Abstract

The accountability of these financial statements will make stakeholders believe in the company's management to provide the best for the company. Financial statement accountability will all stakeholders work together and work hard to develop the company to be bigger, therefore good auditor performance is strongly demanded so that all parties interested in financial reports do not make wrong decisions and policies for their companies. The purpose of this study is to see the impact of professionalism and competence on auditor performance which is moderated by the work motivation. Data collection is done by survey method with questionnaires. The population of this study is the Auditor in Public Accounting Firm Medan City. Primary data is obtained through the spreading of questionnaires. Hypothesis testing in this study used Moderating Regression Analysis. The results of this study indicate that professionalism and competence have a positive and significant effect on auditor performance, and work motivation is a moderating variable that can strengthen the effect of professionalism on auditor performance, but work motivation is not a variable that can moderate the effect of competence on auditor performance.

Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibilityor CSR is one of the most popular efforts to gain public trust in the company. This is a form of social equilibrium between the company and the surrounding community, so information on the satisfaction of the community around the company regarding the CR carried out needs to be known for further improvement of CSR programs. This research was conducted to determine the level of community satisfaction with the CSR program carried out by the oil palm plantation company PT. Socfindo plantation Seunagan – Aceh. The results of the study show that the CSR program has not provided satisfaction for the communities around the plantations. Attributes of the process of capturing citizens' aspirations at the beginning of the program had the highest level of satisfaction, while attributes of capital assistance provided by companies to entrepreneurs gave the lowest satisfaction. In connection with CSR as a corporate concern program for the surrounding community, PT. Socfindo Seunagan Plantation needs to involve the local community as a stakeholder in the planning and implementation of CSR, while still taking into account the priority needs of the surrounding community.

Abstract

Abstract Women fish vendors in Tamil Nadu play a significant role in the fishing industry's supply chain, from catching to selling fish. However, they face various challenges that impact their livelihood and well-being. This paper aims to explore the challenges faced by women fish vendors in Tamil Nadu and identify potential solutions to address their plight. The paper highlights the lack of access to resources, health hazards, social stigma, and lack of legal protection as major challenges faced by women fish vendors. The paper suggests solutions such as providing access to capital, improving infrastructure and technology, ensuring health and safety, and providing legal protection to empower women fish vendors.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the IDX's Current Ratio affects stock prices in manufacturing companies in various industrial sectors for three years, from 2018 to 2020. The company's financial statements and stock prices for the 2018-2020 period, use quantitative secondary data types. There are 11 business populations in this study. This study involves information on financial reports with a time series for the previous 3 years distributed from www.idx.co.id. sample for this study using purposive sampling. This study used a sample of 11 business actors from the previous three years, out of a total of 48 manufacturing business actors from various industries. Based on the findings of this study, stock prices are not significantly affected by the Current Ratio.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of welfare of fishing communities in the same Ambang Village teunom district of Aceh Jaya Regency. The sample in this study amounted to 30 people representing a population of 60 fishermen. Data analysis obtained from the results of the study was analyzed using quantitative descriptive methods based on 8 indicators of BPS welfare criteria. The data obtained from the distribution of frequency and percentage and then presented in the form of a table. The results of the study Analysis of the Welfare Level of Fishermen in Alue Ambang Village Teunom District Aceh Jaya Regency based on BPS indicators showed that 63.3% of respondents were categorized as medium welfare levels.

