Abstract

Konvergensi telekomunikasi dan informasi teknologi telah mempercepat penerapan teknologi seluler di berbagai dalam masyarakat, termasuk bidang pembelajaran. M-learning ( mobile learning) hanya satu jenis penerapan teknologi mobile di pasar. Sebagai lembaga yang mempromosikan pendidikan dan pelatihan modern di Kementrian Perhubungan Republik Indonesia, ATKP (Akademik Teknik Dan Keselamatan Penerbangan) Surabaya mengantisipasi perubahan teknologi pembelajaran. Untuk memenuhi tantangan ini, ATKP telah mulai menerapkan m-learnig dan integrasinya dengan sistem pembelajaran yang lain Akibatnya, ATKP telah mencapai dan menerapkan ide baru dalam belajar, khususnya dalam memanfaatkan informasi dan komunikasi dalam teknologi mobil learning, seperti yang ditunjukan oleh staf mereka serta taruna. Dapat diakui bahwa pembangunan ATKP masa depan sangat ditentukan oleh upaya berkaitan dengan menumbuhkan kesadaran dilingkup citivitas akademika dalam mengoptimalkan sumber daya pembelajaran baru yang telah dibangun.

Abstract

Since the end of 2019, the Covid-19 pandemic has spread to various countries rapidly and has affected every aspect of life in the world community. The order of life has changed drastically, including the world of education. Since the issuance of a circular instructing each educational institution to organize distance learning, each student follows the learning process from their respective homes through various media. With all the existing limitations, educational institutions, especially aviation vocational higher education, are still expected to be able to maintain the quality of education and graduates. Vocational higher education, where the majority of the material is practice, certainly experiences obstacles because students cannot carry out practices. This has the potential to decrease the perception of the quality of graduates. This is what encourages the author to conduct this research. This research uses quantitative methods, and a questionnaire as an instrument of data collection. Finally, this study gives the results that the Covid-19 pandemic and distance learning methods have an influence or contribution to the perception of the quality of aviation vocational higher education graduates with the strength of the relationship between variables is weak

Abstract

The professionalism of the Air Traffic Controller is a standard for air traffic service so that a good process is needed at all stages, one of the stage is in the On-the-Job Training process, On-the-Job Training Instructor shall comply with required competencies through the gap analysis method by comparing international competences based on Document 9868 Procedures for Air Navigation Services Training with competencies on ATC On the Job Training Instructor training curriculum. The result is that there are 3 (three) international competencies that need to be inserted into the ATC On the Job Training Instructor training curriculum, namely mentoring skills competencies, Collaboration Skills, and Ethics and Integrity skills.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between the procedure socialization system and the quality of flight traffic guidance services at the Jakarta Area Control Center (ACC) Division. The variables studied were the quality of flight traffic guidance service as the dependent variable and the socialization procedure system as the independent variable. The research method used is correlational research method with field research in the form of questionnaire data collection techniques and interviews as well as library research. The research sample was taken by random sampling technique, which is taking several members of the population randomly as a sample. The research object is directed at the Jakarta Area Control Center Division flight traffic guide. The data is in the form of answers to questionnaires and the requirements for data analysis tests are carried out in the form of normality tests, as well as data analysis tests, namely correlation and simple regression tests. The coefficients obtained were tested for significance. Based on the questionnaire, it was concluded that the procedure socialization system with a score of 2245 and the quality of flight traffic guidance services with a score of 2230 were in the poor category. The results of this study indicate a significant relationship between the procedure socialization system and the quality of flight traffic guidance services. The correlation coefficient of the socialization system with the quality of flight traffic guidance services is 0.680. The coefficient value of 6.738 indicates that an increase in the socialization procedure system by 1 unit will lead to an increase in the quality of flight traffic guidance services by 6,738.Therefore, to maintain and improve the quality of flight traffic guidance services in the Jakarta Area Control Center (ACC) Division it is necessary factors of the existing procedure socialization system

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Jakarta Air Traffic Service Center (JATSC) starting from March 2020 to July 2020 using the quantitative associative correlation method. The research population was all departing aircraft at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport using various runways and taxiways and aprons. The samples used were all aircraft departing from Soekarno-Hatta International Airport and navigation services were provided by the Jakarta Air Traffic Service Center (JATSC) in three, namely from November 2019 to January 2020 and using cluster (area) sampling techniques. The data collection technique used is a documentation study containing data on the fulfillment of Target Take Off Time (TTOT) and data on each aircraft movement required for research (such as aircraft identification, Estimate Off Block Time, taxi time, etc.). Furthermore, the data analysis technique used is parametric statistics in the form of data assumption tests followed by relationship analysis tests.

Abstract

This design aims to seek data that existed on Raja Haji Fisabilillah, Tanjungpinang Aerodrome for safety and integrated VFR route mapping with other VFR route on Sumatra and The Islands of Riau. It was found that the visual traffic condition have burdened APP. If TWR takes control, there will be misperception between pilot and TWR. Many terrains, bad weather rages frequently where the visibility reaches under 1 kilometres even 400 metres only. With the existence of VFR Corridor Generation, will guarantee the flight safety and become an implementation from VFR Route intergration all over Sumatra and The Islands of Riau.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the problems that occur related toflight a VFR from Palangkaraya towards Banjarmasin or otherwise fly direct result of the unavailability of VFR Route between tjilik riwut airport to airport Syamsudin Noor as well as the draft VFR Route as solutions to these problems. The research method used is level one research and development methods with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, literature studies and documentation studies. Data processing techniques use data reduction, data presentation, verification and use reference materials.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect RNAV-1 Medan East TMA implementation of air traffic flow in Medan Branch Office Airnav Indonesia. The research was conducted at the Medan Approach Control Unit from January to March 2020. The method used is quantitative, the data collection technique uses a Likert scale questionnaire, the data analysis technique is Product Moment Correlation, the coefficient of determination and regression. The population was 23 Air Traffic Controller. The study concludes that there is a strong positive relationship between the application of RNAV-1 to the Smoothness of Aviation Traffic during peak hours with a correlation coefficient of 0.737 and a coefficient of determination of 54.4%, meaning that the effect of implementing RNAV-1 on Smooth Air Traffic and the rest is determined by another factors.

Abstract

The study was made to improve the quality management system at airport H. Asan Sampit samples for Airport Rescue And Fire Fighter (ARFF). Where every Airport Rescue and Fire Fighter (ARFF) on duty is required to have a suitable license from the directorate general of air transport. The research methods used are qualitative methods that go into data collection and go directly into the field during operation just at h. sampits and interview Airport Rescue and Fire Fighter (ARFF). To improve the quality of Airport Rescue and Fire Fighter personnel (ARFF) in the airport h. stamps of both skills and capabilities so all aircraft in the airport are expected to have licenses in accordance with the regulations of the directorate general of air transport.

Abstract

This research made to determine how the influence of social relations factors on the productivity level of the performance of ARFF officers at the airport. The method used in making this journal is a qualitative method. The data were obtained from the author's observations during On the Job Training (OJT) activities at the relevant airports as well as from the results of distributing questionnaires to ARFF personnel targets. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the social relationship factor is an influential factor on the work productivity of the PKP-PK unit. And by establishing good communication within the organization is a way to maintain good social relations in the work environment.
