Abstract

The digital era brings transformation in various aspects of life, including in public services. This analysis investigates the quality of public services in the digital era with a focus on implementation and challenges faced. The implementation of information and communication technology is believed to be able to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of public services, facilitate accessibility for the public, and simplify various administrative procedures. However, the success of this digital transformation depends on various factors such as the availability of technological infrastructure, cybersecurity, and the digital competence of government employees. Despite the great potential, the implementation of digital services is also faced with various challenges. One of the main challenges is the digital divide, which can hinder equitable access for the entire community. In addition, the lack of public participation in the digital service development process can reduce the relevance and effectiveness of the services provided. Therefore, a comprehensive and inclusive strategy is needed to address these challenges and maximise the benefits of digital technology in improving the quality of public services. Successful digital transformation will bring significant improvements to public services, providing greater and more equitable benefits to society

Abstract

The rise of divorce among the elderly, especially among Muslim communities in East Lampung Regency in recent years, is currently having an impact on increasing divorce rates in Indonesia. This research aims to understand the extent of the potential for divorce, and what are the causes behind divorce in the elderly, as well as what implications the parties receive after divorce. In its solution, this research uses a qualitative descriptive method. The results of this study show that the risk of divorce among the elderly is caused by ignoring problems that have occurred before, then driven by the desire to maintain a household that has existed for decades and tends to postpone divorce because it is a pity to end a relationship that has been established for a long time, also because of the existence of divorce. child. Apart from that, the causes of divorce that are often found are due to third parties, continuous fighting, lack of responsibility, family factors, economic factors, domestic violence, lack of communication, lack of fulfillment of inner income, and not the first marriage. The implications felt after divorce by the parties include disturbed psychological impacts, trauma, declining health, difficulty in establishing new relationships, and social impacts due to bad views from the surrounding environment.

Abstract

Pre-research conducted by researchers on 30 respondents of Bank Syariah customers of Bandar Jaya Branch who have not met expectations. This is because the percentage of customers who have sharia financial products, understand about sharia financial products and institutions, and involve sharia principles in personal financial management is still quite low. This study uses a quantitative approach, data collection is carried out through a survey with a questionnaire. The population in this study were customers of Bank Syariah Bandar Jaya Branch. The sample of this study was 97 respondents, using SEM analysis tools using PLS and the results of data processing obtained using SmartPLS 4. The results of the study show that the variables of sharia digital services, education and environmental socialization have an effect on sharia financial literacy. Religiosity is able to moderate the influence of sharia digital services, education and environmental socialization have an effect on sharia financial literacy.

Abstract

This research examines the application of an interdisciplinary approach in the study of marriage law, with a focus on integration between the disciplines of law, sociology and anthropology. This interdisciplinary approach aims to provide a more comprehensive and holistic understanding of marriage legal issues, which often cannot be resolved adequately through a legal perspective alone. The research results show that an interdisciplinary approach is able to enrich understanding of marriage legal issues, such as divorce, domestic violence, and the rights and obligations of husband and wife, by taking into account socio-cultural dynamics and individual psychological aspects in marriage. This approach also supports the formulation of marriage policies that are more inclusive, fair and sustainable, as well as increasing the effectiveness of law enforcement. This study concludes that an interdisciplinary approach is very relevant in facing modern challenges in the field of marriage law and can be the basis for developing policies that are more adaptive to society's needs.

Abstract

This research aims to apply a decision support system using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method in selecting the best lecturers at HKBP Nommensen Pematangsiantar University. Selection of the best lecturers is an important process that can affect the quality of education and the reputation of the institution. The AHP method was chosen because of its ability to handle complex decisions involving many criteria. The results of this research show that the AHP method can provide an objective and systematic solution in determining the best lecturers based on educational, research, teaching and ethical criteria. From the results of this research using the AHP method, Dr. Juli Antasari Sinaga., M.Pd as the best lecturer with the sample taken is a permanent lecturer at FMIPA, HKBP Nommensen University, Pematangsiantar. By implementing this decision support system, it is hoped that HKBP Nommensen Pematangsiantar University can increase transparency and accountability in the process of selecting the best lecturers, as well as encourage improvements in the quality of teaching and research in the campus environment.

