Abstract

This research aims to improve the efficiency and quality of chip packaging by testing four main aspects: stepper motor speed, sensor errors, the effect of sealer temperature on packaging quality, and a comparison of semi-automatic and manual packaging times.  Stepper motor speed testing was conducted to find the optimal speed, which was found to be 300 RPM. At this speed, the average packaging time per product is 7.84 seconds with a total of 36 products packed in 5 minutes. Error testing on the sensors showed that the Ir Proximity and Ultrasonic (Plastic) sensors had a high accuracy of 86.7%, while the Ultrasonic (Chips) sensor had an accuracy of 80%. Sealer temperature testing showed an optimal temperature of 57.9°C to achieve the best packaging quality. High temperatures such as 112.1°C result in poor packaging quality. Comparison of packaging times showed that the semi-automated method with a 300 RPM motor was more efficient, producing an average of 36 products in 5 minutes compared to 16 products using the manual method. The results of this study show that the use of stepper motors at 300 RPM, high-accuracy sensors, proper sealer temperature settings, and semi-automated technology in the packaging process can improve the efficiency, quality, and consistency of chip packaging production.

Abstract

State financial law is the main key to managing state finances by state administrators. Therefore, it is important to include provisions that specifically regulate state finances and become part of the legal system in Indonesia. The issues addressed in this study include the evolution of state financial law's application in statutory regulations and the ways in which state financial law and criminal law interact. This research applies a qualitative, normative juridical research methodology, examining relevant literature and statutory regulations. This research aims to understand the development of state financial law and its interaction with criminal law. The research results show that state financial law has been incorporated into Indonesia's legal framework, but it has not been fully defined, causing its meaning to change and grow as it is applied. The criminal law for corruption imposes penalties for embezzlement of public funds. It is expected that in the future, the Government and the DPR will be able to promptly enhance the definition and extent of state finances, particularly in Article 23 C of the 1945 Constitution, which serves as the theoretical foundation for state finance provisions. In this way, the spirit of legal reform is felt in both state financial law and criminal corruption law. Ultimately, it is hoped that corruption will be prevented and the space for state administrators to embezzle state funds will be reduced.

Abstract

The party system is one aspect that cannot fail to be reformed. Indonesia has opened its political doors as widely as possible for the establishment of political parties, but the requirements for the establishment and regulation of party organizations are increasingly regulated in the Law (UU). One of the things regulated in party organization is related to efforts to minimize divisions and internal party conflicts, for example, avoiding the occurrence of factions within the body of the political party itself, regarding mechanisms for resolving dual management and mechanisms for organizing party disputes. The formation of factions in internal party conflicts arises due to differences in preferred viewpoints, this can influence Although efforts have been made to strengthen political party cohesion, the problem of internal party conflict has not been resolved rather than resolved, this problem has actually become increasingly common in the recent reform era. This.  This split could have a negative impact on existing parties in Indonesia. The author's aim is to find out what impacts occur within the Party. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. The research results show that factions leading up to legislative elections often occur resulting in cadres leaving the party and even forming new parties. This is because the general chairman tends to decide on policies that are not absorbed by the cadres below him so that factions emerge within the body of the political party.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the transformation of IAI Tulangbawang students' Indonesian identity in the context of using English as a global language. In the era of globalization, English has become the main communication tool in the world of education, media and professionals which has the potential to influence students' understanding of their cultural identity. This research uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological type of research to explore an in-depth understanding of students' experiences, views and perceptions regarding the influence of the use of English on Indonesian identity. This research found that although the use of English provides opportunities to access global information and increase academic competitiveness, there are concerns about losing ties to local culture and Indonesian values. Most students still feel that Indonesian and regional languages are an integral part of their identity, even though they also actively use English in academic and social contexts. This identity transformation is not only influenced by openness to global culture, but also their efforts to maintain local cultural values, such as mutual cooperation, good manners and cultural diversity. The results of this research show that the influence of English in students' lives creates identity ambiguity, but through character education and cultural activities, students can maintain a balance between their Indonesian identity and their involvement in the global world. This research contributes to the understanding of the role of language in the formation of cultural identity and the challenges faced by the younger generation in maintaining their identity amidst globalization.

Abstract

The low level of discipline and awareness of prayer among students shows the importance of efforts to strengthen Islamic character from an early age. This Community Service Activity (PKM) aims to strengthen the Islamic character of students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Tarbiyatul Athfal Pangkalan through the habit of Dhuha prayers. The main problem faced is the lack of consistent application of religious values, especially in building sustainable habits of worship. This program is expected to increase students' religious awareness and form an attitude of discipline and responsibility through worship routines. The underlying concept is a spirituality-based character education theory, which emphasizes habituation as an effective method for internalizing values. The methods used include carrying out Dhuha prayers in congregation, teacher assistance, and evaluating student development. The results show a significant increase in students' discipline, sincerity and independence in carrying out their worship. Apart from that, this activity contributes to creating a school environment that is conducive to learning Islamic values. The habit of Dhuha prayer has proven to be effective as a means of forming religious character that can continue in the home environment.

Abstract

Law is a flexible thing, as is Islamic law. The provisions and rules contained in the law depend on developments over time and the conditions of society in the region. In Indonesia, the household life of Islamic families is regulated by the institution of marriage. One of the reforms in Islamic family law that occurred in Indonesia focused on the age limit regulations for marriage implemented by marriage institutions. This reform was implemented in an effort to deal with social change and as a preventive measure against early marriage, which often has a negative impact on family stability and individual well-being. The revised Indonesian marriage law contained in Law Number 16 of 2019 sets the marriage age limit for men and women at 19 years, and regulates the provisions for marriage dispensation for individuals under that age. From the perspective of Islamic law, this change is not considered contrary to religious teachings. Even though there are hadith arguments that allow marriage at an early age, the Qur'an prioritizes biological, psychological maturity and financial readiness as conditions for marriage. Government policy regarding the minimum age limit for marriage is seen as relevant to the principle of maslahah in Islam, which aims to protect and promote the welfare of society. The aim of this research is to identify the classical Islamic legal view regarding the marriage age limits set by the Indonesian government, as well as its relevance to the current social context.

Abstract

The necessity for the monitoring of coral reefs is becoming increasingly apparent, in order to facilitate the tracking of the health and development of these ecosystems. It is for this reason that underwater operating robots (ROVs) are being employed as an effective tool for the monitoring of coral reefs. ROVs are capable of diving to varying depths, accessing difficult-to-reach locations, and providing comprehensive visualisation through cameras and sensors. They are also equipped with an ROV depth system that, upon reaching a specified depth, enables the ROV to manoeuvre according to the user's instructions and to support its movements using the PID (Proportional Integral Derivative) Method. This research will investigate the potential of various ROV technologies for optimising the monitoring of coral reefs, including mapping, sampling, and environmental parameter measurement capabilities. The ability of ROVs to collect data in real-time without disturbing the ecosystem provides an advantage in long-term monitoring of changes in coral reefs. Furthermore, the potential challenges associated with the utilisation of ROVs for coral reef monitoring, including operational costs, technical maintenance, and the integration of complex data, are also addressed. Potential solutions to these challenges are also presented in order to facilitate the development and application of ROVs in coral reef monitoring. The combination of the advanced technology of ROVs with the urgent need for coral reef monitoring will facilitate a more comprehensive understanding of the health of these ecosystems, thereby enabling the implementation of proactive measures for the conservation and protection of coral reefs worldwide.
