and sibling rivalry in early adolescent girls. The implication in this study is that parents with permissive parenting are expected to balance their approach to children by providing clear boundaries and providing understanding to children to love each other in order to create a harmonious family environment and avoid sibling rivalry.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how social media, especially second account users, influence the formation of adolescent self-identity in the digital era. Using the literature review method and the ex post facto correlational quantitative approach. The results of this study indicate that social media provide a flexible space for identity exploration, strengthen authentic self-expression, and build a supportive social community. The use of second accounts in particular provides an opportunity for adolescents to show a more honest side of themselves, regardless of the social pressures that often occur on the main account. However, this study also found negative risks such as social comparison, dependence on external validation, identity fragmentation, and the potential for mental health disorders. Reflective and authentic interactions on social media have been shown to encourage positive identity development, while passive interactions and focus on social image increase the risk of psychological problems. Therefore, collaboration is needed between adolescents, parents, educators, and digital service providers to facilitate healthier use of social media in shaping adolescent identity.