Abstract

Choosing a technological device such as a laptop is an important decision for students, especially in supporting their academic activities. This research aims to apply the Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) method in a decision support system for selecting laptops, which can help students determine which laptop suits their needs. This SMART method considers various important attributes in selecting a laptop, such as price, performance, battery life and portability. The decision support system developed can provide recommendations that are objective and measured based on the preferences and priorities of each student. With this system, it is hoped that students can make better and more efficient decisions in choosing a laptop that suits their academic needs. The data collection technique used was distributing questionnaires. The research results show that the Asus E410KA is in first place with a final score of 0.972, followed by the Elitebook cellphone in second place with a score of 0.375, the 14S cellphone in third place with a score of 0.366, and the Acer Aspire A14 in fourth place with a score of 0.313. This decision support system not only helps students in the selection process, but can also increase their understanding of the important specifications and features of a laptop. In addition, the SMART method can be adapted to suit the needs of selecting other technology products, such as smartphones or tablets, which are also often used by students in academic activities. Using a system like this can also help reduce the confusion and anxiety that students often experience when faced with the many laptop choices on the market

Abstract

This research aims to determine the inventory control of soybean raw materials applied to the Tahu Tukiran Artomoro Home Industry, to determine the number of orders for economical soybean raw material supplies at the Artomoro Tahu Tukiran Home Industry. The type of research used in this research is descriptive comparative research method. The data processed is in the form of an inventory report on the purchase and use of soybean raw materials at the Tahu Tukiran Artomoro Home Industry in 2023. The data analysis technique used in this research is a tabular approach, and using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method, Reorder Point calculation techniques. (ROP), Safety Stock, Total Inventory Cost. Based on the results of research on the formula approach model using the EOQ method, the economic order quantity for soybean raw materials was obtained, namely 2,335 kg, with an ordering frequency of 14 times, safety stock of 2,715 kg, ROP can be carried out when the soybean raw materials in the warehouse are 123 kg , and total inventory costs of IDR 341,030. The conclusion of this research shows that the application of the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method shows a more economical order quantity compared to the method used by the Tahu Tukiran Artomoro Home Industry.

Abstract

The development of the electric vehicle ecosystem in Indonesia is one of the government's main plans. And its adaptation is encouraged through various policies, including fiscal policies such as the reduction of annual tax on pure electric vehicles (PKB) and the elimination of import duties on raw materials for electric vehicles. This policy has been running for 2-3 years, so its impact can be evaluated to assess its effectiveness in increasing sales of pure electric vehicles in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of the annual PKB reduction of pure electric vehicles and import duty incentives on the sales level of electric vehicles in Indonesia during the period 2020-2023. The variables used include the number of electric vehicles sold, annual PKB reduction, and raw material import duty incentives. The results obtained show that the PKB reduction has no significant positive effect on the level of electric vehicle sales. In addition, import duty incentives are positively correlated with sales levels, although they remain statistically insignificant and do not moderate the effect of the PKB reduction. This indicates that although fiscal policy has the potential to support the sales of electric vehicles, its implementation has not been effective in supporting the achievement of the expected target, so it can be concluded that fiscal incentive policies are not sufficient to encourage the growth of the electric vehicle market in Indonesia. In order to increase the adoption of electric vehicles, greater incentives are needed as well as additional policies such as widespread socialization of incentive programs utilizing various media, development of adequate supporting infrastructure, and increasing the amount of investment in the development of technology and the national electric vehicle industry.

Abstract

Marriage is an important aspect of human life that requires legal regulation to maintain the continuity of the family. Marriage registration in Indonesia has an urgency in ensuring the validity and legal protection of married couples. This research uses a descriptive analysis approach to examine the rules for registering marriages in the 1974 Marriage Law and the Compilation of Islamic Law. Data was obtained through literature study and analysis of related regulations. From this research, it was found that marriage registration has an important role in maintaining the validity of marriages and providing legal protection for couples. An effective registration process can facilitate the implementation of the 1974 Marriage Law. Based on the research results, it is recommended to increase socialization regarding the importance of marriage registration in society. The government also needs to pay attention to the implementation of regulations regarding marriage registration to strengthen legal protection for married couples in Indonesia. Marriage registration has a vital role in maintaining the validity of marriages and providing legal protection for couples. Further efforts are needed to improve understanding and implementation of relevant regulations to strengthen the institution of marriage in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study is to evaluate the impact of organizational, social, and individual factors on Information Technology acceptance and its effect on the perception of convenience at Bank Syariah Indonesia, Samarinda City. This research utilized primary data obtained via questionnaires. The study sample comprises personnel with access to T24 software at Bank Syariah Indonesia in Samarinda City. The purposive sampling method was employed for sample selection, resulting in a total of 62 research samples. The data analysis methodology was evaluated utilizing Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) Statistics version 26. The employed data analysis procedures included descriptive statistics, data quality assessments, assumption tests for classification, multiple linear regression analysis, t-tests, F-tests, and determination tests (R²/R Square). The findings of this study indicate that (1) Organizational Factors exert a positive and significant influence on perceived usefulness; (2) Social Factors exert a positive and significant influence on perceived usefulness; (3) Individual Factors exert a positive and significant influence on perceived usefulness; and (4) Organizational Factors, Social Factors, and Individual Factors collectively exert a positive and significant influence on perceived usefulness.
