<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to examine the relationship between culinary aesthetics, destination image, tourist satisfaction, and tourist loyalty in Ternate City. This type of research is an explanatory research with a quantitative approach. There are four variables used, namely culinary aesthetic variables, destination image, tourist satisfaction variable, and tourist loyalty variable. Data collection was obtained through distributing questionnaires to 120 respondents. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a population of domestic tourists from Ternate City who visited at least two times to culinary tourism in Ternate City. The data analysis of this research used descriptive analysis and path analysis. The results of the study prove that the culinary aesthetic variable has a significant effect on the image of the destination, the image of the destination has a significant effect on the tourist loyalty variable. This study also found an indirect effect of port aesthetics on tourist loyalty through destination image and tourist satisfaction. Based on the results of the study, it is recommended that the Regional Government and tourism business actors maintain the image of local culinary in Ternate City and increase the intensity of tourist visits by promoting all types of tourist attractions including local culinary and optimizing tourist attractions in the diverse Ternate City through the image of the destination.]]>

<![CDATA[Human resources (HR) is one of the main factors in global competition, namely how to create qualified and skilled human resources and have a culture of high competitiveness in global competition that we have ignored. Given the importance of the role of human resources in carrying out company activities, the company's management is required to always pay close attention to its workforce so that the morale achieved by employees increases and is in accordance with the company's targets in achieving its goals. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the incentive and work discipline variables simultaneously and partially on employee morale. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple regression, and the number of samples used is 70. The result of the research is that the incentive and discipline variables are simultaneously able to show a significant effect on employee morale. Partially, incentives have a significant effect on employee morale, and partially, discipline has a significant effect on employee morale.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the feasibility study of Doyo Pokant Takaq's Ulap Business in Tenggarong in terms of financial analysis. The analytical tools used are net present value (NPV), internal rate of return (IRR), net benefit cost ratio (BCR), and payback period. Results Based on the business feasibility analysis, the net present value (NPV) of the Doyo Pokant Takaq Tenggarong Ulap Business was Rp. 526,828,701. The net present value (NPV) was analyzed by the cash flow method for eight years with a DF of 14% so that each year a different cash value was obtained. In the eighth year, the final Net Present Value (NPV) is positive > 0, and this value is still greater than the investment value that has been invested by the owner of the Doyo Pokant Takaq Ulap Business in Tenggarong of Rp. 450,000,000. Because the NPV value is greater than zero, the Do Pokant Takaq Ulap business is still feasible to maintain. The value of the benefit-cost ratio (BCR) is 1.249. The BCR value means that the value of the benefits obtained in the Doyo Pokant Takaq Ulap business in Tenggarong is 1,249 times the value of the costs incurred at an interest rate of 14%. The value of the internal rate of return (IRR) is 33.40%. Because this value is greater than 14%, it can be said that the Doyo Pokant Takaq Ulap business in Tenggarong is feasible. From the results of the analysis of the investment that has been made by Doyo Pokant Takaq's Ulap Business in Tenggarong, it turns out that it can be returned in only 6 years and 10 months. The payback period achieved is only 68% of the 5 years estimated by the business owner to be able to return the existing capital.]]>

<![CDATA[Simplification of the structure and equalization of administrative positions is a bureaucratic streamlining program to realize fast, effective, and efficient public services, As is the priority program of the leadership of the president and vice president. The purpose of this study analysis is to analyze the effectiveness of the policy of equalizing administrative positions to functional positions in the Regional Secretariat of North Maluku Province. This study uses a descriptive analysis approach to explain and analyze the effectiveness of equalization of positions. The study data used is in the form of literature studies. The results of the study analysis show that the policy of equalizing administrative positions to functional positions has not been implemented effectively. The impact on the equalization of administrative positions into functional positions is still in accordance with the indicators of organizational efficiency. Administrative officers who are transferred to majority functional positions do not meet the educational and competency requirements required in the functional positions they will occupy, because the equalization of positions provides a lot of tolerance for the requirements of functional positions.]]>

<![CDATA[The aims of this study were: (1) to find out and analyze the effect of financial knowledge on family financial management in the people of the East Tidore sub-district. (2) To find out and analyze the effect of financial knowledge on financial management moderated by lifestyle. The number of samples in this study were 100 respondents from family members in the East Tidore sub-district. The test tool used is simple linear regression analysis using the statistical package for social scientists (SPSS) 25 as a statistical test tool. <![CDATA[Palm trees have a high economy because almost all of them can provide financial benefits. One of them is in Kenohan District, namely in Tuana Tuha Village, developing one of its economic potentials, namely by producing raw materials derived from palm sap. Tuana Tuha, Kenohan District. Then to find out what are the obstacles faced by the business. This research was carried out in May 2022 in MSMEs processing ant sugar. This study uses primary and secondary data obtained from business owners through direct interviews using questionnaires, and secondary data obtained through literature that has a relationship with this research. The method used in this study is the analysis of the added value of the Hayami method (1987) with the help of the Microsoft Office Excel 2013 computer program. The results of this study indicate that the added value of processing palm sugar products in May 2022 is Rp. 23,003,-kg with an added value ratio of 0.38 percent, and the profit earned on the Guleku SMEs from processing 1 Kilogram of palm sugar raw materials into palm sugar is Rp. 22.003,-kg with a profit rate of 0.37 percent. The obstacle faced in this ant sugar business is the weather factor.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the leadership role of the village head in providing public services and the challenges in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era in Gandasuli Village. Researchers use indicators of motivators, facilitators, and mobilizers to determine the leadership role of the village head in providing public services, while the challenge is that researchers use indicators of support, capacity, and value. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method, and the data analysis used is an interactive model starting from reduction, data presentation, and verification/conclusion. The results of this study indicate that the leadership role of the village head in providing public services with the roles of motivator, facilitator, and mobilizer has not been maximized. Meanwhile, the challenge of providing public services in Gandasuli Village in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 was sufficient support from the local government, but in terms of capacity, there are not yet qualified human resources. The value will be that there will be benefits for service providers and service recipients in Gandasuli Village when implementing a digital-based service system.]]>
