This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the program in improving student teaching readiness. The approach used is qualitative with a descriptive-analytical method. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis is carried out qualitatively with the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that the Teaching Assistance Program provides significant hands-on experience for students in managing classes, developing learning plans, and interacting with students. Factors supporting the success of the program include the guidance of senior teachers, the support of partner schools, student motivation, and their involvement in curriculum management. Based on these findings, it is recommended that the quality of guidance be improved, cooperation with partner schools is strengthened, and program evaluations are carried out periodically. Thus, this program can run more optimally in preparing competent teacher candidates.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of social media in influencing education policy in the digital era. This research uses a mixed approach, namely qualitative and quantitative, involving 300 respondents from various stakeholders, including students, parents, educators, and government officials. The data collection techniques that will be used in this research include surveys, interviews, and content analysis. The analysis used in this research employs SPSS for descriptive data and thematic analysis methods for interview results. The research results show that social media serves as an effective tool in disseminating information related to education policies, with 89% of respondents agreeing with this. Additionally, 70% of respondents stated that social media facilitates public participation in the education policy-making process. There is doubt about the extent to which input from social media is considered by policymakers, with 40% of respondents expressing skepticism about this. An analysis of the content of 300 posts related to education policy revealed that issues such as educational gaps, curriculum, and access to technology in online learning are top concerns for the community, with 75% of posts showing negative sentiment towards existing education policies. These findings show the importance of increasing digital literacy and creating a more inclusive mechanism so that people's voices on social media are more accommodated in policymaking

Abstract

Writing skills are a difficult challenge for many EFL students who have little exposure to real language outside the classroom. Therefore, this research aims to explore the influence of using Canva in teaching narrative text writing to LTI Indo Global Mandiri Middle School students in Palembang and their perceptions of using Canva. The research design used was a quasi-experimental design. The sample for this research was classes VIII.A and VIII.B which consisted of 20 students from class VIII.A and 19 students from class VIII.B. The research design used in this research is a quasi-experimental design. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, namely selecting certain individuals who are believed to represent the population studied. Data collection was carried out by giving a pre-test and post-test, then analyzed using a t-test (paired sample t-test and independent sample t-test) with the help of the SPSS v.23 program. The results of this research show that the p-value from the paired sample t test of 0.000 is less than 0.05, which means there is a significant increase in students' writing skills after being taught using the Canva application. The results of this research show that the use of the Canva application as a learning media can improve the ability to write narrative texts for class VIII students at SMP LTI Indo Global Mandiri Palembang.

The samples in this study were classes VII9 and VII7, totaling 33 students per class. Pre-tests and post-tests were administered to assess reading comprehension levels. The results of this research were (1) there was an improvement in students' reading comprehension achievement after using the reading aloud strategy. (2) There was significant improvement in each aspect of reading comprehension. (3) There was a contribution of each aspect to reading comprehension achievement. (4) There was a significant mean difference between the students who were taught by using the reading-aloud strategy and those who were not taught by the reading-aloud strategy. Abstract

The low student learning outcomes are motivated by the lack of activity of students during the learning process and the teacher's dependence on textbooks. Therefore, this study aims to determine the effectiveness of 4C-based mathematics e-modules on the learning outcomes of grade VII students at UPTD SMP Negeri 1, Mungka District. This research was carried out with a quantitative research method in the form of a Quasy Experiment. The data collection technique used is a test in Mathematics subjects. The sample of this selection was 54 grade VII students consisting of 27 people from the experimental class and 27 people from the control class. The data analysis techniques are normality test, homogeneity test, and hypothesis test with the Wilcoxon Test test method. The results show that the use of 4C-based mathematics e-modules is significantly effective in improving the learning outcomes of grade VII students. If learning is facilitated with modules or e-modules based on the 4Cs, learning will be more effective, because after learning at school students can use the e-module, learning can be done independently by students.