Abstract

Goldfish is in great demand by the people of Southeast Aceh because it is easily obtained in the market and becomes a typical dish. There is an increase in feed prices while output prices are fixed. So many farmers stopped producing but some survived. There is a difference in productivity between farmers who quit and farmers who stay. Farmers must improve production efficiency with the use of the right inputs so as to minimize costs and maximize profits. The study was conducted in Lawe Bulan District with the number of samples used as many as 40 farmers. The analysis used by DEA (Data Envelopement Analysis) to obtain Technical, Allocative and Economic Efficiency values and Tobit Regression Analysis to see the relationship between efficiency and farmer characteristics. The results of the DEA Analysis obtained a technical efficiency value of 0.757 or 75.5%. The allocative efficiency value was obtained at 0.919 or 91.9%. The Economic Efficiency Rate is 0.832 or 83.2%. The results of Tobit Regression are technically significantly positively related to the age of farmers. Allocative efficiency revealed a significant effect at the level of 5% and negatively related between allocative efficiency and education level. The results of the DEA analysis of the level of production efficiency have not been efficient. The Technical Efficiency score has an inefficiency of 24.5%. The allocative efficiency value of inefficiency was 8.1%. The Economic Efficiency score of inefficiency was 16.8%. The results of tobit regression there are sources of inefficiency of socioeconomic variables that become inefficienciesSuch as technical efficiency of education and number of dependents, allocative efficiency of age, education and experience, economic efficiency of experience variables and number of dependents.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of customer experience on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable for users of online transportation services in Medan City. The population in this study is the people in Medan City, especially Medan Amplas District who have used Grab, Gojek and Maxim. The sampling technique in this study was non-probability sampling of 180 respondents. The data analysis method uses Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results showed that Customer Experience had a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty, Customer Experience had a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, Customer Satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty,

Abstract

Banks as financial institutions are businesses that are exposed to many problems and are not even discussed and studied endlessly on various occasions. The ups and downs and ups and downs of the banking business in Indonesia have a direct effect on all business sectors wherever and whenever. PT Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional, Tbk is a company engaged in the banking sector, which was founded in 1958, and is headquartered in Jakarta Customer loyalty in this study is influenced by the service marketing mix where there are still a lack of aspects of the service marketing mix so that customers switch to other banks, as well as service quality which is still considered not good in terms of service to customers so that this also affects customer satisfaction so that it is necessary to examine based on the variables that have been described. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of service marketing mix and service quality through customer satisfaction on customer loyalty at PT. Bank BTPN Tbk Zainul Arifin Medan Branch. This type of research is associative research and the population in this study is PT. Bank BTPN Medan branch of Zainul Arifin as many as 63,276 customers, with a total sample of 397 customers. The sampling method used is purposive sampling. Data analysis was carried out through PLS-SEM using the SmartPLS program. The results showed that the service marketing mix, service quality and customer satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at PT. Bank BTPN Medan branch of Zainul Arifin. then indirectly service marketing mix has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction and service quality through customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at PT. Bank BTPN Medan branch of Zainul Arifin.

Abstract

Looking at the emerging internet service competitors, it is hoped that IndiHome will become one of the providers offering the best internet access and services. High consumer loyalty for a product is the most important aspect for a company in carrying out its business activities. To increase consumer loyalty, companies must pay attention to the factors that become a benchmark for consumer loyalty, including product, price, place, promotion, people, process, and physical evidence. The type of research used is quantitative, with a research method that is correlational research which is defined as a research method based on the philosophy of positivism, used to examine certain populations or samples, sampling techniques are carried out randomly, and data collection uses research instruments. The study results show that the product (product) positively and significantly affects IndiHome consumer loyalty at PT. Telkom witel Medan. Price has a positive and insignificant effect on IndiHome consumer loyalty. Promotion has a positive and significant effect on IndiHome consumer loyalty. People have a positive and insignificant effect on consumer loyalty. The process (process) positively and significantly affects consumer loyalty. Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of Celebrity Endorser and Brand Image on the Purchasing Decision Adidas Sportswear at Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Sumatera Utara and also to find out and analyze the most dominant factors affecting purchasing decision. This research was conducted at the Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Sumatera Utara. The population in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Sumatera Utara. The sampling technique in this study was accidental sampling. The sample in this study is 81 students. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis method and multiple linear regression analysis method. This type of research is associative research and the data used are primary data and secondary data obtained through the study of documentation and a list of questions whose measurements use a Likert scale. Data is processed statistically using the SPSS, namely the t test model, f test and determinant coefficient (R2). The results of this study indicate that simultaneously Celebrity Endorser and Brand Image have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. Partially, the Celebrity Endorser and Brand Image have a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. Celebrity endorsers have the most dominant influence in influencing purchasing decisions.
